    Avocado salmon toast

We came on a Friday for lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant. The service was good and the view was amazing. We ordered the crab cakes and salmon avocado toast to share. The crab cakes were on the smaller side. They were pretty salty and had a lot of different spices in the breading. The salmon avocado toast was very good.

The location is beautiful. The food was excellent. The service is a bit lackluster and slow, but I feel like that is the vibe sometimes when you just want to relax with some wine. We really enjoyed the food and location. They also brought my dog a bowl of water.

This place aesthetically is beautiful but service is extremely slow. The food is not worth it. It is mediocre at best. We ordered off the brunch menu and it took our food an hour and a half for two entrees. The waiter might as well not have existed because we barely saw him and then he totally disappeared and we never saw him again. This place was not crowded at all. There was only one other group of four seated inside when we arrived and only one group outside. The hostess was welcoming and kind. If you want to wait a long time for mediocre food at a beautiful location, come here. We had reservations but on a Sunday afternoon it didn't seem necessary because the place was pretty empty and you're going to wait almost 2 hours for your food anyways. Probably because the restaurant is not worth coming to. Our waiter Brian, was sitting around chatting and hanging out. He barely came to check on us. I brought my husband here for his bday and I felt so bad that I chose this place because it was a true disappointment. Andrew was the only redeeming individual in this situation. He actually came to check on us and offered us champagne. We couldn't drink even if we wanted to because we needed food in our system! .We will not be back.

I did the tequila tasting with Kevin and Peyton, let me say it was amazing! Never done a tequila tasting, had a blast and the food that came with it was amazing.

First time here and we were very disappointed with the service. It was not busy at all and there seemed to be a lot of employees standing around gossiping and doing a whole lot of nothing. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to our table and finally I had to get up and speak to the person who looked like a manager and ask if we could possibly get some service. There were only 3 tables that needed service so they were not busy at all. After another several minutes the server comes over and took our order. We ordered the calamari, which was ok. Not a lot of food for the price. We also ordered the salmon and the shrimp skewers. They were both good, maybe cut back on the swipe of yogurt...If you are hungry please note they do not have sides for the entrees. They do have a couple of side options if you order any of their sandwiches. Truffle fries, side salad or sweet potato fries. The prices for the entrees are pretty high so I expected more. We ordered an old fashioned which was great and the strawberry drink which was not so great. At the end of our meal we ordered the night cap and the dessert drink which was supposed to come with a lemon bar. The waiter came back and told me that they were out of the lemon bars. He asked if I still wanted the drink and I told him no. That I would like the coffee martini instead. The bartender made it very well known that she was not happy about the change. Not my issue...if you are out of something I order then I don't want it. The view was nice and will be even better when they get the lake filled. Hopefully if we go again the service will be better and the manager will actually care about her patrons and come to check up on the tables.

We had reservations for 6 at 12:45. Had just finished a wine tasting at the cellar room before wandering over here for lunch. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken. We ordered some appetizers that came out within 10 minutes. My problem was our entree order wasn't taken for 30 minutes after our appetizers were finished. We waited an hour and thirty minutes from being seated to when our entrees arrived. The place was maybe half full at the time. I get that the pandemic has made things crazy but this wait seemed excessive. We were late for our next wine tasting because lunch took 2 hours. As for the food it was good. The appetizers we had we great and the sandwiches/burgers were tasty. I was disappointed in the Caesar salad that I got with my burger. I'd give this place 3.5 stars but they really need to work on getting orders and food out quicker.

Congratulations we have a winner! I've been to restaurants at least once a week for the past 30 years all over the world and this is the worst tasting dish ever, goat gonads included. Appetizers are ok, entrees are a complete ripoff, go to Taco Bell instead, you won't regret it! Service is good though.

8/26/23 My husband and I went to pick up our membership bottles and were so impressed by the customer service once again. We always love visiting Rhonda, she is so informative and great to talk to. Yesterday we decided to sit in the members only area and got the best service from Jacob! He is the wine club member manager and really cares about the customers and providing all of us with a great experience! We also loved meeting the new mixologist Deion. He is so passionate about his craft and made the BEST drinks! We love being members here. It's always a great time!

On Saturday we wandered into TCI for dinner and started with the heirloom tomato and burrata with crostini. It was so fresh and delicious that I briefly considered writing the tomatoes a thank-you note. Next came the Harvest Valley Salad, which somehow managed to make me genuinely excited about lettuce--an achievement that deserves recognition from the culinary Olympics. For our entrée we ordered the Wagyu Steak Frites with chimichurri. The steak was cooked so perfectly it should probably be framed instead of sliced. Every bite was fantastic. We finished with the ube panna cotta, which was elegant, silky, and the kind of dessert that makes you promise you'll "just have one bite" before accidentally eating half of it. Nathan took wonderful care of us all evening. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance between making us feel welcome and giving us time to enjoy the gorgeous patio. Watching the sunset with live music in the background and that spectacular view? It was one of those evenings that quietly reminds you why people go out to eat in the first place. Apparently we enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very just two days for lunch. (Scientific research requires repeat testing.) We started with the hummus, which arrived looking like it belonged in an art gallery. Fortunately, it tasted every bit as good as it looked. Then came the chile relleno, which was absolutely outstanding. If this dish ever goes missing, I'd recommend checking my refrigerator first. Faith was wonderfully friendly and outgoing, and our food expeditor, David, was so genuinely warm and personable that by the time he left the table, it felt like we'd known him for years. Restaurants can teach hospitality, but that kind of kindness is simply who some people are. My only tiny suggestion: please turn on the patio misters during these triple-digit California afternoons. The food was keeping us warm emotionally; the weather was handling the rest. And on the way out we let Christine know the carpets at the entrances needed a vacuum. Fantastic food, exceptional service, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that keeps drawing us back. Cork Fire Kitchen has once again reminded us why it's one of our favorite places to dine. Bravo to the entire team!

We arrived with 15-20 folks. The air conditioned indoors was a welcoming environment! What I like is that you order at the counter so that the issue of splitting checks is not there. When we ordered you saw a sign that said this isn't fast food your food is made to order to warn us don't expect your food right away. I was slightly worried because we had a second game in 2 and a half hours but I knew it would be okay. We ordered and sat inside. The staff was kind enough to let us move tables around. Then I'd say within 10 minutes our food orders started coming out. The orders then continued to come out at a very steady pace! We were shocked. Then we were shocked at how DELICIOUS the food was. One by one like a chorus of glee, each person commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The menu was so vast that no one had the same order in the adults and each person loved their food. There was only one hiccup. One of the parents order a canned drink but didn't notice that it was alcoholic. This was in no way the fault of the restaurant as it was obviously beer. The parent didn't complain he just opened it and left it. The waitress who was bussing our area asked him was something wrong if he didn't like it and the dad said, I didn't realize it was alcohol. The waitress walks over with the POS machine asked him is order number found the drink and refunded it to the dads card. She did this completely unprompted and strictly because she felt it was the right thing to do. THAT is how you provide excellent service! Thank you The Local Provisions for your gracious hospitality! We will be back!

My tacos were mushy, pasty, and had hospital flavor written all over it. It was 18$ of pure hot mess. I wouldn't even eat these even if they were free. Even the presentation looked like it spawned from a hospital cafeteria. Tbh, it looked liked mashed potatoes with a side of broccoli. The only ok thing was the tortilla. You cant mess that up. Its probably bought. I want to try other foods here next time. Maybe that will do it more justice. Maybe fries or something? Something safe and not hard to mess up. I think my review is scathing, but its HONEST.

I read another review about the ube waffle and I have to agree with them. I was expecting more ube flavor. It was decorated pretty with the flowers but the flavor just wasn't there. Out of everything I ordered the blue velvet pancakes were my favorite. They were soft and fluffy. The cinnamon roll pancake was for my husband. I did like that they like you order pancakes à la carte so you don't have to do full orders of everything and get to try everything. Crème brûlée French toast was ok too. To be fair I'm not sure if it's because we had to take it to go. With that said when taking to go, the pancakes were still good. Waffle not so much but to me it also lacked that one flavor. My husband ordered a margarita and our waitress recommended peach and she was right. Peach margarita tasted yummy as I took a sip to try it. We came around 2pm and there was plenty of seating inside available. We were able to find parking in the shopping center easily. Would recommend to give this place a try especially since service was great. Also, pretty food presentation.

The Food Breakdown OBC Breadsticks (4-Pack): Delicious and fresh. They come with two dippers--stick to the classic plain garlic butter sauce for the best bite. Lost Traveler's Noodles: Really good. From the TVs and chairs to the overall layout, everything feels thoughtfully put together and the design really comes full circle. And as a military mom, I especially loved the huge American flag. It's stunning and gives the place such a great presence. The bar looked fantastic too. Unfortunately, the food was a major missed opportunity. I had high hopes for the ribeye, but it was thin and nothing particularly special. Honestly, I could've gotten something comparable at Sizzler for half the price. My burger was edible, but the bun tasted cheap, which was disappointing for the price point. And the fries... They were cold, stale, tasted frozen, and honestly seemed like they had been sitting around since yesterday. That's what makes this so frustrating--the restaurant itself has SO much potential. The atmosphere is gorgeous, the location is great, and Temecula desperately needs more places with this kind of vibe. But when the food doesn't match the effort put into the space, it really feels like a missed opportunity. If you're coming from drinks alone - maybe a spot to catch
