All three were extremely kind and patient--we had to open several boxes to see what was inside since our previous movers did not label them properly. Where it turns south is when I asked if another date was available, he said yes, I said I'd get back with him to confirm a change if needed, I never got back to him about changing the date. So I was surprised to receive an email saying my date was changed to the unconfirmed date I asked about and my original date now being gone. I asked for a refund on the deposit as it was not a mistake on my end that the date changed and he said it was non-refundable. Your mileage may vary with the company.
