The owner, Joey, was so amazing that he offered to inspect the underside of the car and re-attach the splash shield free of charge. He even used stronger fasteners to attach splash shield and showed me pictures of any potential damage to the underside, which were minor. He was also able to answer a lot of questions and allay any concerns I had, too! Really made my day and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my family! This is the kind of hospitality and customer service that is rare to see this day in age. I highly recommend everyone to go to this place for servicing your car! Communication is super easy. I contacted Asian Imports Plus through text last week to see if I can bring in my car for a weird noise every time I accelerated or stop. My husband and I weren't sure if it was from getting my car getting repaired a few weeks prior from this shop. They were very accommodating and told me to bring in my car last Friday. It turned out to be that my brake pad was worn down to a certain limit and needed a few hours to repair. Then I got a call that one of the bolts broke during the repair and needed to be replaced as well. Because it was a Friday (and they're closed on the weekends), it had to be done on Monday. They explained to me they wanted to make sure everything was completed right and safe for me and my family. As promised, my car was ready Monday for pick up. My car runs smoothly with no issues now. She offered me a soda both times I was there so if I could rate her alone, she would definitely get five stars so thanks to her. This review is mainly about Jonathan. He's the person whom I dealt with.. He comes across very confident and assures you that everything will be taken care of until the moment you pick up your car. I was surprised to see the Park distance control was disabled when we went to pick up our car normally a body shop would test drive the vehicle to make sure all systems were OK. Obviously this was not done.. I went inside and Jonathan assured me that he would "order a new harness for the PDC and would call me back when it comes in " That never happened. He never called me back.! That some customer service isn't it! Also, the rear bumper facia does not match the original factory color. I don't know if it's the factory paint or not but it's definitely a shade off! An expert painter knows how to tint and blend a few inches onto the quarter panel to eliminate the obvious color mismatch! Overall, very dissatisfied with the work and customer service we received!
