My previous dentist ) and now Dr. Beaver (my husband's dentist) We moved to this area from 160 miles south about 10 months ago due to my husband's new job. The only friend that we had in the area recommended their practice and I am so glad they did. They will work with whatever time and/or day of the week is convenient for you, Trust Me! "Friday's is good for the Hill family" lol if for some reason they can't see you in case of an emergency they will find you a in network dentistry they are familiar with to see you that day (it only happened when I needed a root canal done that started to act up and I would have had to wait 2 weeks to see their in house orthodontist, that comes in once a month). I've had six procedures done and have all been very pleasant experiences. One of those procedures was the removal of my top two wisdom tooth, it was very quick and swift I was done within 45mns. They will show you all of your procedure options and won't try to persuade you to go with the most expensive option at all, but if you ask their opinion they will answer with what they think is best for you situation. They also make sure that you are comfortable first and foremost. My husband and I weren't able to take care of our dentistry needs before with the previous salary etc but now that we are able, we feel quite blessed that it is being taken care of by a group of professionals that truly know what they're doing, that use latest dentistry technology to help make the experience as pleasant and timely as possible without sacrificing quality, and that are sincere about what we needed/needs to be done. We're so pleased that we decided to have our two children ages 9 and 2 become patients as well, next door at My Kids Dentistry with Dr.Chance whom is just as profesional and caring as Dr.Alexander. 1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Lack of Communication…read more Our experience with Rayford Modern Dentistry in Spring, Texas has become incredibly frustrating, not because of the amount of money involved, but because of the complete lack of communication regarding a refund we are owed. We were informed that our refund of approximately $280 was submitted for processing on June 11, 2026. We later spoke with Bill, who told us the refund check had been processed and would be mailed. It is now August 22, 2026 -- more than two months later -- and we still have not received the refund. More frustrating is the lack of communication. We have attempted to resolve this directly with the office, including communicating with Bill and Roxana and following up by phone, yet the matter remains unresolved. No check. No email. No letter. No returned phone call explaining what happened. No meaningful update. At this point, it isn't even about $280. It's about basic customer service and accountability. If there is a legitimate problem processing a refund, communicate that to the patient. Don't tell someone a check has been processed and mailed and then leave them chasing the office for months trying to figure out what happened. We have now had to escalate the matter beyond the local office and contact the practice owner and PDS Health leadership simply to try to get an answer about a relatively straightforward refund. We have given the office numerous opportunities to resolve this privately and professionally. Unfortunately, the continued lack of communication has left us extremely disappointed. I will gladly update this review if Rayford Modern Dentistry resolves the issue and provides an explanation for what happened. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office when it comes to billing/refund issues and communication.

About 6 mos ago,I came in for a cleaning and check up, which was fine. A week later I developed severe pain in a back molar that already had a root canal. Dr. Helen Sergerie diagnosed an infection and prescribed an antibiotic and told me the only tx was to pull the tooth. I asked her multiple times, isn't there any way to save the tooth? No, she said , it must be pulled and sent me to an oral surgeon. I was told the surgery involved IVs, implants, tooth replacements and 6 mos before I would be finished. I went home to consider and took the antibiotics for 4 days and when I was still having pain, I called Dr. Helen Sergerie to ask if another antibiotic would be more effective. She said, Sorry, there's nothing more I can do. Wow, never got that from a Dr before! I finished taking the antibiotics and every day used alot of Listerine and the infection with its pain went away. I wasn't sure about all that other tx so waited to see how the tooth did. 6 mos later, no problems but I needed another teeth cleaning so stupid me, went back to Sagewood. Yup. Got another infection with that same tooth. Well I couldn't believe that my tooth couldn't be saved so I went to my previous dentist at Sterling Ridge Dental. One look and Dr Cope said, absolutely, that tooth can be saved! He sent me to Advanced Clinical Endodontics, (ACE) and sure enough they performed a re-root canal and prescribed strong antibiotics and finally cleared up the infection and fixed the problem with the tooth. One day! Not 6 mos! Stay away from the revenue focused, Dr. Helen Sergerie.

They are both very meticulous in everything they do. However, their billing department is less than ethical. Do not ever take their word for what you may owe after insurance is applied, even if they say that they ran it before your visit and are sure that the amount you are paying will cover the bill. Before my child's appointment, I had them run not one, but two, insurance coverages, so that on the appointment day I would have a true balance. The office personnel who handled this for me told me I was probably over-paying a bit for these services, but I went ahead and paid them close to $2,000 (after all, they told me that they had run both insurances, and this would be close to the amount that would be owed). Six months later, I get a bill for almost $350. At first, I thought this was just a mistake or some lag in either insurance payment or accounting. I know this can happen. For months a notice simply showed up through text message- no call, no explanation for the payment request, nothing to explain what had happened after such a long lag. Of course, I would not have normally expected a personalized call over invoicing but given the lengths I went to (since it was such an expensive visit) in order to ensure it was budgeted for, this bothered me. Finally, I picked up the phone and called them. They said they would look into it and call me back. No return call. The month passed and so I believed it had been resolved through insurance- a mistake, but, again, a text message for an unpaid invoice arrived. I immediately called the office to find out what had happened. The office person put me on hold and then returned to tell me that one of the insurances did not pay and I owed the invoiced amount. This being in direct contradiction to what the girl had told me when she originally reached out to both insurances to verify payment before services were even rendered. Sagewood Dental did not lose my business because of skill, but because of unethical business practices. I will not use any company that lies to me in order to perform services and then comes back six months later, plus, to collect more money- especially when the customer service and explanation have been handled so unprofessionally.

Dr. Priya takes good care of my teeth and I try to see her at all my visits. Very gentle and caring and tells you as it is but in a very caring way. I'm always comfortable and even when my daughter comes with me to the visits she is able to sit in a little play area they have for kids and watch tv or play. She also is able to get a token and get something from the gumball machine which she loves. The assistants are so personable and friendly.
