This was the second time that I've had a repair done by TCCC. I'm a car enthusiast, so perfection in matters like matching paint are very important to me. I had a tight window for the repair and my contact there, Tamara S. was able to accommodate my request. I felt the cost of the repair was fair, the work was completed perfectly and it was done on time. Tamara S. was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I took my car there (a high end Mercedes) for repairs and they gave me an outrageous quote of over $40,000 maybe more depending on what else they needed to do. I already knew the cost of the repairs to be about $20,000 because of the insurance estimate. I took my car to another shop and guess what, they fixed it for about $20,000. it has been 3 months that Tysons corner collision has been "working" on my car. I brought my car in because someone crashed into it while it was parked damaging my back panel above the tire. It would be ok if it was taking this long if they would have kept in contact, gave me updates and just be a responsible company. I would've never thought I'd have to be the one calling and nagging and having to accept lies about when my car would be ready, this is absurd, even my insurance is in complete shock at how long this is taking. This place is terrible. They are incompetent, lie, and take forever to do a half assed job. My MB GL450 was involved in a T-bone hit and run causing major damage to the passenger side. Car should have been totaled. I took it to them because they were MB authorized body shop. What a mistake. They initially low-balled the damage estimate to ~$18K which triggered authorization for repair from my insurance company USAA. After more than a month and total bill of $35K, I got the car back filthy both inside and out. I get a wash and cleaning from MB even after an oil change. When I asked, they said there wasn't any money from the insurance company for a car wash. Beyond disbelief!!! Car drove terrible with strong vibration at any speed over 60 MPH. I took it back 3 times before they said there was nothing more that could be done. I took it to Euro Motors where I normally get my car serviced and they said, it's just a wheel balance that was off. After I paid Euro Motors for wheel balancing, car drove perfect. It's inconceivable that an authorized MB repair center couldn't figure this out after more than a month and 3 additional visits. This place is the worst repair facility I have ever visited. Don't be fooled by their slick exterior and fancy wall plaques. When I traded MB in 3 months after the repair, I was offered $30K for the trade in. So my insurance company paid out $35K for a car that was probably worth $45K retail, that I ended up getting $30K at trade in. Only one who came out ahead of this fiasco was the body shop. I now have a brand new Audi A8 and after a recent parking lot bumper ding, I went out of my way to Wagon Werks in Alexandria (now Pohanka Collision Center) even though I live less than 2 miles from Tysons Corner Collision Center. Mercedes sent me there. The manager there (I think he's the manager) is very rude. My car was 10 ft away and he refused to even take a look at the airbags inside. Worst customer service ever. He didn't want to help me. He said it would cost $4500 to replace 3 airbags which is insane and without even looking at the car. I ended up fixing it for $1200. Due date is beginning of March and today is 19 of March. Said car will be done on Monday. Delayed until Tuesday. Promised will be done. I called in the morning said will be done by 5. I took off from work on Tuesday to go pick it up. Yet Tuesday evening called back and said will be ready on Wednesday morning. What kind of professional is that oder 3 times of my car bumper wrong that delayed until now. I stop by to pay the deductible since said my car will be done by morning. Its now almost 2pm. Ive been sitting here for more than 30mins and yet now telling me my car wont be done for another hour. Now telling me my that dont think my car will be done today. If I could give less than one star, I would. We recently had a single car "accident" with our (brand new to us) 2003 Audi S6 Avant. They only imported 1,100 of this car to the states. We brought our car here via Progressive for the estimate for the repairs. The car was damaged trying to avoid hitting a deer & made contact with a curb on the passenger side. There is obvious suspension damage, it needs new wheels, new tires, etc. We knew it wouldn't be cheap but we didn't expect them to TOTAL the vehicle, based on Tamara's recommendation. Our adjuster has been nothing but awesome. However, there was unexpected damage & Tamara told us she'd be writing a supplement for the additional damage. We spent 4-5 days trying to get her to send us the supplement for the additional damage so we could see it as well. When she finally sent us her email, she told us she never even wrote the supplement because it was "an obvious total loss." What's even better is that the car was totaled because of an estimate of $13,500 in damage (which we've still not even seen) but they valued the car at $13,300 (from Progressive). Basically, the collision center didn't have the equipment we needed. This lead to Tamara recommending the car be totaled, rather than allowing us to take the car somewhere that the work could be done in-house. Of course, since the car is now a total loss, we can't change or fight that decision. Then, we made an agreement with our lienholder that we would retain ownership of the vehicle. Progressive paid to have the vehicle towed back to our house until we decided what to do with it. The damage is not nearly as bad as what was represented by the collision center. What's even better is that they sent us the car with MISSING PARTS. The headlights, side marker turn signal, & god only knows what else were left completely off the vehicle. The bumper isn't even put on all the way. Progressive paid them $693 and change for the release of the vehicle and they couldn't even send it home to me with all of the parts (which, mind you, were ON THE VEHICLE when we brought it here). So now I'm spending my gas to get here & my time (writing this review) waiting on the parts that should have been kept with my vehicle all along. I will NEVER recommend anyone have any vehicle sent here. Ever. What a horrible experience. read more

I definitely wouldn't choose this shop again. The repair work seems to have been done well, but their communication during the repairs was terrible. My job took longer than usual, in part due to a holiday weekend, and in part due to the need for the insurance company to reassess the damage. That would have been fine, but through out the process I couldn't get a straight answer from the shop on when the car would be ready. I'd ask when it would be ready, and they would tell me "oh we have it scheduled for work tomorrow, and will contact you." A few days would go by without word, and I'd ask again. "Oh it's going into paint, we'll contact you." Through the entire job, every time I would ask for an estimated completion time, they would just tell me what step they were on, with no information about how long it would take, next steps, or anything else to let me know when I could anticipate having my car back. After three weeks they finally responded to another round of phone calls to tell me I could pick the car up. Terrible communication, and a much longer process than I had anticipated. A very brief conversation at the beginning to tell me how long the job would take, and then an update if things were taking longer, would have left me a satisfied customre. read more

If you are paying for your own repair I recommend you not to go there... I went in for a quote for a simple misaligned front bumper they wanted to charge me 2000$ as a starting point and make it look like more work than what it is supposed to be done plus painting my side panels and the front driver door for no reason his excuse was so the colors will match!!! Are you kidding me? Guess what? I went and got it completely fixed in less than an hour and put back in place for a 40$. Please don't go there unless you want to waste your money. They think that someone who paid 70 thousand for a car wouldn't care about paying a 2 thousand and is stupid enough to believe them guess what? I'm not :p read more

Tysons Corner Collision Center knew that GEICO was not going to cover the entire repair bill as they have had problems with GEICO numerous times. They told me I owed thousands of dollars after they had my car for 2 weeks. At that point, I had no choice but to use them or be charged storage fees and fees to put the car back together. They had poor communications skills - I had to call to get updates. They had my car from Feb 19 until May 2 -- it took them 2 and a half months to fix my car! Therefore, my rental with my insurance ran out so I had 5 weeks of additional rental fees. Clearly my car was not a priority and unfortunately GEICO had paid them early March so at that point they had my car hostage - they could take as long as they wanted to repair my car. Because of the lack of communications, I felt that my car was being neglected, sitting there waiting to be fixed. Perhaps one of their "more affluent" customers had priority? Then they claimed I had my paint warranty covered under Mercedes Benz and I would get a rental until my car was painted. Well at that point, I didn't trust them and Im glad I did not because I never got reimbursed with the rental, claiming that I had to show receipts. Isn't it obvious that I did not have a car since they were repairing it? It took them 4 weeks (or longer) to paint my car and they never paid for my rental. Then my license tags expired in March, 6 weeks since they had the car and they didn't do an emissions test so my license plates expired. I had to drive my car for over 100 miles before I could get an emissions test, risking getting pulled over by the police for having expired plates. I wish I had reviewed Tysons Corner Collision Center before taking my vehicle there because the same experience I had are the similar to other reviews. I only hope that they repaired my car correctly. Unfortunately, the reason I used Tysons Corner Collision Center is because I bought my car from Mercedes Benz of Chantilly and they recommended using them as Tysons Corner Collision Center is their only auto body shop of choice. It is unfortunate that I had to have such a disastrous experience with both this company and GEICO (GEICO repairs your car as cheap as possible with the cheapest parts possible, which will cause you harm in the future - hence why many cars are never the same after an accident and causes the owner more money in the end) but such is life. If you are going through insurance, don't bother. Their labor costs are way higher than the average and you will definitely have to pay some portion out of pocket. They do good work but take forever. Tysons Corner Collision Center provided good service, quick repairs, and a friendly staff. Having purchased my last two cars from Audi of Tyson's Corner and Porsche of Tyson's Corner, this location was the obvious choice for repairing the front bumper of my Porsche (they are all owned by Penske). I was well informed of the work that would be performed and given a reasonable estimate including some "buffer time" they claimed would be used for quality assurance (note: that is not a complaint). At drop-off, I asked if there was any way the work could be completed before the weekend in time for a car show I was hoping to attend. While there was little communication in the interim, I received an email and phone call on Friday informing me that the work had been completed and was ready for pick-up! They even took care of the rental car for me when I came to pick-up the vehicle. Although the premises are nowhere near as nice as the Audi/Porsche service center, it is definitely much better than most repair shops I've ever seen. I definitely recommend this location, especially if you are a customer of the Audi/Mercedes/Porsche dealerships. read more

I decided to write this review as I believe the negative ratings weren't so accurate... Quality work... As always nothing beats their quality work. ( my cars were carefully inspected before released to me. I had a slight issue with one of my cars and after inspection they immediately took care of it ) Excellent customer service.... I dealt with Shaun and he has been beyond great with me. Kept me up to date with my car. Assisted me as if it was his own car and will always want the best for it while keeping the price very reasonable and getting it done as soon as possible. A Quick Turn Around Time.... The turn around time was exactly as promised for the most part. There was an unexpected delay with one of my cars but it wasn't the shops fault. I've had a bad experience with TCCC. Beware of the $80 per day storage fee they charge, in case you decide to fix your car somewhere else. Also a $250 Admin fee, on top of labor fee they charged me for inspecting my car. Manager gave me a discount after I had to go down there and complain, but still at the end of the day it cost me $800 to get my car back on the same condition I dropped it off. read more

Stay away, stay away, stay away. I actually offroad my Wrangler, so it's a little trashed. Which meant that when a tree limb fell (parked!) and took out some body parts, my expectations for the repair were pretty low. TCCC couldn't even meet those low expectations. TCCC seemed like a convenient place, and hey, they have an Aston Martin placard hanging. Baloney. They took forever, were very difficult to talk to, got various types of adhesives all over the place, and it required about three trips back to get most of the glue cleaned up. I gave up after the third visit and cleaned the remainder up myself. The kicker is that my very nice Euro sports car was just hitnrun while parked. In talking to the dealer, who is just up the street, they made a point of steering me away from TCCC. Nuff said. read more

TYSON'S CORNER COLLISION - MERCEDES well, i guess my complaint is kind of like everyone else. I took my car there on a Wednesday for an estimate and pick up a rental. I was told to do that by the other party INS. No one called to tell me how much and how long it was take. I myself had to call them. I also had to call them and check if my car was done. It took a whole week to fix a little starch on a bumper . When i came to pick up my benz, the receptionist was rude while giving me the keys. They didnt show me where it was parked. Would be nice if they had drove it to the front. Since I saw my car, it was dirty inside. My car is white on White. There was foot mark then turned my carpet black. I went back inside for someone to look at it. Manager was rude and again so was the receptionist. To summarize everything, That place is not good. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Was rear ended twice in a week! Drove the car in and Tamara and Tim were extremely helpful. They did the estimates, and I was in a loaner for about two weeks. Is that long? Probably, but great work isn't done in a day and the spoiler had to be ordered. Carlos and Rivera did seamless work on the body and paint. I communicated with Tamara as to when the car would be completed and asked for advance notice which she was able to do, even working around my schedule to pick it up. Last month I had my daughter's car repaired at Tyson's Corner Collision Center. My POC there was "Guy" Johnson and he did a phenomenal job keeping me updated on all aspects of the repair. I was treated in a very professional manner and my calls to the shop were returned within the hour. The work done was flawless. The car looked brand new ! I though because they are a Porsche and Audi dealer they would do quality work, WRONG. Worst place ever, I took my car for a small fender damage and they screwed up more things during the repair. A 3 day job took 2 months. They put a hole in the soft top, Could not match the original color, overspray, dinged the moulding. Bad customer service. They simply don't care. I had rust damage on the inside of my Mazda door and took it here to be repaired. It's hard to tell the exact quality of the workmanship as the vast majority is inside the door but I'll assume its good. I had a very hard time getting updates on the car and when my contact person said she'd call she didn't which was annoying. They were also supposed to touch up a small dent on my car but "forgot" and I had to go back twice to get touch up paint because they didn't have it for me when I went back the first time (even though they said they would). I had to touch up my own car. A few days after I picked up the car I found some scratches that looked like they had been caused by tools. I'm not saying they happened at the shop but I don't remember them being on the car when I dropped it off. Bottom line: be wary. read more

My car was involved in a very small accident. The wheel on the passenger side was scratched and the tire needed to be replaced... My insurance, estimated that the repairs would take around 2 days. Even though I had seen the negative reviews for this shop, I opted to take it there since they were the closest MB certified shop. I called them first to make sure I do not have to go through what other people have gone through with this shop. I was told that my car should not take more than a week based on the repairs required. It took them 5 days to even look at my car after I dropped it and 38 day to actually complete the repairs!!! They refused to provide transportation, even though, they took so long to repair my car and I had to pay out of pocket. They also wanted me to pay $6,500 since they had failed to submit the required paper-work to my insurance! If you are reading this, my guess is that you have been in an accident. You are going through enough stress. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this place. read more

I have two very good experiences over the past several years with these guys. The first was a sad week when the huge storms knocked down all the trees in the DC area and destroyed everyone's houses and cars. My beautiful orange Audi TTS was crushed by a tree. My insurance company, GEICO, insisted that it was reparable. I lived in Maryland at the time, but the closest certified aluminum repair shop was this one. The shop could have gone along with the insurance company and got a BUNCH of money for repairing the car. I think the final quote was somewhere near $30,000. But they held their ground and insisted that the car should NOT be repaired for safety and performance reasons. I talked to a couple different reps at at the shop and they kept me in the loop at all times saying that 1. the car would never be like it was before, even if they did all the repairs that they could, 2. they could not in good conscience agree with GEICO, 3. they informed me how the GEICO adjuster was an idiot and also an ass (these are my words, not theirs, but I do agree). All of this resulted in the car sitting at their shop for 2.5 months while they went back and forth with GEICO and the boss of the adjuster at GEICO tried to encourage me to move the car to a different shop that would work better with them. Of course what that means is move it to a shop that would do a shitty cheap repair job and return a lemon to me. In the end, I had to call the boss of the boss of the adjuster at GEICO and calmly express that I planned to sue them, and finally they totaled the car and paid me essentially the new msrp of the vehicle. My knowledge, information, and ability would not have been sufficient for me to do this without the steadfastness of the guys at Tysons Corner Collision Center. So, it was a no-brainer for me to take my brand new SQ5 there last month after a lady in a Mercedes SUV merged her car into the side of mine. A lot of work needed to be done for some minor scrapes and dents as the bumper, rear door, and quarter panel that runs from the back to front of the car all had to be removed and repainted. I knew that they would insist on the genuine parts, paint, etc. and not cut corners. They negotiated with her insurance company for a couple of weeks and in the end everything was done at the agreed-upon estimate (which eventually evolved from an initial assessment of $1,200 up to a final cost of $3,300). It took a few weeks but I would not have as much confidence getting it done anywhere else. I will continue to use this shop when more idiots or natural disasters keep destroying my new cars. read more

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to the Tysons Corner Collision Center. Almost a year ago, I wrote another letter about the excellent service as well as the quality of repairs that I received from your body shop manager Robert Kelly. Since then, I have expressed to my fellow friends at the Porsche Club of America how wonderful your service and collision center is. Telling them that I would not trust anyone else with my car. When I recently came back for a cracked taillight and minor scratch on my bumper, I was expecting the same level of excellence as my previous visit. However, my experience was very disappointing. I came in for an estimate on September 4th and had Tamara review the damage and she sent me an estimate on the 7th. I emailed her on the 16th to schedule an appointment and proceeded to call multiple times. I was repeatedly told that she was not available and when I asked if anyone else could help, I was told no. Finally I was able to make contact, which then took over a week for her to get back to me to schedule the drop off on Oct. 11th, almost a month after initially trying to schedule this repair. While dropping off the car, I was told that the repairs would be complete by Friday. Upon inspection of the repair, there was a noticeable dimple where the repair was made on the bumper. I did not accept this repair and was told that this time it should only take two days to fix, so scheduled to bring my car back for a second time for this simple repair. Living in Arlington and working in Washington, DC, I had to again adjust my schedule to make a return to Tysons Corner, not only wasting gas but also more importantly my time. When I brought the car back, I used the after hours night drop box. I was told prior to dropping off the car that it would be a day and a half to repair. I dropped off the car on Wednesday evening and had intended to pick it up Friday. After not hearing anything from the dealer on Thursday, I emailed Tamara early Friday afternoon to see if we were still on schedule and when I could pick it up. I received no response; therefore I called on Saturday to see if it was available for pickup. The receptionist said that she could take a message for Tamara and she could call me on Monday, at which point I asked to speak to a manager. I was then transferred Eric Kandill, who first apologized for the delay, explaining that the car would not be completed until Tuesday. He then said that he would talk with Tamara and assured me that he would call to follow-up on the repairs Monday. After not hearing anything from either Eric or Tamara on Monday, I sent Tamara a follow-up email Tuesday morning asking about the status of the car asking when I could pick it up. An email was returned saying that this repair was again delayed another day and that it would be ready on Wednesday for pickup. I called Eric at that point to see why it was delayed again, left a message and received no response. Wednesday morning I was emailed by Tamara to let me know that the car would be ready on that afternoon so that I could pick it up. I responded letting her know that I would not be available that day but would in fact come on Thursday after work to receive the car. When I went to get the vehicle I was handed the key and told where it was. No one walked out with me to go over the repair. I then had to go back inside because I had requested that the battery be disconnected when it was not in use for more than a day. The technician disconnected the battery and locked the hood so I needed assistance getting the battery reconnected. I also asked if the car had been washed prior to my pickup. I was told that it had been but that was before the heavy rain from the day before. This made me even more disappointed that the car had sat in rain for the first time and that the car was not washed on the day of pickup. During the previous repair the vehicle was stored inside of the Porsche facility to avoid the elements after it was washed. In conclusion, it has taken almost two months from start to finish to properly complete a five-day repair. I have had to manage every detail of this process from drop off to delivery and even two final inspections. In the future, I hope that you better communicate with your customers about their vehicles and follow through when you assure them something. This sort of service I would expect from a lower quality dealership or independent repair shop and not a member of the Penske Automotive Group. I also plan to communicate my dissatisfaction with this service to trusted review websites such as yelp and also the Chesapeake Chapter of the Porsche Club of America. Since this letter was sent the General Manager of the Collision Center called and apologized. He did not offer any incentive for me to return. He also did not offer a free car wash since the car was delivered dirty. The saga continues read more

I took my CLS 55 AMG to this place because they are MB certified. My car had simple corner front bumper damage. They called me to say my car is ready, but when inspecting on pick up they had installed incorrectly with wide open seems and many other things that were not fixed right and ignored. it took four times for me to not pick up my car and leave it there until they got it right. Very sloppy work, i would review with them the things that were not fixed with a person, but the message would not get relayed to the responsible person for the car. and every time they had an excuse of why it can't be fixed or that i would have to pay extra. Finally it was fixed it turned out that they had installed it improperly. The point is that make sure you look at your car and go trough it with "fine toothed comb" and don't be afraid to leave your car there, because once its off the their parking lot it'll take an act of GOD( if that ) for them to take responsibility. same lousy story. took over a month for repairs. initially i was told it would take 3 days. i was called 3 times the vehicle was ready for pickup only to arrive and notice shoddy work that was not completed. i finally gave up and took the car even though the work completed was not of good quality. they are all show and no go. the lobby is nice but the end result is disappointing. when you arrive i guarantee you will be told that your adjuster is "at lunch or out today or busy or not here today". In processing a repair there was an item on the "estimate" that read Reset Blind Spot Monitor-This was assessed at $962.50!!!!! I asked about this and was given a long drawn out explanation--great story. Being that this was almost a grand I decided to check with three other Audi dealers in the area, one of them owned by Penske as this shop is. To my surprise, I was told by two of them that as long as the shop plugged everything in properly and turned the system on and off by the A Pillar switch, this would reset. The dealer in Rockville stated that if there were a problem with the blind spot monitor based on R&i door then the most it would be is a scan of the system and clearing the codes-approximately $100.00 to $215.00 max. Certainly a HUGE difference from the body shop "estimate". Amazing way to fleece a customer!!!! Check into these things BEFORE leaving your vehicle for repair-you will definitely save TIME and MONEY!!!!! read more

Whats worse they never informed the insurance company of the extension so the insurence company stopped paying for the rental car sticking me with the balance. Terrible place, terrible service. I recently took my BMW in for a replacement door panel. I went there armed with my insurance quote and was told to bring the car in 2 days later. Now, the insurance info stated there was a replacement part needed, and it needed to be sprayed and finished for a total of 2 days work. Easy so far? I take the car in, drop it off, and get a rental for 2 days. 2 days later, I call in to see where it is, and they said they needed another day. I call back on the third day and they tell me they need another 2 days. As you can see, my car rental costs are going up. I drove over to the parking lot and saw my BMW parked in the same spot I left it3 days before, untouched! Nothing had even been attempted! I requested to speak to a Mr.Robinson who explained to me that the door panel had just arrived that day and they did not know they had to spray it, they claimed they normally come sprayed and matched. I complained they should have known that fact before hand, and despite, they should have ordered the part, awaited delivery then bring me in to drop the car off. I drove away in disgust and and told them to call me when the part is sprayed. I needed to stop the rental fees from adding up which is why I took my car back. IT took a further 4 weeks for me to fix an appointment with them as calls and emails never were answered on time and dates kept slipping. I do not recommend this place, nor does my insurance company. They do not know how to run an operation, provide customer care and communicate with the customer. They hide behind the Tysons Corner, Mercedes, Porsche Name, and are cowboys at best. I was told by Celvin Sanchez that my car would be finally ready today, Friday, October 4th. They have had my car since September 10th. However, today when I sent an email to find out if the car would be ready, I received a response saying no it was still in the paint shop. It has been in the paint shop since Tuesday and today is Friday. I had a small scratch and dent on the passenger side of my car from a car backing into me. I should hope I will never need a repair again, but I just don't have any confidence in the customer service in Tysons Corner Collision Center. It is just not acceptable for such a long timeline to repair such a minor repair. I will also let USAA know my concerns. USAA paid them immediately. I am sure they sent the payment in good faith that they would provide good service. Well they failed. I should have read all of the reviews before using them. I know they are a Penske corporation which includes the Audi dealerships. But the service is no where close to the Audi dealership. I have been a USAA member for over 30 years and this has been by far my worst experience with a repair. Unacceptable. read more

I read these other reviews but had a very different experience. I found Tamara to be attentive and responsive. She stayed in touch during the whole time my car was there. The damage to my vehicle was repaired well with good bodywork and good paintwork. The company helped me manage the insurance payments and was really very nice to deal with. Getting in a car wreck is a drag and Tamara especially helped make the repairs process go smoothly. My Porsche looks as good as new. I was referred there by a friend and I'd gladly recommend them in the future. read more

Terrible customer service. It starts with the bored, uninterested young ladies at the desk and extends to the short-handed staff who never ONCE called me about the constant delays to my repair - which extended well over two months. I hope the work is done well, but I would never return to this place. read more

This place is slow and they do terrible work. I had to wait four weeks for my car to get fixed, I also had to go back three times (after the four weeks) because they did terrible work. What bothers me is that any manager or supervisor would have noticed the obvious mistakes in the work. This place has extremely low standards, never seen anything like it. Pathetic. read more

It took a while 3weeks to get in and 3 weeks to get the job done but my patience paid off for my Audi A5. So far the work looks excellent and the customer service staff was great. Tamara was attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. They were pricey for the cause of 4 stars. I probably could find less expensive work but would have to do too much research and Tysons backs their work with a warranty for the life of your vehicle ownership. read more

This is the worst experience I ever had. I have 2016 Audi, I thought it would be a good idea to take my car to Audi certified shop. I walk in, Erick took a look at my car and gave me a estimate. Then he told me he had to dissemble my vehicle to do a final estimate, it took them a whole week to give me the final estimate! It was the same as the first estimate. Since my insurance did not cover the estimate in full I asked them to give me my car back. Tyson's collision center would not give me back my car until I paid them $1,200. They never told me that I would have to pay for an estimate. The following week I emailed director Tim, he lowered the fees to $ 500. I am still very upset that I had to pay them for simple estimate my car had a scratch and small dent. I feel like I was scammed. My insurance towed my car to Safford Collision. I would ask many questions before handing your keys over to tysons collision center. read more

My car has been at Tysons Corner Collision Center for almost 3 weeks now. We took it there because a tree fell and snapped the passenger's side mirror off. By the same front desk person, I've been told three different completion dates. Now they won't pick up the phone or return my calls. read more

Both the manager and collision consultant were unresponsive on when my car would be fixed. Most of the time i couldn't get to speak to them and put into voicemail. I called a majority of the time to get updates. After my car was in the shop for three days I called to see what the progress was, they indicated I needed a a supplemental from my insurance company but didn't contact them until several days later further delaying the repairs. My car has in shop for a total of three weeks so far to replace a door on my Audi which which was a hit and run.Had to cancel a family trip waiting for my vehicle and got my insurance company involved. Very dissatisfied and frustrated with the whole process. I would not reccomend this body shop, really wish I read previous reviews. They are telling the truth !!! They may have a few satisfied customers but don't count on being one of them. read more
