I went two Wednesdays ago on April 29th, was hoping to play Pkmn TCG but I was visiting and wanted…read moreto do other things around the city. I was informed the tourney would likely go until 9pm. They host both the card game and the switch/video game challenges. I did have a card to trade and the breakdown of the process was the most thorough I've seen yet and I wanted store credit as you get 80% vs 70% if you got cash only. Anywho, the wait to be called did take longer than I'd like but given it was busy and my decision on what to use for store credit took awhile, I wouldn't deduct anything. Avery (sp?) was the main person who helped me and she was very patient. I also bought some playable cards (they have a stash of organized cards in bins near their staff-only area which other employees helped me out with. All-in-all, very spacious and well organized! They have one exclusively for double rares/ex cards, ultra rares/full arts, ace specs, etc. They even have a box for people to drop off ETB boxes in for people to claim for free if they want to take home. I also noticed some instant ramen station which they utilized for food in the store. They have some nice wall art too that was handprints as well. Would revisit if I'm ever back in Seattle, WA!

UPDATE: I went back a few days later and my experience was much better. They actually added a…read moredecent amount of new cards and the varieties were much better. The staff was also friendlier and helpful. If you're looking for Pokémon cards, this is definitely not the best place to look for them. They had a bunch of single cards displayed and it looks pretty randomized. Not a good variety and honestly looks disorganized. They at least have a decent amount of sealed products, but everything was above market price. The staff wasn't friendly, nor were they interactive. The place wasn't that organized. There's a decent amount of table with you want to play card games with your friends.

This thrift shop has a great cause and for that alone, it should get five stars. Jubilee helps the…read moreBellevue school community and gives back much to the community and students. 5/5 stars The thrift store itself has a lot of women clothing. And they do their best to make it feel like a "normal" shop but I find it a little disorganized and feel very overwhelmed and gave up looking at clothes. They have a small variety of furniture downstairs and upstairs they have a small section of housewares and men's clothing. It was really hot on my visit and if I wasn't as warm, I'd probably stay longer and do some real treasure Hunting. But I just wasn't into it that day. But it's a great store to search and hunt.

This thrift store is not accessible for people who use mobility aids. Their designated handicap…read moreparking was on the side of the building that had the entrance closed at the time we went; their lower displays of women's clothing, books, furniture, and accessories are so crammed in and packed together that it makes navigating with a walker, wheelchair, or stroller very challenging and truly impossible for certain areas; their men's, household, pets, children's books, children's clothes and other items are all located upstairs which makes access literally impossible for those with mobility issues or parents with strollers. The sheer volume of items on the floor and shelves makes this place a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't find any organization as far as their books go so if you love a long riffling through heaps of stuff then this is your place, but if you like more of an organized and accessible experience this is definitely a place I would skip. The prices range from a couple dollars, to $7.99 for most clothing, and up depending on the item. I'd say they're asking higher end for things, similar to a current Goodwill. I don't have direct experience with the service as neither me nor my companion purchased anything, but the clerks behind the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves as several people looked at the accessories in the area. I don't see myself going out of my way to come back here, unfortunately.

DOLLAR TREE @ KIRKLAND…read more There is parking available right out front, and it's free. This Dollar Tree is also located in a plaza, so you can easily walk to many different places before or after shopping. I found a great parking spot right in front of the store. Walking inside, the store honestly smelled really bad, like someone's armpit, and it was throughout the entire space. It was a bit hard to breathe, but I just needed to grab two candles. It was a little difficult to find everything, and I do wish there were more staff walking around. Luckily, I was able to find an employee who happily guided us to the candle section. They actually have a great selection, and everything is cheap. I love their cards, small appliances, and seasonal décor. They have so many Christmas and fall items, and most things are around $1.30 now. Prices have definitely gone up a bit, so it's not exactly a "one dollar" store anymore, especially after tax. We grabbed the candles and checked out quickly. There were two aisles open, and the cashier was really nice, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was good, but I did take off a star because the store smelled really bad, some of the items were messy, and the overall quality is just decent, which makes sense for the price.

Really convenient location next to the grocery outlet! Only cons is usually only one cashier available and lines can get long but that's the usual with any dollar tree lol. I appreciate this dollar tree keeps the shelves stocked and seems to sell more product and better products than other locations. Would recommend!
