Not only did ABW flawlessly fix my car, they handled everything with the other insurance company behind the scenes and I walked out the door without lifting a finger. I was shocked and deeply grateful. They made what I was turning into a very stressful situation easy. I'm glad I did! I found City Collision and took my car over to see Travis. He even found additional work that needed to be done that my insurance company's inspector had missed. He contacted the appraiser and got the additional repairs authorized and was very quick in making the needed repairs. When I first arrived, I saw that this shop didn't have a bunch of employees so I thought that it might take a while to get my car back. I was a bit concerned because I didn't have rental reimbursement on my insurance policy so I was paying out of pocket for my rental. I told Travis about this and he assured me that he would get my car finished as soon as possible. He didn't disappoint! It was completely done in only 3 days (not counting the delay from my insurance company about authorizing the additional repairs which was out of his control). The front end of my car looks better than before I hit the coyote! It looks like it's brand new right off of the showroom floor! Awesome work! I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. I went to Epps, seeking a replacement chrome strip, on a running board. When she examined my vehicle, she also sized up paint staining from the vehicle brush up, and asked me if I had a few minutes. She then returned with a rag and container of paint thinner, which effectively removed most of the paint stains. For the persistent yellowed area where the tire had apparently "burned" the paint a bit, she came back with a gentleman armed with buffing compound and a hand tool which quickly knocked that more stubborn stain, 100% fixed. While the detailer I'd just visited (I'll do that Owner a favor by not naming his company), had just quoted me for 3 hours of labor at $95 hourly, Epps provided their perhaps 10-15 minute work at no cost. Wonderful lady, Good People at Epps !! The 1st time I visited Epps was for door bumpers that had the adhesive failing, GMC Dealer in Bee Cave had a cost that was very high, and this same lady at Epps covered my need in a very efficient manner, at a quite reasonable cost. Be ready to wait for few mins though as he is busy on phone sometime with other customers. He provided us both repair and replacement cost and gave us pros and cons of both. Didn't force to go for replacement, like some shops do. The repairs itself was very quick, took around 10 mins, it was done by Jason. He explained the process very calmly and answered all of our questions. The owner trusted his guys with repair and only came to see afterwards. Overall smooth experience and would recommend this place for glass related work.

We were impressed with the integrity of this company! I tend to believe most folks looking to make a buck would have been like "yep, we're gonna need to fix those". Nice people still, after a decade of not needing their services. Looks like they're clearly treating people fairly or they would not have lasted. Give them a whistle!
