Trust me: you own more than you think.) Once I'd submitted that Charlie reached out to me shortly after and was my point of contact throughout. I was able to make updates and adjustments up to the week of the move and even then I got 2 confirmations, one a day prior and one the morning of the move. A 4-man crew managed to move a 2-bedroom condo and a 4-bedroom condo into a single townhouse with a single truck, 1 trip between each location, and all in under 8 hours. Good men that busted their asses all day and earned every penny of their salary. TMM is not cheap but this is very much a case of quality work coming at an worthwhile rate; sometimes you need to pay more for the best service. You can certainly find less expensive movers but you would be hard-pressed to find movers of a higher quality. Book sooner than later, feed your movers, tip your movers.

And this one might be the biggest deal to me. Don't advertise that you nearly exclusively hire former military and veterans, then send me an entire team of none. As the daughter of a Marine, I I consider this to be on the level of stolen valor; you're exploiting the veteran status when all you did was hire people off the street. - the management and customer service team won't return my emails or phone calls. Today I'll be calling the Spotsylvania County Better Business Bureau as well as the Fairfax County Better Business Bureau to figure out log a complaint. If you can't complete the business transaction, you shouldn't be allowed to do business.

We purchased a 27x 10 space earlier in the week but when we got there today, the truck behind our space was overlapping into our space, making ours 24 feet. When talking to the guy working, his response was he can get the guy to move the truck up in the space( which he did a few inches and didn't help), try to switch with the neighbor but no answer or leave the premises with our boat. We paid for a 27 foot spot but it was really 23/24 feet.. but according to the guy working there, it was our fault to not test out the spot first to see if it fit. The guy reported the truck guy didn't want to move his truck and bc he has been there a whiland the working guy said nothing he could do about it but leave the facility. So we had to find a spot, at 7 pm, to be able to place our boat. Extremely disappointed in the staff and situation. I would not recommend this place at all. Then they called the day before to confirm. (One suggestion is sending a final email/text to confirm date and time - sort of like a receipt.) The guys were on time (even a little early), very respectful and thoughtful of the owner of the house and their other furniture. Decisions were communicated between the team before making movements which really helped prevent any injuries or damage - it put me at such ease. They did such a good job that when it was settled into the new location the sound was still pretty decent. Nothing broken or scratched. We thought the price was very reasonable. However, not only did the movers put dents in my dry wall, scratch up walls, put rips in my couches, beat up all my furniture (dresser, tables, etc.), but when I reported the damage, the owner mentioned I have waived certain coverage when I NEVER even saw a contract.. I even confirmed with one of their employees that I was never sent a contract, and he said that one isnt typically needed with a "small" move. Boy, was he wrong. This was frustrating as we were moving into our first home, and now we have quite a bit of repair we need to do. If you don't mind getting your furniture and house beat up, lying from their employees, and incorrect and improper responses from the owner in a bad attempt to remedy the situation, feel free to hire them.
