Bad. Walked in with a MacBook Pro with a simple cracked screen. They said no problem we will replace the screen with a. new one. Fine. $700.00 beats buying a new computer. Got my MacBook back and the "new" screen is all crooked, not lighting up right, and the computer doesn't recognize that the screen is closed making it so it won't work right with external monitors that I have set up. on top of that, the camera doesn't work, and it has exterior scratches on it. So I brought it back, they said they would fix it, later to find out that there is nothing they can do and all they will do is give me a refund and now im stuck with an ever worse off screen and in a worse off situation. Now I have to take off more work to get it fixed by some on who knows what they are doing and will do it right and be professional about it. Ill be taking it to apple and would NEVER use asurion again. and will make sure no one I know uses them. Absolutely Terrible customer service. read more

Do not use this store for your repair. The staff are not friendly and they are not technically able to repair phones correctly. Insurance claim pointed me to this store for repair for a simple cracked screen. My phone worked fine before but after 4 hours they tole me they were unable to repair the phone and I had to open another claim for a replacement. Upon returning me my phone it was now rendered useless. They broke it even worse so it was now not even working. Did not notice until I got home. Tried calling and was told I had to open yet another claim with Asurion to get my old broken phone working again so that I could access it to transfer the data. I conferenced in Asurion and they informed them that is not how it works. Place seems to be run by 16 year old's who don't know what they are doing and never talked to person before. Lucian was extremely unhelpful and refused to get a manager Kyle on the phone I could escalate the call with. Place needs to be shut down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE!!!! read more

This place is amazing! Free consultation vs paying 84.95 at best buy just to have an item sent out. Not to mention best buy requires you to authorize a minimum amount of like 150.00 to have work done regardless if they fix it or not. This place was well organized, great customer service. I had a water damaged Mac Air that they offered to clean the corrosion and if it worked the fee would be minimal and if it didnt they would not charge but work to better identify the issue and call with a quote. No contracts and all in house work! They said it may be a 24 to 48 hour window but contacted me within 7 hours of leaving my device. I am very pleased with this location and would highly reccomend using their services! read more

Rarely do I write a review unless the experience was really good or really bad. I was trading in an iPhone for a new iPhone, but the screen needed replaced first. Called, their timeframe to fix is super fast. I factory reset my phone, dropped it off to be replaced, they said they would text me when it was ready, no text ever came, had to call to see if it was done. That was a minor issue. The real issue came when I opened the phone to find someone from this store logged in on their iCloud account, reset the phone but now is tied to someone else's iCloud account. The $850 trade in is now a paper weight. Spent $120 on a screen plus lost $850 because no one can access my phone. Spent hours on the phone with Apple and they said there is no other way for this to happen except someone from that store logging into it after I factory reset the phone. I am the original purchaser of this phone, no other iCloud or account has ever been on it. Thankfully Apple will be able to log in and clear off what they did after spending a full day tracking down my original receipts and service information. But not for a week, after the trade in promotion has ended. Thanks for the new screen and costing me $970! read more

Do NOT patron this store. Read the Yelp reviews. I made an appointment and scheduled time to go to this place based on them being Wi console repair experts. On arrival, I was met by someone with no professional demeanor whatsoever, was given excuses before they even checked me in. The took the device behind the counter for 2 mins and returned immediately and stated it would take 48 hours for them to diagnose the problem when I told them what the problem was upfront. They then said after paying $50 and waiting 48 hours that they cannot order parts anyway and would not be able to fix it if there was a problem. WTF? read more

They seemed really nice. Said phone should be repaired in about 2 hours. They sent a text and email after we left. I was able to track progress from email. The progress said they had to order parts. I called. They guy I talked to said they didn't have to order parts it had something to do with old SKUs. He said he was working on the phone right then and it would be done in about 45 minutes. I called back after an hour and 20 minutes because they hadn't contacted me. The online status said it was complete. The guy I talked to said they replaced the screen and the phone was fine, but because it wouldn't pass some Samsung water test they put the old screen back on it. "It is unrepairable." They fixed it and then restored it to it's broken state, because Samsung will not let them give it to us if it doesn't pass their test. At least they didn't try to charge me some diagnostic fee or something. Also, not sure why their system reports status incorrectly and why they don't contact you like they say they will. read more

Horrible ! They replace phone screens with really cheap ones that will make your phone start having issues after a while . The paint on the sides of my phone screen is coming off and the lcd display is terrible . I am starting to have lines on my phone that can't be controlled . On top of that this ridiculousness, they charged $110 for this crappy work on my iPhone 7 where at different much more reliable spot , they only charge $70 read more

It was much cheaper than the Apple Store and also a lot faster service than I had imagined. It's been about 2 months since my screen cracked and the phone has been working like it's supposed to. While trying to push it back on to be usable for the rest of the day, the corners of the glass broke. The next day I took it in and they will not fix their work because the glass is broken even though it is due to their poor workmanship and the reason the glass fell off. Spend a few extra dollars and have it done at the Apple store where you will get quality work. Will not use again or recommend to anyone ------- My daughter had almost the identical situation at the same location. A week after paying $110 to have her screen replaced on her iPhone it popped out which resulted in a crack. We took it back to the store and was told the warranty was voided because of the crack...which was caused by the screen popping out. I argued that due to a faulty repair and the screen not being secured the crack was not her fault. They disagreed. Please read the fine print. Apparently the warranty on parts does not include the screen that they replace. To make matters worse, the manager on site refused to give me the contact information (i.e. email address) of the owner of the store. I do not know if that is policy, poor customer service, or something other. I agree, spend a little extra to have Apple repair your phone. read more

Do yourself a favor, don't bring your iPhone here, just go to Apple. I brought my iPhone here to replace a badly cracked screen, they did a decent job replacing it. However, after bringing it there, the phone started having issues, mainly calls going into mute while in use, this happened almost every call. Keep in mind, this never happened prior to bringing it here, even after dropping the phone and cracking the screen. We thought it was the proximity sensor, so we reset the network settings, restarted the phone and other things that was suggested when googling the symptoms. None worked, so we had to bring it back. uBreakiFix replaced the screen but admitted they didn't find anything wrong with the phone. The issue did not go away, calls would just go into mute while in use, and to top it off, the new screen cracked without dropping the phone. It was in my wife's purse, and when we took it out, there was a crack. No way items in her purse up against it would crack the screen, especially if they used "the same replacement screens Apple uses" as they told me. So we brought it back a third time. Not only did they not replace the screen, but they claim the calls going into mute issue is a carrier problem and to take it up with AT&T.........what?!?!?!? They told me those could be calls dropping, like I am an idiot and can't tell when a call drops or goes into mute when I am on a call. So, I brought my phone there initially to replace a cracked screen, a total of 3 times, and I end up with a phone that goes into mute while in use and, wait for it....... A CRACKED SCREEN!!!! They won't fix it. They should rename the business because they didn't fix anything. read more

I've been here twice now and I always get great service. They fixed my hard drive and they fixed my cell phone! It only took them a couple days for my laptop and a couple hours for my phone. In both cases I was expecting to spend roughly 1300 total to replace them but they fixed it for less than 200! 5 stars and I'll definitely be back if I need anything fixed! I cracked the rear facing camera on my phone. I researched repairing it myself and decided it was too big of a job. I found this company on a Google search. My phone was fixed within a week. The only reason it took this long is because they had to order the part. Once they had the part the repair was completed in an hour while I waited. The cost was reasonable and they kept me informed via text and email when the part was received and updated me on the status while I was waiting for it to be repaired plus their work is guaranteed for 90 days. Had to get my broken screen replaced and we just moved to Gilbert AZ from Florida. I had used UBreakiFix back home and they did a great job, fast and friendly so I thought I would try it out here. I was worried about some of the negative reviews so I was hoping they were wrong. Luckily I had a great experience! Friendly staff said it would be about 1.5 hours until they were done and they finished in less than an hour. It was around 11am on a Saturday and they take walk ins so it was probably a busier time as well then during the week. They tested the phone and made sure everything was working before and after the glass installation. It's been a few weeks now and no issues with my phone and it looks brand new! I will definitely go back, since I am pretty clumsy I am sure this won't be the last time :) read more

The guy working yesterday around 6pm was super rude. Basically told me to get out that he couldn't fix my phone because it was 6pm and they close at 7pm. I drove from a far distance and instead of apologizing or offering any type of soultion, he had a nasty attitude like he hates his job. He didn't only do that to me but to 3 other customers that walked in at 6. You should at least have a sign or advertise to get in by 5pm or we can't help you. Had to take my Samsung Note 5 for broken LCD / screen repair. Yes, it was expensive, but I live on my phone and it was worth it. They fixed it extremely fast. A couple of weeks later, the S-pen feature glitched. I took it back, and they replaced the screen and LCD AGAIN, this time for free. Fast forward a couple more weeks, my screen went blank, and they fixed it for free again (under warranty). They fixed the screen each time in less than an hour. Super impressed.
