DONT TAKE UR DEVICES HERE!!!!!!!!!! i literally never write reviews, but i came here with just a cracked iPhone x with a slightly popped out screen. Following the diagnosis, they told me it was possibly an inflated battery as well.I did notice anything wrong with my battery life, yet i agreed to follow through with the repair, and picked up my phone the next day. Was pleased to see the screen fixed, but not long after i walked out of the store i noticed a tweak in my touch screen, when i tried to open certain apps it would act as if i held down the app (3d touch) if u use apple products u know what im talking about. it got annoying very quickly as you can imagine so i kindly went back to address the new issue. The employee told me that it unlikely could've been a material that was used, it could be the motherboard, or even it had something to do with my iCloud storage (how could that even be effecting this unrelated glitch). either way i requested they fix the issue, so i picked up my phone the next day, feeling assured there's no way the issue is going to still persist. Sure enough the issue was very much still present, along with my new screen slightly popping out, AND my GPS not functioning properly. So i went back AGAIN, kindly, explained my issue to the same dude, and he proceeded to tell me it most definitely would relate to the "motherboard" (a devices main backbone typing components together to function properly), if not, my iCloud backup. At this point, i asked if there was any way i could get a refund, because i left the store with more issues with my device than i came in with (excluding the cracked screen).He said that if its the motherboard, its apples issue, saying there was nothing they could do and completely denying responsibility at the expense of my time and money. Also, begins complaining to me that he has a lot of phones to fix etc. in a stressed manner, searching for sympathy or something. He also requested proof of the issue occurring, so i sat in the store screen recording the issue. Customer service, he agreed to have them look at it again. I came back 2 days later to pick up my phone, with the screen popping out, 3d touch glitch still occuring, and my gps beyond f****d up. i mean like, ill be on the highway and siri will tell me to "make a U-turn," "proceed to the route". very frustrating, never returned in fear of walking out again with more issues i came in with, AGAIN. read more

this place not only wasted more than 200 out of my pocket, but wasted my time and energy aswell. we went in there for a simple cracked screen, was told it was going to be $250 just to replace it. they told me that i had a one year warranty so i decided to just do it. not even 12 hours later of regular use, the screen was defective. lines on the display, making random phone calls, locking the phone, pressing buttons, even the camera was altered! we called them to order a new screen, which they did, and went back a week later to replace it. when we got there, we were told that the screen was "damaged" so they couldn't fix it , it wasn't until they held the phone into the light to show us the small scratch on the screen made by normal wear and tear. we were confused - what the hell is your warranty for then??? get this, it's for defective screens. this place is a SCAM!!!! do not waste your money, find an authorized apple / android repair shop who won't f you over!!! asked for us to pay another $200 for THEIR mistake - we walked out immediately. read more

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TOME OR MONEY. I don't have time to write everything but in summery: In October 2021 I was told I had to pay for the part and work to be done so I did. After months in February 2022 they had my part I was traveling and in April 2022 I dropped off my laptop. Months and several other of the same part ordered and they were still working on it. I called yesterday as I have had to call many times because they have not reached out they tell me it cannot be fixed and it is still at the store, so I tell them I will have someone come tomorrow (which is today). Today they said it has now been destroyed and I cannot get it back. Then they 'found it' after i asked my bf to contact his lawyer at this point because this is ridiculous. I get hung up on thankfully my mom was there and got my laptop. It's AUGUST 12 2022 10 months later on my work laptop and not being able to work. I cracked my iPhone 11 while biking, went there and they said they would get it done in a few hours, he mentioned that I could choose between their "premium glass"($250) or their standard($170). When I asked what the difference between them was, he said he didn't think there was any, so I chose the standard. When I got back, my Face ID wasn't working, the person working, not the same guy, said you need the premium screen for that. I left and later that day, with no drops or anything the screen basically stopped working with lines l across it. I took it back and they said it would be covered. I go back the next day to my phone still not fixed with them saying something about how it had been bumped and how I would have to pay again. I payed it again and came back to pick it up. Literally the next day, it dropped from about 2 feet with a screen protector on and a case that is rated at 15 feet and it cracked. Really low quality parts, only reason it's not one star is how nice the people working there were as well as how quickly they worked. All in all I still have a cracked phone an am down about $320. read more
