It is rare that you come across an establish so devoid of value. My son's phone was in worse shape after their repair and we had to take it in a seance time to fix the damage they had done. They only even looked at the phone a week later when I called to get an update. When I finally for the phone 5 days later, I noticed their original fix was sub par and the fix for the parts they damaged left scratches around the edges. I'm $200 poorer now and on the way to Apple to see if we can salvage this phone. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more

Pixel 4a - $350 phone. Quoted $150 for screen repair, a little steep but okay they are "contracted with google". Get phone back after paying for repair - now the proximity sensor is NEWLY broken, making screen dark every call and disrupting Google's smart AI wake-up/sleep features. Super annoying, as I've already spent tons of time driving to and waiting on repair...So I call back- technician on phone says maybe a little glue covering the sensor from the glass repair, maybe motherboard faulty. I say, okay no big deal. Take phone BACK again in my free time - they decided on motherboard replacement (seems a bit dubious but okay). Major PITA to take back a screen repair phone that was WORKING NORMALLY before glass repair. They replace motherboard - A day later I come BACK to pick up phone, it won't connect to Verizon Network. Worse, the proximity sensor is STILL broken, despite them asking for google phone password to perform "diagnostics" (which let a faulty proximity sensor phone being sent out their door the first time!, shaking my head)!! After an hour on phone with verizon level 1 tech support. Verizon says will take 3-5 days to "go through system". uBreakiFix says new motherboard not until Tuesday, mind you it's Saturday. I highly doubt the brand new motherboard they installed was defective, and they want to put in another new one? At this point, I say I want my phone back enough of this, but they REFUSE to give me my phone back! Most incredulously, after being in there for no less than 1.5 hours, I gave up and wanted to walk out with my phone and they literally WOULD NOT give it back - they were adamant about holding onto it even when I said I wanted to cancel the transaction due to length of time and incompetence. There was zero urgency, professionalism and or concern for customer satisfaction. Would not recommend. I'll replace my own screen myself next time... Maybe that's what subcontracted out labor gets you these days, I don't know. SUMMARY/UPDATE: - Proximity sensor intact/worked fine prior to dropping phone off for screen replacement. - Proximity sensor broken upon pickup #1 (despite google password given for extensive diagnostics, what a crock). - Upon pickup # 2, proximity sensor STILL broken (despite google password given for diagnostics) AND now the radio isn't working?!? But, hey no big deal, right?! - Flat out lying about proximity sensor working --- upon pickup 2 snafu I ran android sensor app and still no signal from proximity sensor. (most critical). Made call through wifi, screen still went black regardless of distance from ANYTHING. What a waste of time! Take your business elsewhere - front desk couldn't care less and is not on the same page as the technicians. Two thumbs down, and I rarely post negative reviews... I will add, management has done ZERO to try to ameliorate concerns or offer anything helpful, ie sorry for your bad experience, we'll take care of the screen etc. Joke of a business. UPDATE: Reply from management below, (supremely helpful as you can see). You've been warned! Bottom line I spent $150 to waste 10 hours of my life being jerked around, have my phone broken worse, and then finally phone held hostage! Susan, as a customer paying for a service I expect a basic level of professionalism, courtesy and skill. Explaining why your repair service is "superior" because Google is involved (although the supposedly advanced Google diagnostic testing missed the basic prox sensor issue that was obvious to me upon making the very first call), when your company bungled a simple repair with bad communication and poor customer service is dishonest at best. I hope you would realize that as a business owner and own it instead of trying to explain away crappy customer service. read more

What a great experience despite a not so fun situation with my computer crashing. All staff members were super friendly. I truly felt they wanted to help me. It only took a few days to get my computer diagnosed and then to fix it was even faster. Originally they gave me a 1-3 week time range, but I got a text in 1 day saying it was ready for pick-up. AND it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They are very fair with their pricing and my computer is working good as new with nothing lost! Thank you so much!! read more

This store replaced the display in my iphone 6 plus for the second time in almost exactly 12 months. I do not live in Nashville and am not there often. I have an annual appointment there. The timing of the display failures is coincidental. Had I not been in Nashville, the display would have been repaired elsewhere. But I needed it back in service quickly. When I returned to the store to pick up the phone after repair I was told that the screen had been replaced but that Touch ID was not working - that it was likely a cable and that it was probably the result of "the impact". "What impact" I asked? The technician told me that display problems were usually the result of impact. I pondered my options for about 10 seconds and needing to be elsewhere, I took the phone, paid and left. ** Touch ID had been working when I handed the phone to your technician. Even with a black display, you can tell if you are able to unlock and turn off the phone by the sound it makes when turning off from unlocked. It would unlock and then turn off and then unlock, etc. I had turned it off and on and unlocked it several times trying to bring the display back to life. The 'click' the phone produces in that cycle is distinctive. ** When Touch ID ceases to work after a display replacement it is most often caused by an incompatibility with the display firmware. It was not the result of some phantom impact. By taking the phone, paying, and leaving, I decided to write off the time and expense. But please take note: The display this store put in the phone lasted only one year which isn't long enough for normal use. The second one they put in yesterday was not completely compatible with my phone. The technician should have known this. read more

I've visited the Belle Meade location several times during the past few months with various issues with my iPhone and iPad. I last visited because my iPhone 8 appeared to be totally dead. No power, black screen, no ability to push in the start button. I left the phone so that Nathan could do a complete assessment. I dreaded the possibility that I'd have to buy a new phone, When I returned, I got the great news from Nathan and the attractive blond lady that not only was my phone working but that it was very clean inside and that my bill was $0.00! Now I know that this business needs to make money, but when the fix was simple (to them) they aren't going to gouge you and talk to you in techno-speak. Lyssa was so helpful, efficient, and cheerful. My phone wasn't charging and she helped me problem-solve what was going on. She checked my wall charger, cable, and phone port to see where the fault was. It turned out to be the cable - an easy replacement. When I got in my car to leave, my phone wouldn't charge with the new cable in my car charger. I wanted to be sure it wasn't the new cable or my phone's port, and so I went back into the store. Lyssa cleaned my phone port free of charge, and we determined the second issue was with my old car charger. To make sure my wall charger and new cable were indeed functioning, I sat in the store and charged my phone for a few minutes. Lyssa was really friendly the whole time. The whole interaction probably took 15 mins (and I was a walk-in on a Saturday). She had a stream of customers and was really polite with each one. Worst experience! My iPhone 11 is stuck in a boot loop as I put it underwater. I went to this place today morning. The guy I met in morning was good and he said they will check for water damage, check the cameras and run diagnostics and call me in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and it was a different guy. He went in and got my iPhone and he said the right side of the screen is not working now. They put it for some dehydration to remove moisture and they found no water inside. And so I said that my display was working properly in the morning when I gave my iPhone to them. But all that guy kept saying was "I don't know, I don't know what happened". I asked what should I do to fix it and he said just try to restore it or something and try to fix the boot loop and then maybe come back to replace the display. The display THEY broke! I was expecting top service from this place but I am so disappointed. My display was working properly in the morning and it took them 2 hours to render it useless. Now my phone is still boot looping with a display that isn't responsive. And the guy just kept saying "I don't know, I don't know". I did not expect this to happen! read more
