Well first off i wasnt really impressed with the service i felt they were just trying to upsell me werent very nice, but then i came on a different day and a different girl helped me and she was so sweet and genuine to me explained the beds thoughly and i appreicated that and even told me her favorite bed , every time i go in shes so nice and just chill i like it :) i feel comfortable , needless to say bc of that and her natural help i did upgrade to 50 bucks a month . anyway i didnt catch he name but i came in the afternoon all weekened and she was the only one there. read more

I truely feel robbed!!! I went here, brought a friend....(bringing them more business), we decided to tan before a trip we were taking.. The girls there were extremely nice when we went...One girl...looked like Sammy from Jersey Shore...except much prettier sold me on a buy 3 get 3 package!!! Ok, six tans..then.Why not, I had planned on going at least 3x before my trip.....WELLL!!!! OMG!! I paid via atm card....IT CLEARED THRU MY BANK, the other NEW girl...did my membership, said it was all complete in the computer had me do a fingerprint thingy...all good... NOT!!! My friend had a bad tanning experience.....And only had purchased one and opted to not go back.....Me, having what I thought was a fine experience decided to attempt a second tan before my trip.... Well I get there.....and CHAOS ENSUES!!! Somehow the new girl switched me and my friend...so under my name was the one tan, under my friends name who decided to never go back was my remaining 5!!!! I immediately tell the girl, No way, This is not correct, I can pull up on my cellphone the bank account to show the payment for the six sessions that cleared...She says , yes for me to bring that up...I do, she sees the bank account under my name....Says she still has to call a manager....Gets a hold of some girl, who for lack of better words.....Is a moron.....She tells the girl , I cannot tan, cuz it sounds like we are trying to pull a switcharoo!!! WHAT?? I have the DRIVERS LICENSE with MY NAME, THE BANK STATEMENT ONLINE, UNDER MY NAME!!!! Proof of payment...SHow her the same credit card I paid with!!!! on me!!! And the Manager said she would have to call back and never did....I ran my fingerprint, and of course.....the fingerprint shows me under the other girls name, the one they show as paid in full....so that should be fine right? proves im right....... girl says....we will fix it for u, no worries..... I have never been able to go back, no one returns my calls, No one has fixed the issue, and at this point I think the better business bureau and whoever governs tanning salons will be contacted.....Again, another place that blames the customer for their mistakes!! OMG!!! I just want my money back...they can go about their ding bat days, and I can go about mine.....The workers are very nice....They need to fire the manager girl who has no common sense and they need to make it right and refund my money!!! DONT BUY ANY PKGS FROM her!!! go one at a time!! otherwise they will screw everything up!! read more

Change of ratings because aside from Danielle, her staff is lacking a LOT of training. I have encountered already 3 employees with very rude attitudes and terrible customer service. I have gone to tan a few minutes before they actually opened with Danielle after my workout without a problem. and just now the girl said "WE ARE NOT OPEN RIGHT NOW." I'm like okay so in ten minutes? She said UHH YEAH. So 10 minutes makes a HUGE difference when o was managing a salon and I knew my clients had to be at work and got there at 7:50 instead of 8, I let them tan because honestly it makes NO difference. The only thing it changes is your clients perspective of the company and of your employees. Terrible. There have also been instances when toilet paper was out, beds were dirty, and there was a huge line and not once was anyone in the line acknowledged or greeted. I bought a package for Mystic Tan and now that they no longer have the machine they will not let me use my package for other services and no one from billing returned my call. Whatever you do, don't purchase their packages! Please someone from billing, return my call! read more

I wish they had longer hours. I don't use the spray or the tanning services. The red light and light sauna are wonderful. The red light therapy heals you skin. Your wrinkles and age spots and texture improves. I bought a 6 month package at 70.00 a month. A little pricey but I can go every day. It is better than paying thousands on other skin solutions because the others slowly stop working. The red light stimulates collagen. If you want to do both the you would get dramatic results and keep it up with the red light. The light sauna really improves your aches and pains. Each light does something different. Your skin feels soft and the combination makes me feel energized and ready to run. The light action removes more toxins then regular ones. It is a heat only and you can watch tv. The employees are friendly. They sell items to help the red light work faster. They actually work but are pricey. I get the little tube for forty which lasts about three weeks. I love this place. It would be 5 stars if the prices were lower. read more

I came in today and Erika helped me! She was super helpful, very attentive, and answered all my questions! She made my experience there GREAT! I can't wait to go back! So to the owner hire more people like Erika because her attitude was great and she is the reason ill go back to this particular location instead of the location right by my house! I've been going here a few months, now. I have the unlimited monthly package. It's about 70 but, includes everything, including Red Light Therapy Bed (developed by NASA) and the Far Infrared sauna. I am not a big fan of any kind of spray tan (the smell) but, I have used it a couple of times. It is no better or worse, here. With their beds, I don't feel like I get as dark here, using any level bed but, I have never burned. They just changed all the bulbs so, I'm optimistic about that. I've been with ucatan for about 6 months now, the service here is pretty good. I don't ever worry about the beds not being Clea . for me peace of mind is priceless. Good variety of beds, lay downs are nice and 1 stand-up (my fave). I think it is VERY weird there are NO MIRRORS or trash cans in the rooms!! Although the stand up has about 6 bulbs missing for 2 weeks now, I did notice a color change. read more

I've only been one other time, and I went back cause I had a good experience. This second time I went back, long story short, I was advised longer time than I should have , and from that yes I did get burnt. I called the next morning and explained to the manager, Kaylee, what had happen. I wasn't blaming anyone nor was I trying to get my money back, just wanted to see if I could put a hold on my account. I bought the week package where I can go unlimited for 7 straight days, but there was no way I could go back the next few days with being burnt. Kaylee was VERY understanding and with out hesitation put a note on my account to hold it and to honor 6 consecutive days when I return. I was beyond grateful for that. Not even 30 minutes went by and I had missed a call from Kaylee. She left a voicemail letting me know she was going to honor one free month, instead of the 6 days, and how sorry she was I got burnt, and also wished me well. That right there, got me to want to become a member, since I was in search of a new tanning salon to begin with. Thank you Kaylee, for your kind generosity. read more

Ok let me first start off by saying I am a gun totin, rib eatin, truck drivin, tobacco chewin, big ol white boy. Now I know what you're thinkin...why would this guy be writing a review on a TANNING SALON!!??? Well, it's rather simple. THE GIRLS. Danielle (whom I've found out is rather high up in the chain of command) makes my experience there like I'm visiting a upscale country club and I'm about to play 18 holes. She greets with a smile and addresses me by my first name everytime I step through the door! Now mind you I've witnessed her myself do this with other clients as well, it's extremely professional and intoxicatingly polite. Danielle,being the busy woman she is, won't always be there to assist me so I will also be graced with the renewing energy that radiates from Nicole! Nicole, like Danielle, will always be positive and upbeat! Nicole's rejuvenating attitude will always have me leaving the salon with a smile. I may spend a cumulative amount of maybe 20 minutes each time I visit, and the amount of fun and positive energy I receive is terrific. The establishment is always very well kept and clean. My tanning bed is spotless and ready each time I visit. The girls do a terrific job at making each and every client feel special and appreciated.
