When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

From beginning to end, working with UEC Roofing was a great experience. Eddie, the Operations Manager, went above and beyond to explain everything clearly. He even used a drone to show us the damage on the roof, which was super helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what steps they'd take to fix it and prevent future issues. It made us feel confident we were in good hands. My parents are super happy with the results. The quality of the work and peace of mind we got made it 100% worth it. 5 stars from start to finish. Less than a week for a scheduled visit, roof inspection, and quote on a Saturday. Followed with a contract to sign on Monday. Scheduled visit less than 2 weeks after and all service performed as quoted with no surprise. Just got our roof done about a month ago and we love it. We had 2 layers of shingles to remove. They had that done the first day, second day they repaired all the damaged wood and put a vapor barrier down, and by the 4th day, they were completely finished. At the end of every day, they cleaned up everything, Didn't find a single nail. It has rained several times sense they finished and we didnt have any leaks. I would highly recommend. Kyle read more

I called around as usual to get quotes for an entire lift and re-lay for my entire roof (around…read more1975 sq ft) due to several existing leaks and Dale quoted me a very aggressive pricing that beat the next couple of quotes that I received. I did some additional background checks to ensure worker's comp and license/bonded status and everything checked out great. So I went ahead and signed the contract. His crew came out and did a superb job of doing the entire lift and re-lay within 3 days (started very early mornings and worked late at night). This also includes city permitting. I'm very happy with the repairs and the crew was extremely hard working lead by the project manager, Bulmaro. They provided the large trash dumpster and all the debris was cleared after the work was completed. I included a picture from the work in progress after they lifted all the tiles and installed underlayment rolls. This was mid-way thru the repairs. Kudos to Dale and the entire crew. Very professional and quick. Highly recommended!

During the job, his team replaced part of my rain gutter and downspouts without additional charge, just because it needed it. We were impressed with Dale's genuine interest in "building" a solid roof environment rather than just replacing underlayment. His team was respectful of our property and worked straight through, all day, each day, until completed. To top it off, of the 3 quotes received, he was competitively priced with the other low bidder. Highly recommended!!!
