It takes about 6-8 weeks once you order. We had problems with our install on 2 of the trips. The second install the guy left caulk in 2 spots on our hardwood floor. We never called about this because we are planning to resand them. This is very careless on his part because he did have tarps down. The 3rd install the guy who put one of the octagons in never leveled the window. So as they were ready to leave and my husband checked the work it was obviously off center without even placing a level. The guy fixed it before he left. Now that the work is done, we are happy. Windows are beautiful. Just make sure to check everything over before they leave.

They were customed stained and they did an amazing job with the staining. They were able to match the wood stain I currently have. A couple of years later I renovated my kitchen. I had a single entry back door and wanted to convert to a sliding door out to patio. My house is a brick home, and their installers were able to make the opening to fit a sliding door. They were able to match the door stain to my windows and everything looks perfect! The installers went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even went as far as to building temporary steps to lead to my outside patio. I will most definitely recommend them for your home window and door project!

I stopped in and everyone i worked with knew exactly what was needed for my HOA. We walked through all the options when building a door and storm door, picked out the layout, the glass, and the colors. Everything was seamless. They came out for final measurements, and then called to setup the install when the doors were ready. The installation team was great, took great care of my entryway while doing the install. I give this place four stars. I needed a piece of glass for…read morea Pier 1 kitchen table that goes against the wall. It had a wood top that was not durable enough for a sweating water bottle or scratchy keys. It measured approximately 35" x 11" with some eights of inches thrown in for tediousness. The man on the phone quoted me a price and told me the options. I went with the clear glass, plain edge, and it was around $41 with tax. The price was fine with me considering we were doing damage to our table in the meantime. I went in the place the order; pretty easy. They said it'd be ready in two days. Minus one star for: ---1) I came back in 2 days when they opened and it wasn't ready. I guess they didn't expect me to come that early (around 830AM), but you have to tell customers that it won't be ready until after a certain time, such as "Friday, after 12 noon". So I had to wait 15-20 mins for them to make it on the spot. ---2) Street parking, ugh. ---3) Don't bring small kids here or anyone accident prone. There was was chunk of broken mirror on the ground from a nearby broken glass pedestal. I picked it up and put it safely on top of the pedestal. Mistakes like that shouldn't be made. ---4) Non-air conditioned (or so it seemed) waiting area. Also, the waiting area needs a serious update. There was a bay of seats from a van. Really? :) Other than those points, it was fantastic. Helpful people work there. SUPER accurate sizing and measuring. It fits the table like a glove. Thank you!!
