Booked only a week in advance and had a great experience, Shannon called me to confirm drop of details and was very pleasant to speak to. The bus was amazing , I may be mistaken but I thought ice was included, but we ended up stopping to get some wasn't a huge deal. I would give this business a ZERO if I could. I rented a limo to take my teen daughter to see Sabrina Carpenter at Kia Forum. The limo driver promised he knew this venue and there would be no problem picking us up after it ended. WRONG. We waited over an hour after the concert was over for the driver who could not enter the parking lot and was no where in sight. He kept hanging up on me via phone when I was inquiring his whereabouts, and I was abandoned in a bad area with my daughter who was petrified. This is a RIPOFF and joke of a business. The driver lied as to his whereabouts and put us in DANGER. Buyer beware: DO NOT use this unprofessional and ridiculous service!! read more

We can't forget our special day July 1st, thanks to United Limousine and Charter!! We surprised our daughter with a Limousine for her quinceañera. I researched online and found this limousine company. It was so easy and efficient to make the reservation and the best part was that I could make the reservation for the hours that best fitted out event. They were also very accommodating as one of the bars were closed so they let us add another to the route. My only critique is our bus driver didn't seem happy to be there. I used ULc for my wedding 10 years ago and rented 3 limos from them back then. We had a family wedding last month and the first company I thought off was them. They were very professional and they have a large fleet of limos to choose from. They were a few minutes late to arrive at the first location and the hummer we ordered had no refreshments in it( make sure to ask if yours will). They got my family to the church for the wedding with no issues. The problem was on the way to the hall. The hummer broke down. The driver was very fast in contacting their office and they were able to get us another limo within an hour. The ride home after all that was fine and we ended our rental early. I'm just glad they were able to get us another limo right away and that's the good thing about them having a large fleet. read more

I had my son's 9th bday on this 26 passenger shuttle. Robert was punctual, early even, pleasant and responsive throughout the evening. The cost breakdown was fair, and the shuttle was clean for the most part, except for an upholstery tear in one of the seats. They filled the cup holders with ice and provided a smooth ride. The driver's gps lagged a bit so I had to stop my dancing to help provide visual directions. But other than that, I had an enjoyable time! The lights and lasers, plus Bluetooth enabled sound system, really enhanced the kids' experience! read more

I wish I could rate this company negative points for the fact that I rented with this company and gave taken numerous of party busses and the volume on the bus was abnormally low, we couldn't listen to music at all on the bus. The volume knob was broken, I rented the bus for three hours and lasted 30 minutes because the bus was awkward without any music I would have rented Ubers for my guest instead and used the radio.
