Well, I decided to update my review based on the way my complaint was handled. I want to give a shout out to Shannon who was horrified at my account of the limo ride that happened on 11/20/2022. The driver that they hired was not honest, professional or ethical. The driver is the one who is responsible for the bad trip. Shannon, and the manager Brandon were on top of the complaints that were made by myself and my brother in law who had used the service the previous night as well as the night that I used ULC. My brother in law was present for both trips and has a similar experience regarding the driver being deceitful and unprofessional. Shannon refunded my money and offered a $50 voucher toward a future trip. They also refunded my brother-in-law money that was fraudulently taken from him by the driver of the limousine. I am hoping that the driver lost his job at this very busy time of year. I am impressed with the professionalism of Shannon and Brandon and would not hesitate to use ULC again. read more

Service was flawless, Ruben (apologies if misspelled) was our driver. He was welcoming, cool, and most of all, a great and safe driver. Ruben was very communicative and responsive and we all had a great time on our party bus. The only issue to bring up was the bus itself. It was brand new and clean and had great audio system and party lights. The drawback was there was not ceiling bar on either side. it made moving around and standing in the bus whilst driving, very difficult without anything to hold to. Out of 5 stars, Ruben and ULC absolutely deserve all 5. Rating the experience out of 100, I give a 95. If the bus have had bars up to for safe and easy manuvering, it would be 100. I will absolute use ULC again and will specifically request Ruben as my driver. read more

I booked a limo and driver with United Limousine & Charter to take a group of 8 to a concert at Dodger Stadium and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I got a quote very quickly and made my reservation online - they confirmed quickly via email and I got a call a few days before to confirm the details. Our driver, Jude, arrived on time and was great - he's probably taken groups to Dodger Stadium hundreds of times (it was our first time) - he knew exactly where to go. The limo was clean and appeared to be newer. I had previously purchased parking for the bus/oversize lot at Dodger Stadium through Ticketmaster, so Jude was able to drive us right in to that parking lot and we met him there after the concert and he got us home quickly and safely. Honestly, it couldn't have been a better experience - I will definitely use United Limousine & Charter next time I need to book transportation. read more

The front one wasn't working and the sound of the back one was very scratchy...we asked the driver to fix it but he said we need to figure it out ourselves...ans the owner denied that the speakers were not working properly. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone. Sound system was horrible and scratchy. Bad smell in the bus from the minute we walked in.. The driver took a good 10-15 miles extra since they charge hourly. I mean anyone could miss first exit with navigation google map system, but you won't miss the2nd, third and fourth one!!! How do I give zero stars? STAY AWAY FROM ULC! WARNING WARNING! I can't say enough how much I regretted booking this company for our wedding shuttle services. What was supposed to be a special day for us just turned into a disaster for us and our guests in regards to our transportation plans which also affected our actual wedding and guest safety. There were multiple issues that happened and I cannot begin to say how unhappy we were that we booked ULC. They never emailed me the shuttle driver numbers after we spoke prior to our event as promised. The shuttle that was supposed to arrive at 3:45pm at at one of our hotels never arrived. We got a missed call at 3:45pm and later spoke to Shannon who told us that the shuttle belt blew out. The shuttle was supposed to arrive at 3:45 and that is exactly when we got the call that the shuttle broke down? Furthermore, she did nothing to help resolve the issue and basically told us we were out of luck and said she could not do anything about it. This shuttle was supposed to transport the wedding party to the wedding venue and because of this delay, we wasted an hour trying to arrange transportation for ourselves and were an hour late to the venue and we missed out on our photo time with our photographers. We basically lost an hour of photos which was a big cost savings down the drain since we paid our photographers by the hour and they were just waiting for us at the venue. We also spent so much extra money trying to get a hold of ride shares which also took forever due to the holiday weekend. The shuttle that was supposed to picked up from another hotel was supposed to arrive at 4:45pm did not come until 5:10pm. Due to the delay, these guests were late. Furthermore, the driver missed a turn into the venue and ended up driving on the wrong side of the road, and put the safety of my guests in danger. I was so shocked and appalled to hear about this as some of my older family members were on this shuttle. Also I was told the shuttle made sudden sharp stops and the ride felt unsafe. When the shuttle made hard stops, old white claw cans rolled out from under the seats. Are these shuttles even cleaned from previous use? Unacceptable. Our other shuttle that was supposed to pick up our guests from another hotel at 5:15pm never arrived when I was told by Shannon that it would. She gave me the driver's number which I called and said she would be there to pick them up. One of my groomsman was on the phone with a driver trying to frantically resolve the issue. By the time a driver was able to get them, there was a group of about 25 people who were late to the ceremony and did not get to see us get married. In addition, the driver who picked up guests from our venue at the end of the night to go back to the hotels was just plain rude! As my guests boarded the shuttle at 11:30pm, they asked her to wait for more guests to board. She refused to wait and said she there was another shuttle for them and promptly wanted to leave at 11:33pm. I'm not sure why she wanted to leave right away and not wait for our guests who were walking to the shuttle (we did not have another shuttle waiting for the other guests!). The other guests had to wait until midnight for her to come back and get them. Why not just wait until the entire group was on the shuttle?I read more

I was really nervous booking this limo service because of the recent 1 star reviews we saw. The only reason we booked is because prices were fair and staff was wonderful. We took some of the reviews into consideration when booking and decided to book them 30 minutes earlier than needed incase the driver was late. (Better to have the time and not need it than need it and not have it). We were thrilled (and almost stressed even) when they arrived 5 minutes prior to our contracted start time. The worst experience ever! Not only was the party bus was filthy, half eaten pizza on full display, crumbs on seats, no cups as promised, music didn't work, Bluetooth wouldn't pair, it just kept loading, THE DRIVER WAS 30 min LATE and was unapologetic, but rather defensive. Oh the cherry on top was that THE DRIVER DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE THE WHOLE TIME. I had 15 kids waiting in the heat for the party bus, we were late to all of my daughters birthday celebration activities. Beyond disappointed in the customer service. I spoke to the woman that handles complaints she basically can't do much to resume the issue so I asked for upper management. She provided Brandon's phone number and guess who picked up when I called that number, it was her again at which point she proceeded to lie and said she didn't know he wasn't in and she would follow up with him. Today I called because I was changed yet again instead of being refunded (tiny potion, which I did not agree to but will accept as a partial refund) and she tells me he is not around and won't be back till next week and she didn't know this. Somthing is very off here, it's not true and they are giving me the run around. Such HORRIBE service! You guys should be ashamed. Not one concern or the thought of feeling bad for ruining a birthday and making 15 kids wait and not to mention put me through all of this. read more

I was so nervous to be responsible to book our teen's senior prom party bus, as my previous experience with a different limo service involved a bait & switch party bus and a night of disappointed kids and parents :( When I first spoke to a rep at ULC, I told them about my previous bad experience and that I needed to make sure we get the exact bus that we reserve. We were looking for the really nice, largest 50 person party bus as shown on their website. From sales to dispatch to driver, everyone I spoke with at ULC was sincere, informative & professional. We were thrilled when the exact party bus arrived, on time and with a friendly driver. The kids had a great night AND from start to finish, my transaction with ULC could not have been smoother. ULC used to be my favorite go to for all our events but NEVER AGAIN! thanks to Shannon ! I organized an event with ULC from months ago for party of 29 people, I specially called and asked for overhead bar and 2 pols few times , once when I booked it , once when I wanted to pay my balance and once 2 days before the event and they assured me that we will get what we asked for . when the bus arrived , not only it didnt have the overhead bar pole but also the speakers were not working , the driver tried to fixed it but he couldn't fix it. NEXT DAY , when I called and shannon picked up , she ( with a bad attitude) told me that i never mentioned about the 2 poles , she said she has a note regarding the overhead bar and she said she will check with the driver regarding the speakers and she will get back to me , SHE NEVER CALLED ! AND NO APOLOGY JUST A MEAN ATTITUDE. 3 days after i calked again and she said , I checked with the driver , the speakers were working properly ,but she said she will refund me 10% ! I am wondering if the speakers were working why did she refunded 10% !!!! SO SHE KNEW SOMETING WAS WRONG After all these calls and back and forth , she told me I never asked for overhead bar and pole . she kept changing her words, DONT UNDERSTAND HER she stated that they don't have any bus with an overhead bar . SHANNON , this is not customer service, sometimes and apology doesn't hurt , you knew from the beginning that you didnt have the bus with overhead bars , you just needed to let us know from the beginning not letting us book it and lie to us , that's not professional at all .
