I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. My wife and I, new parents to a week-old baby, found a specific Subaru Outback on Autotrader and inquired directly to confirm it's availability. We received a call back and were assured we could come in and see the car. However, upon arrival, after a one-hour journey assisted by family, we were shown a different Subaru Outback, with 29,500 more miles than the one we were interested in. We were then told that the car we had initially inquired about had been sold over two weeks prior and hadn't been removed from the website. This is a clear violation of California Vehicle Code 11713(c) CVC, which requires ads to be withdrawn within 48 hours after a vehicle has been sold or withdrawn from sale. This incident resulted in a significant waste of our time and resources. The dealership tried to make amends by offering to cover our gas expenses or giving a small discount on a car we hadn't initially intended to buy. While the gesture was appreciated, it doesn't cover the 3+ hours that four adults and a newborn and a 9 month old wasted due to this mistake. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this dealership to avoid potential miscommunication and disappointment. read more

My super reliable 1998 Toyota Avalon turned 20 years old and passed 200,000 miles when I began looking for a well maintained newer version of the same model. I looked for two months, viewed dozens of cars and test drove six before finding a beautiful one owner, low miles 2008 Avalon at Ultimate Autoline. The detailed photos of the car posted on their website helped narrow down my search. Majid, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We took a thorough test drive and Majid supplied me with the Carfax report. Because I was buying the car "as is" with no warranty, it was a must for me to take the car to my longtime mechanic for a final inspection. Majid accommodated that request and my mechanic gave the car thumbs up. I closed the deal with Majid that same day. He knew all the DMV procedures to process my new ownership and provided me with the required temporary plates. One week later, I got my permanent plates and registration certificate from the DMV in the mail. A few days later, I got my clear title pink slip as well. My car buying experience with Major and Amy was more than I could have expected! The car is so nice and my mechanicc completed a thoroughh 1 1/2 hour inspection including visual and diagnostics. The car came back clean with a gold star and we found no evidence of any sneaky repair work. The car is the car though but the review is for the buying experience I found the car on car fax so I knew I was getting a clean vehicle from the start. Major serried new e a great interest rate with great terms and beat my monthly payment expectations! They took care of aLl of the paperwork and even delivered the car to my doorstep. If your looking for a fair honest used car buying experience look no further! Also, if your credit sucks it's not the dealers fault you should pay more bills and leave less negative reviews. I recently got a BMW M3 from Ultimate Autoline. My dream Car. And every day I see it I am amazed the good condition this car is . I am very pleased with this buy and with the service that Amy and Magid Provided. For me the buying process was a little longer since I live in Puerto Rico, and I wanted to Export the car after the sale. The Car underwent a couple of inspections from local mechanics before I bought it and the dealership fixed all the minor Glitches before shipping it to me. They made the export process very easy and they were very helpfull and comprenhensive with my request prior the sale. So far nothing wrong with the vehicle I purchased (2006 Toyota Camry Solara SE). Paul was helpful even though he was juggling several clients at once. It took a little longer than I would have liked to finalize the sale, but I am a patient person, so no big deal. Even though Paul made some miscalculations regarding my payment plan & financing, I am actually appreciative of the fact that I ended up spending a little more than I wanted in order to solidify the right warranty for my situation. So we where on our way to a private seller and stumbled into Ultimate Autoline when Amen came out. We soon realized this was a no nonsense dealership, no haggling and prices were marked extremely fair. We never felt rushed nor pushed into anything. We left to see private seller vehicle but returned to Ultimate Autoline and at about 9:30 pm we left with a new Suburban.
