I really wanted to like them. The first time they came out to clean my carpet, they did an OK job.. not great, but OK. My carpet didn't feel clean nor did it smell good... but Rodrigo was nice. So, OK. I had a patch on my carpet where my dog pee'd on, Rodrigo advised to replace the carpet to remove the smell. Rodrigo was very nice, purchased new carpet and came back to help me replace it. However, now this is the bad part... he was pretty messy and left a lot of loose carpet and dirt on my floor.. didn't clean it. Then after he left I realized he was cutting carpet in my garage and didn't clean it either. I spent an hour sweeping and vacuuming after he left. Then a few days later when I went to throw garbage, I realized he filled my garbage bin with my old carpet and paddding and he didn't even tell me about it! I've had work done at my house and they always cleaned up and took away their garbage. Rodrigo is very nice... but very messy! read more

Before I write my review, you need to know I'm the type of person who believes "why pay when you can do it yourself" I have three dogs and while I was away for a month family didn't take them out a few times a day. I have a Carpet cleaner but it's one on those spot cleaners and noticed I'd have to clean the entire carpet to prevent obvious spots. Walked in the office Friday morning and saw Ultimate Carpet Cleaners and asked for a card. I spoke to Rodrigo asked about pricing and availability. Literally the very next morning at 8:20 (appointment was at 8:30am) I got a call from Luis to let me know he was outside. This man treated and cleaned two bedrooms, hall and living room carpet in under an hour. It would of taken me ALL WEEKEND to complete this task. It's that time as carpet and tile looking pretty shabby...and with my po Lulu being on meds it makes her drink more and pee more and those accidents will happen! Sigh Called up Friday afternoon to see if they had time Saturday afternoon...score! They did and was scheduled from 2:00 - 3:00 for tile cleaning in the kitchen and carpet cleaning in the back room. Lupe came out for this visit...this is my 2nd time using them since Yelp friend, Jenny T. had reviewed them and posted pics! Excellent...anyways, Lupe called me about 2:15 to say he would be there in 13mins...I love updates so I'm not sitting around twiddling my thumbs and constantly looking at my watch! Lupe was very professional and got to work! Scrubbing edges and trouble spots on my tile and later mentioned one area was stained and he tried hand scrubbing it without success! I appreciated him letting me know...now the carpet...dang this 11yr old carpet looks new again and I'm sure it smells better (like the commercial: you smell this BUT your friends smell that!). Note to self: Spend the money to get your carpets professionally cleaned. I have tried cleaning the carpets myself with my own carpet cleaning machine and it is just not worth the time and energy. I had called Rodrigo on a Wednesday and he was able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon. They had cleaned our 950 ft. condo in 45 min. for $150. Lupe and his partner were on time and got stains out that I never would have thought would come out. They even cleaned under the couch. They had placed some spacers under our dining table and couch so that the rugs could dry. Our place smelled great and looked so clean. I booked them today and the guy was an hr late from the agreed time. Walked into my house wearing shoes and then started asking me to help him unhook my garden hose to give him access to water. I told him I get the carpets clean all the time but no one ever asked for me to give access to my garden hose. He then asked me to give him a wrench to open the hose as he tried with his pliers and was unable to open it. Seeing him struggle I told him you would break it, he goes "if it breaks I will buy it for you, don't worry". My 14 year old super burrito Llasa Apso Fatso dog is in his senior years and oopsies are happening more often than ever. Spot Bot Steam Cleaner comes out occasionally for my dogs oopsies and it leaves my "gray" carpet with "clean beige" circles on the floor. Gray carpeting I can handle, but clean beige circles are downright embarrassing to look at! There are plenty of Groupon coupons from other providers that can lure me away with cheap prices but I know these guys, they do an awesome job each time. I rather call them up because I know their work and more importantly, I TRUST them. I've had them over my home 3x's for carpet steam cleaning already. I don't know about you but I get anxiety from strangers going into my home. What girl wouldn't if your home alone to supervise?! It took them 1.5 hours to clean 3 rooms, 3 lonnnngggg stairs, a hallway and a living/dining room. Once you let them into your home, they get right to business. All you have to do is clear out as many loose items out of the way and they get busy. Big items like couches, beds, desks, and dining tables can stay put, they vacuum around them. The smaller things like lamps and chairs get moved around by them to get as much cleaning done. And afterwards, it's fresh fresh fresh carpets. If you have beige carpeting that turns gray with people and dog traffic, then you better have Ultimate Carpet Cleaning's phone number on your smartphone. Sorry, I wish I could remember the son's name, but, he arrived on time and was very helpful, polite and professional. I only needed the carpet cleaned in the living room and the hallway, but the overused pathway was stained, and there were recent feline urine stains, also.
