Omg! The Ultimate Carpet Cleaners were so amazing, professional, & great work. When I called to setup my appointment they were super accommodating and really kind. This was my first time ever setting up an appointment with this company and they made it super easy and simple...and extremely affordable. They also continuously stayed in contact with me in regards to their update on arrival time and when they would be 30-45min away. Btw - my carpet looked horrible. The week before the cleaners came my dog had an upset stomach and unfortunately left horrible marks all over my carpet and I couldn't get them out nor tried because I have a weak stomach myself. When Ultimate Carpet Cleaners arrived they wore their masks without me having to request it. They cleaned my carpets and they look pretty close to brand new and removed old stains that have been sitting for years. Including holiday juice spills, spots left by pets, and just anything else you could think of. They did an awesome job....super professional and took their time! Rodrigo (owner) is punctual and dislikes haggling over the price. His quote was slightly cheaper than another high yelp rated provider so I decided to go with him without too much negotiation over price. Rodrigo and another guy came on time and did steam cleaning of our bedroom carpets and in about 1 hour, they were done. Overall quality was ok but there was one spot however where my toddler had vomited on recently. That spot was still smelling even after the steam cleaning water had dried up. The whole purpose of steam cleaning was to make the carpet fresh and so I am taking one star away. If that spot was fresh after steam cleaning, I would have given them 4 stars. read more
