This place is great!…read more For the past year I've had a granite counter top has needed to be cut, but every place I've tried to go to has been closed on Saturdays (hard to get out of work to travel to get stone cut). Finally I heard about Iib Stone from one of the wife's friends and we called to verify they were open on Saturdays; and yes they were. We took a little drive up to Suwannee this past Saturday not knowing how much it was going to cost to get the stone cut and were pleasantly surprised when it was only $10 to cut it. Others we had called said it would be between $60 and $100 for the same amount of work. That's 5 stars all the way for me! Not only will Iib cut some stone you have, but they also sale and specially cut granite, marble, etc to fit your needs. No mention of having work ongoing without more than 14 days of absence. 2 liens have been placed on my property by the subcontractors. Job STILL NOT FINISHED. Only excuses as to why it has NOT been finished. Days between email/coconstruct responses. Haven't seen Justin on our property but a few times in the YEAR of this process. I will update if any changes or responses, but this is NOT a reputable, dependable contractor that communicates progress nor completes the project in a timely fashion.

Thus, it was of most crucial that we chose someone very trust worthy with our huge life time investment. It was a long process because it required knocking down everything I had and building everything from scratch. Because my project was large, I actually got quotes from many GCs around my area but I went with redemption in big part because of their prices. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either. But everytime my husband and I would specifically calculate a price for anything and ask them about their price, they would be right along the line range of what we we had calculated to be a respectful price. That always led me to think that they are very professional as well because obviously they are in business to make a profit but also to be fair to their customers. That was very important to me to be able to work with a company that thinks about their customers, their workers and their bottom line all at the same-time. I also felt that their payment terms aligned with ok materials are purchased they are at your house, first payment is due this day etc meaning they ask for payment when you can see where your funds are going and that allowed me to built trust throughout which is key for us when doing large projects. I also learned a lot from this project that is important to give your opinion often during the whole process. For example, I wanted my doors installed one way and once some of it was built, I realized that I need to tell the workers hey wait a minute, I actually think it looks better this way, lets change this or that before we go further. Communication is key when someone is working at your house for months, you cant just sit there and expect everyone to read your mind and ask to change things once is all finished. I felt I was able to communicate with everyone well and the workers knew very well exactly what we liked or didn't like all the time because we were always following the process. Each day that the workers finished their day, my husband and I will review how things looked and ask ourselves is this how we imagined it in our dreams? We were well aware that things may look different once installed or built but wanted to make sure that we catch anything we could potentionally not like later within a reasonable time to make adjustments. They were always very accomodating to us ofcourse within resonable expectations and within budget. I also felt that there were many times we would ask for things that were not initially quoted and they would right away tell us the change in price before it was done and I appreciated that as well. My deck and fence were done in a very reasonable time, yes we did have some delays but they were outside both of our control. You cant go into a project thinking is going to be quick, everything takes times and a lot of patience is required in construction projects this large and we knew this very well from the begining. I really enjoyed working with this company as communicaton with workers and project managers was smooth and I felt that our opinions mattered. I would love to work with them again in future projects to keep building a home that our children can enjoy for generations to come !

They also used paint thinner to remove the glue which dulled the floor. Furthermore they would not take responsibility their actions. I had 4 experts look in person and they said they used way too much glue and you should never use paint thinner to remove the glue. I ended up having to pay someone to re-coat a brand new floor.

During the bathroom remodel, I inquired about the kitchen. Tom gave me two quotes. Went with the 2nd quote, which would remove a wall and add an island. Wow! What a transformation!! Went with all of Tom's recommendation, which included additional cabinets/crown molding to complete the look, recessed lighting, new sink, counter tops, floors and changing/adding electrical outlets. Really opens up the place. Friends and family all remark on the craftmanship and how amazing it looks. Kitchen was completed on time and within budget. Tom and his team are very professional. Easy to work with, hard working, knowledgeable - went above and beyond. Very satisfied with all of my rooms. Will definitely call them again with my next remodel.

I was asked to pick out tile, fixtures, and cabinets from a list of vendors. I had initially…read moreselected grey cabinets, but called the vendor back to change my preference to white. I used white cabinet samples to compare to the countertops during selection. The work was done quickly at first. Demo took a couple days with the owner and one worker. When it came time to install the cabinets, they had ordered the grey color cabinets. When I called the vendor to confirm my color choice, she informed me that ARJ had never placed an order with them. The cabinets (and presumably the tile as well) must have been ordered from some alternate vendor. ARJ fought with me to insist that the grey cabinets were fine and looked good. I had to insist that they install the cabinets that I selected. Because the shower pan installation didn't account for the lip of the shower bench, the bench installation was done by cutting a notch out of my doorframe to accommodate. When I insisted this be corrected, the bench was cut down smaller and the notch was filled with silicone caulk (which shrunk upon drying). The mosaic tile used for the shower pan floor and on the walls was uneven and poorly cut and installed. ARJ blamed this on defective tiles from the manufacturer and insisted that this could not be avoided. No spacers were used on the mosaic tile resulting in uneven and jagged lines. Tiles were chipped and cracked during installation. There was a film left from the grout which has stained the tile floors. The wall tile and shower tile are still covered with a film. The light fixtures that were installed were not even centered above the sinks, and when I asked to have this corrected, ARJ suggested just moving the mirror over (even though this would also be off-center with the sink). I asked ARJ for an itemized invoice for the cost of materials numerous times and they never provided one. I was charged over $5,000 for materials (tile, cabinets, and countertops - fixtures were purchased personally). When confronted with the issues, ARJ argued that the work was fine and that the damage to the tiles was hardly noticeable, especially if you stood back from the walls. I insisted on receiving an itemized invoice because I feel certain I was overcharged for the materials (including the tile that was damaged).
