Whenever I'm craving sushi, this is my go-to. I remember it being AYCE but this place is strictly to go only now. I typically get the lunch special: 3 rolls and 2 sushi. Honestly, it's definitely cheaper than other sushi restaurants near me. If you want something cheaper and more for your money, this is the spot aka get the lunch special! Unfortunately no dine in still. However, this is a great lunch option if you're around the area and can pick up your food.

We came here as our favorite AYCE sushi place was closed for renovations. This place is located in a strip mall so parking can vary, depending on how well the neighboring stores are doing that night or not. When we got there on a Tuesday night, the wait wasn't too long. There are about 6 seats lined up in the front for you to wait, but we barely waited 10-minutes. The dining room had small booths and tables and chairs. The open kitchen where the food and sushi was served is at the front, and the dining area was large. I would estimate it would fit around 50 people or so. For $21.99 (as of March 2020) you can stuff your face with some decent AYCE sushi. We ordered several rolls and sashimi. There was no limit to the amount of sashimi, which was great. The amount of rice in each sashimi piece was not too much, which other places would add an extra inch of so too. Not this place, which I appreciate it. Appetizer-wise, the star of the show was the Chicken Yakitori. It's basically chicken skewers, but it's deep fried, topped with sesame seeds, and a delicious sweet sauce is drizzled on top. Roll wise, we got several, and my favorite was probably the spider roll. The sushi overall was A-OK. I wish they had a better selection of sashimi, as other places have a lot more. Also, the variety of appetizers was A-OK. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located past the open kitchen, the bathroom consisted of single-person bathrooms for the mens and womens respectively. The men's bathroom consisted of a urinal and a toilet. It was actually surprisingly clean. Sit or squat? Squat.

Not the most amazing sushi I've ever had, but I do love the All You Can Eat aspect. This is $21.99 for dinner. The sushi was fresh and good, but the rolls are kind of small and they don't have the best presentation of the sushi rolls. I ordered spicy salmon, crunchy shrimp, and the Ace roll. The Ace was my favorite because it has shrimp tempura, cilantro, cucumber, and eel. Absolutely wonderful! I also ordered the Gyoza (pork potstickers) which were so fresh and full of flavor, and the edamame was delicious, though I don't think it's possible to screw that up. Came yesterday in a group of seven people, and we had to wait an hour for a table, which wasn't horrible because they took our name and number and we just went to Mullen's down the street til they called us. If you plan on waiting, there isn't much space to wait in the place, so I do suggest going somewhere close and coming back. Umami is a very small place, which makes sense why the place is always extremely busy and that there's always a wait. However, they are very accommodating to larger groups of people. This place is BYOB, which is nice, but they don't sell any alcohol. They do give you wine glasses when you bring wine. We had absolutely wonderful service with a nice waitress who was very friendly and helpful. I have had much better sushi than here, but I will be back soon to try more rolls.

Before the pandemic, this place was AYCE. The price for the sushi was definitely worth it and it still is with takeout. The sushi always tastes great and this is a neighborhood favorite. Umami Sushi never fails to satisfy my sushi craving.

After an unsuccessful attempt at trick-or-treating at HIP Mall this past Halloween, we decided to bury our woes in unlimited sushi. Umami Sushi is certainly a decent spot for your AYCE desires. They don't take resos so if you have a big party, you gotta be flexible with the wait time. Luckily, we came on a weekday so our party of 5 was seated immediately. 3 out of the 4 adults in our group did the AYCE, and we annihilated 9 rolls, 32 pieces of nigiri and 5 appetizer dishes. Unlike other places that go heavy on the rice to make you fuller faster, the ratio of rice to toppings per roll was pretty good here. Four out of the 9 rolls we ordered were marked 'new', and I enjoyed all of them. The thing with me is though, sometimes, when I consume mass amounts of the same thing, whether it be sushi or Korean bbq et al, everything starts tasting the same so none particularly stood out to me. None tasted horrible either. I do strongly recommend the chicken yakitori appetizer. It's saucy, tender, and quite addicting! One of my nephews who has gotten very picky and barely eats these days absolutely loved it and ate practically 2 sticks' worth + rice. We were very pleased with the service. Our red-haired server was so attentive and friendly--he even entertained my nephews :)

#57 of 2017 This local favorite packs it in every night because of their $20.99 AYCE option. It's a good deal for good seafood. Parking is available in the strip mall. We got lucky parking close. I was told it's a 1.5 hour wait time. Quickly scanning the room I noticed 5 empty tables telling me differently. There wasn't anywhere else left to sit. We decided to sit in the car and talk. After 42min. we were called our table is ready. I opted for the AYCE option. There are regular menus available if you don't want to eat that much. Service is friendly and very attentive. Our drinks were constantly refilled when close to empty. Small plates were brought out when it was noticed we were sharing. I placed my order for a few sushi and a few rolls to share. Everything came out on one plate nicely presented. I ordered way too much. Others in our group couldn't help either because they ordered way too much also. It was fun to share everything as we always do. Despite all that, and it was all good, there was nothing that stood out above the cut. I would most certainly go back because of the price, it's convenient location to my place, a sushi craving or any conbination there of. Tip #1 We were a party of 5. A 15% service charge was automatically added to the bill. Check it. Tip #2 Ask to be called on your cell when your table is ready. This was not automatically done.

Quick stop for lunch. Place is well decorated yet not so clean. Parking lot is in front so you shouldn't have problem with it. On the entrance you need to wait to be seated. I was seated right away, with my amazingly pretty server lady. She was fast . Overall I just gave stars to her. There are plenty of rolls you can choose from and also AYCE. Which is cca 17$ for lunch and 22 for dinner. I apologize if didn't get it right. Miso soup came out pretty quick , rolls as well. Rolls looked pretty but somehow they were tasteless. Taste was plain. I enjoyed the vibe bc a lot of people with kids were around and liked that.

Umami sushi had decent all you can eat sushi. It was not the greatest but also was not the worst. Some of the fish, like yellow tail and tuna, were quite fishy, where as the salmon was quite fresh. The four star though, was for their service and food presentation. The sushi was very nicely plate and well organized! They were packed tightly with the rice on a very nice plate. The dessert, mochi ice cream, even though wasn't that great, was also very nicely presented, with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce for decoration. All and all, this place is pretty decent for an all you can eat sushi shop so id recommend it if you want to pay an affordable price for a large amount of food.

Ordered take out from this place as I heard great things, sushi was ok however upon eating the dynamite roll my husband pulled out A BENT STAPLE from his mouth that he almost choked on. Called spoke to manager who basically questioned me, claimed they have had incidents of other things in food but not staples! Offered me nothing else but an "I'm sorry I guess" unfortunately I would never order from here again.

The All you can eat (AYCE) is the reason we rolled into this place at 11:30am on a Friday morning and trust me we ate our fill and more. It's 15.95 for lunch and there is a nice selections of rolls, nigiri (piece of raw seafood atop a cube of rice), and appetizers. The place is very clean and cool on a hot summer day in Chicago. The sushi does take time to get out to the tables, but I feel that time in between sushi plates is filled best by stocking up on the yummy appetizers like calamari, haramaki (fried rolls), and gyoza (dumplings). My personal favorite was the spider rolls (soft shell crab) and the huge hunks of salmon nigiri. They do NOT skimp at this place and if you get there early and hit it often, you will get more than your money's worth. We will definitely be see Umami again. read more

I don't know if it's worth the wait anymore. Came in on a Thursday and had to wait over an hour. I tried this place about two years ago and it doesn't taste the same from what I remembered. It was just ok. If you want something quick, you'll have to wait. I'd give it another try someday. read more

Cheap sushi is always good specially when it's only $18.99 for eat all you can. We've been to this spot 5 times already and there is no denying that the service could be a little better. 2 things that i want to address about this place. When you order an appetizer, i don't want to eat it with the main course. So don't give me the excuse that you only have a small fryer. Because when the food comes out and it's cold, then we have a problem. That means it has been sitting at the counter for a little while. The first round of sushi is great! The rolls aren't too big and the nigiri's are nicely sized. Then you order the second round and the rice blows up like a puffer fish. This is why I only gave them 3 stars. Taste is good and you get what you pay for. It's obviously nothing like Sunda for sushi. read more

HAIR IN THE FOOD. We called them 3 times trying to simply get a refund yet they persistently kept telling us to drive back and waste MY time to show them in person. Pretty much calling us liars. Poor management, poor quality food, and terrible customer service. (In the photo we put the sushi that had hair on them together for a better reference but keep in mind these are from different boxes that we ordered) They just opened last week and we were so excited because we are REGULAR customers. But this is the last time I order from this location, nothing but problems.. Ever since they got back in business after the fire that happened in the past, their whole restaurant just went downhill. Royal sushi is by far better and only a few blocks away from them :) I regret not going there instead. Go get yourself some better and HAIRLESS sushi. read more

Hands down one of the best sushi buffets on the relative north side that you can go to! It was less than a 15min wait for a table of 3 Monday night. The place was pretty full, and I expected a long wait time for the food and inattentive service... but my experience was completely the opposite! The rolls came out a good enough time after our appetizers, it didn't seem like a wait at all. Our waiter was awesome and more than attentive. Oh, yeah the sushi rolls were good too - didn't try to "over rice" you at all! Again, the reasonable price and great service made this place one of the better sushi buffets to frequent. read more

This place is a favorite among young adults looking to pound down some food with a decent nutritional profile. Had the service not been absolutely ridiculous, I would've continued the biweekly ritual of bringing a group of 5-6 people to their establishment. Big bill, tip included on the bill, and more added on top. It's a generous crowd we typically arrive with. For a place with mediocre flavors, rolls brought out of their prime temperature zones, and long wait times- you would think the service would be accommodating. It is not. The "manager" is rude, and unyielding. I hope the owner sorts this place out, it was at one time a great spot. This Phoenix should not have risen from the ashes if this is what it was to become. It should've stayed closed. read more

We have come here for more than a dozen times. Date nights, hang-outs or family gatherings. This place never disappoints us! We love sushi and Asian food. We never have to argue whether we should come here or not. It offers wide range of rolls, nigiri (single piece fish with sushi rice), and appetizers!!! The food is fresh and service is good. Only once a while we had to wait for a table. Oh, this place is BYOB! You can grab drinks from the Jewel nearby becoming coming here. They also have good takeout price if you are in a hurry! read more

Best all you can eat sushi for the reasonable $20. Spicy salmon, spicy tuna, Alaskan roll are my go-to's. I've tried all you can eat sushi at multiple locations in the Chicagoland area, umami is the best. Dinner time is busy, so expect to wait up to 30mins to an hour! Definitely worth the wait! Only negative I have to mention is the on-going pattern I have noticed towards the end of your eating session. When you are absolutely full but you still want to eat, and order one roll...expect to wait a long time, 20-30 minutes. I believe this is a strategy to help your stomachs expand all that sushi you ate from your original first order! I have been eating here for 4 years and happens every time. Other than that, enjoy the sushi, and it's also BYOB :) read more

Other than the small wait to be seated, I found nothing wrong with this joint. The sushi was excellent - probably the best quality of any all-you-can-eat places I have been to. That being said it surely wasn't the best sushi I have ever had but it was exactly what I look for in AYCE. The sushi was a little slow coming out, but nothing unreasonable for a packed all you can eat restaurant at prime dinner hour on a weekend. I probably waited 20-30 minutes. Delivered through Grubhub, Grubhub had the wait time listed 30min. I then received a call from Grubhub saying it would be an hour and a half. It almost seemed like Grubhub wanted me to cancel because when I said it was fine and I would wait, they kept saying "are you sure." Somehow the delivery man was at my door within 45min of ordering. Great rolls for the price, delicately packaged and included enough packets of soy sauce. Awesome place. read more

This has been my go to sushi spot for almost 3 years. I've noticed they change up the menu often and have raised the prices since I started coming here, but it still continues to be the best value in my opinion. Currently it is $21 a person for all your can eat sushi and appetizers. My boyfriend and I love the most recent update in the menu! The Tiger roll is my new favorite. I appreciate that the servers remember us and continue to give us awesome service! Also nice that it is close to Rosemont Fashion Outlet mall so we have something to do before/after our dinner. read more

We have been coming here since it opened its doors years ago. Owner is very friendly and greets us every time we walk through the doors. I think he is the reason we stick around and keep coming back. Place is clean but gotten a bit hectic as the place grows. No reservations. There is a wait of more than an hour on weekends. This is a buffet style sushi so don't expect a fancy presentation. Menu sometimes has special sushi which is not part of the regular menu. Not a great selection of deserts but they are all good. It is BYOB and there is a liquor store conveniently located next door. read more

I can't give umami a 5 bc that suggests it's perfect. For me and what I eat it's perfect but I've had better sushi. I can't lie. What I like most about Umami is how consistent they are. I always do take out and no matter what I order it comes out on time and it tastes just like it always does. I like the Mexican roll and the crunchy shrimp off top. A few others as well. Price point is perfect for the location and portions. I hope they don't fall on rough times due to corona virus bc they are good for the area. read more

I have to say... I'm not a big fan of all you can eat sushi. I have been to many of these establishments before and have been disappointed by the amount of rice they put on their rolls. Umami was recommended by a friend and she showed me pictures of her rolls so went there with my girl friends to try it out. Not only it is $20.99 for all you can eat dinner but it's byob! Sashimi was good quality and the rolls were good as well. My favorite was their fried calamari. I think we had 6 orders at our table. I definitely recommend it for those of you who are looking for tasty maki rolls for a low price! It's not your fancy Japonaise but worth the price. Take advantage of the byob too!! read more

Ate here late night after getting stuck at O'Hare.. Was the perfect sushi fix I needed. BYOB with a liquor store next door.. Yes please! Our server was friendly and efficient. Noted, I left my wallet behind (doh!) And after a slight panic attack and $30 in cab fares to/from O'Hare...I was happy to find that my wallet was safe and sound at the restaurant. Will definitely come again next time American airlines messes up our flights! read more

GOODNESS! GREAT price, ALL you can eat sushi for 15.99, you can't go wrong. It comes with appetizers, AND soups and salads of your choice. ONLY catch is you have to pay for left over food, so step up your game and know your limit... The Togo special can not be beat. Very good quality for great price. Very good signature rolls that are unique and very flavorful. We won't go anywhere else! read more

This is an ok sushi restaurant. I'd have to say, I think the appetizers were way better than the actual sushi. There was barely any sushi rice on my roll, so it was falling apart. You pay for what you get basically. Cheap sushi for a cheap price. read more

The sushi from here was never the best, but it certainly wasn't the worst. My boyfriend and I rectnly went there for lunch and I can say I am going to be turned off by sushi for awhile. All the veggie rolls oddly had a strong fish taste. The actual fish looked old. The turning point where we both stopped eating was my boyfriend piece of eel... which was absolutely inedible! We left feeling a little sick, but figured it was pass. We were so wrong... hello food posioning! We will NEVER be back! read more

Good, solid all-you-can eat sushi; great quality and variety of sushi and appetizers. The dinner menu has far more options than the lunch menu, but the lunch price is $17.99 as compared to dinner at $24.99. My only complaint is that it takes quite sometime to get your food, due to the demand of the lunch rush. But it is made to order and fresh and to me, that is worth the wait. read more

For an ayce sushi place, its pretty garbage the sushi and maki rolls are okay bit to much rice but what else can you expect from a sushi restaurant like this...The staff are just all right , they are not very friendly orders take way to long to receive. Unami sushi needs to step it up to sushi world status! They have way better service much BIGGER menu amazing value for the price! read more

Service: Slow and rude. Never even offered to fill my water and the place was 1/3rd full. Not busy. Food: tasted ok. Nothing unique Ambiance: Meh. 5 out of 10. They were playing 80s music. I liked the music but not in a sushi place. Also the floors were dirty and the tables were not cleaned well. FINAL THOUGHT: I was sick an hour after leaving. Literally coming out BOTH ends if you know what I mean. I eat sushi at least once a week. This was my first time coming here. It will also be my last. I have eaten sushi at a 100 places and never gotten sick before. read more

Food is DECENT. Entering door yesterday, host was great and prompt and polite, took number down for the wait, considering it's a Saturday of course, busy. Not a long wait clean table clean location, server, absolutely terrible, making the rest of the experience absolutely terrible, when I walk into a restaurant willingly spending money I want a GREAT experience, food was "decent" if server was more prompt and pleasant and didn't have a "I hate my job" look on him, would 100% give it a second shot considering I live in the area, to Owner or manager, great job training host and keeping place clean. Fantastic spot! I am constantly hearing stories about how fantastic the place is and all that stuff. So, I met up with an old co worker friend from the airport and we decided to check it out. It was also byob. I ran next door to the liquor store and grabbed some revolution brewing beer and got to work on some sushi. I absolutely loved it and ate til my stomach couldn't take anymore. It was a damn good feast. I would totally come back to this place in a heartbeat. The service was smooth and the sushi was excellent. Keep up the great work! read more

So, so glad they're open again!!! This is my local fav for Sushi. The best value is to dine-in, but since it's typically packed in there, I'm much more of a "pick-up" kinda customer. They've messed up my carry out orders a couple times, so check before you leave...but, regardless whatever they give you is delicious! The staff is nice, efficient and accommodating. read more

The best sushi in the area. Unlike most all you can eat sushi places, they don't pack on the rice to make you full faster. The food always tastes fresh and they switch up their menu to offer new rolls. Unfortunately there are no reservations which means wait times can really be up there. For some reason Thursday is super busy. The staff is attentive and once you sit down the food comes out pretty quick. read more

My favorite work lunch spot. All you can eat sushi and other apps. The apps are actually my favorite. The chicken yakitori, calamari and gyoza are some of my favorites. The sushi and rolls are good but nothing out of the ordinary. If you ever have a taste for sushi and you have a lot of time...this is your spot! $16.95 flat. read more

I've been scarred for life. At Umami you truly sacrifice on quality, so much so that you will be left with the option of just swallowing the terrible fish or being charged extra for "wasting". In retrospect, I should have chose to spit it out and dealt with the extra charge. The yellowtail sashimi triggered a gag reflex so bad I almost threw up at the table. I ordered two shrimp tempura rolls, one yellowtail sashimi and some edamame. Both the rolls left a nasty after taste in my mouth. To be fair, the edamame was cooked and seasoned well. It has been over two weeks since my experience and I haven't been able to eat sushi since. Just thinking about that sashimi makes my stomach churn. Avoid this place at all costs, nothing is worth losing your love for sushi! read more

We enjoyed the ike karaage which is octopus tentacles. They call them squid on the menu, but squid tentacles are much smaller than that. They were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The dipping sauce was super light and fluffy maybe with a tiny bit of lemon and miso and it complemented the karaage very well. We also had the blistered shishito peppers which were dusted with ground red pepper and came with a soy base dipping sauce and a lemon. We thought maybe they would be good with the miso lemon aïoli, but actually they were much better dipped in the soy sauce mixture. My entree was the sashimi salad, which really had an enormous amount of fish. All I could see was tuna and salmon chunks (probably leftovers that could not be used in sushi because of their shape) with a nice mixture of greens and tobiko. It was lightly dressed with a soy, ginger and sesame vinaigrette and very tasty. My husband had the hama chili roll and it was very light but flavorful. Shortly after being seated, a man who appeared to be our server approached us not to take our order, but to tell us he was "too busy" to wait on us and that someone else would come. We flagged down our server, and only then were we casually informed that my mother's meal had been given to another table. No apology beforehand. No proactive communication. The front door staff were the only bright spots. They were polite and immediately got the manager. The manager assured my sister that the situation would be "handled," that we would be contacted, and that some form of recompense would be made for the experience. She was also so apologetic... But her apologies were as devoid is truth as her personality was devoid of any humanity. So her promises that she would reach out that we would be recompensed well...That never happened. No call. No follow-up. No accountability. As for the food? I can't fairly review it because we never actually received it. The small portion of appetizer I did get was nothing memorable, and the sake was honestly subpar. What I can review is the service, (if one can call it that,) and it was abysmal. Disorganized, inattentive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism and respect. Promises were made and not kept, which makes the experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are too many places that actually value their customers' time, dignity, and experience. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

A party of 15 that arrived well after us was even seated before my group. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the treatment my family received on my mother's birthday. This would have been her first hibachi experience, and instead it was ruined by poor customer service and what appeared to be unfair treatment. I will never return and would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

the customer service is awful. i was treated like dirt there. not only do the workers speak barely any English, but when asked to speak to a manager and owner when THEY made a mistake (bc of their lack of understanding English )with our order my table got yelled at, by the owner! his name is kevin guo. i have never in my life been so rude to by an OWNER of a business it was pretty mind blowing. not only did we get over charged, for food we didn't even order, but the manager/ owner was not even listening to his customers,us. he was just yelling at us to pay and called us "cheaters" bottom line.. the food was decent, but the customer service is horrendous. there are definitely better sushi places near by for the same price, where you actually feel welcomed into the business and your business is appreciated. not like here! p.s. make sure you check your receipt! they like to secretly sneak in extra charges!!! read more

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try! I have to say that my experience was so-so. I love sushi and I love trying new places, but this place was not that great. They have a special where you pay around $20 for all you can eat. I thought this was strange for a sushi place, but it was a good deal. The sushi rolls were nothing special, most of them had crab or shrimp, which personally I don't consider true sushi. Also, what you don't finish they charge you extra! I left about 5 pieces on my plate, that I just couldn't finish. The server sees this and then comes back with some "manager" to inspect how much sushi I didn't eat, and lets me know I will be charged extra. It was the most uncomfortable and awkward experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I definitely will not be returning there. I felt as if I was in trouble for not finishing my food. read more

Literally here now and having the worst time, the gyoza is awful, the server completely forgot about our water and miso soup the place is half empty and everything is taking forever. Utterly ridiculous. The kids and I ordered off of the menu and my husband ordered the everything you can eat special and they "charge you" if you have any left over pieces lol so here we are trying to help him finish a few pieces and they come over and tell us that they will let it go this time but next time they will have to charge us all the lunch price and that they have cameras so they can watch us. Really, don't worry we won't be back. The food was not worth it, go somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars, I would. read more

Let me start out by saying that I have frequented this place at least 30 times (my friends enjoy cheap sushi, what can I say), and until now I'd have given it maybe 3 stars. When I went in this last time though, it was such a bad experience that I'll never go back again! The plates and tables had food stuck on them. Overall, the cleanliness of this place is sub par. Plus, my party left a few piece of half eaten rice on our plates and the owner tried to charge me $20! She said I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it and that she was going to call the police on me for SHOPLIFTING if I didn't pay the fee. Never again! Came here for dinner with group of friends on Sunday evening, we ve had horrible experience , the front desk person was rude, and give us an attitude when we asked for table for 6. She stated that they don't have a room for six ???!!!!! some how after talking to some other front desk person we finally got a table. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular just OK.... This place is super dirty! Plates had food still on them! I had to ask the waitress multiple times for water when there were only 5 parties in the restaurant. Then when the lunch rush came, there were only 2 waiters for the entire place. Sitting, or should I say LAYING at a table were a group of waiters/sushi chefs SLEEPING. The plates were dirty and covered in food particles. The floors were sticky and waiters just walked over spills. Someone was in the woman's washroom, and when it became available a male sushi chef came out. Then it happened again with a different sushi chef! When I first came to this restaurant, I was a bit hesitate to come. I'm a big sushi fan, but I don't trust all places. I right away fell in love with this place. The service is amazing. Came here about 4 times, was always a great time. The only reason I give this place a 4 star review is because they take a long time before they come pick up your check. I might have been there on busy days, since all the tables were taken. As far as sushi, I didn't have better sushi anywhere else. Will definitely be back here. read more

I was there tonight with friends and the food was great. Had to wait for a table but wasn't too long. The only unpleasant thing was that the table next to us was actually threatening the manager to get free food. I found it pretty insulting. Respect others if you want to be respected. read more

It was my third time visiting this place. Everything was tasty and fresh. It was busy in the evening, but still comfortable. We got good and fast service, nice waiter. Only one think I didn't like that the octopus was so hard (should be more marinated). read more

Great sushi place. They have good variety of sushi rolls which make me go again. You may have to wait a little bit to seat but the service is good and fast. Sushi rolls are delicious. The place is well managed and is busy most of the time. read more

Good sushi, good for Byob, but time and time again we have waited for a table when there are multiple free tables. It's inexplicable why the would not seat people but crowd the entrance with parties waiting for seats. read more

Loaded of rice with frozen fish , they put sriracha on all spicy rolls like Chinese food , slow service , you'd better pay a little more for better quality of sushi read more
