They also used recycled and compostable take out containers, their dedication to being environmentally sustainable is admirable. Most importantly the flavor of everything I have eaten is impeccable. From the Indian spring rolls to the honey mustard Chicken Sandwich to the Fud Truk burger, literally (and I do not use the word lightly) everything is delicious, among the best food I have had, from restaurant or truck.
