In regards to a complaint about rights. They asked you 2 questions, the standard questions that is legally allowed. Also, your dog was kinda bothering some people, and didn't act trained. Well, out of the two pool tables, and one shuffleboard table available this place is the most boring spot you will find in Springfield. I have felt harassed for the last 20 minutes by the way, I have my service dog with me. These people need to learn their rights and how to run a business. and there's not a lick of food here so don't come hungry!! read more

Found this place after a bad experience at another and it was just the cure. Kelly the bartender is an absolute gem. And she makes a great margarita! The dark atmosphere was a vibe and just a welcoming place. Will definitely recommend and return. The wet pu$$y shot is a must have! AND free popcorn! read more

I have frequented this Pub too many times over the past 5 years. This great new location just west of the over 30 year old location is BRAND NEW. It features hardwood floors, great wall art from the original location, and a bar to die for. The ever-courteous staff has on many occasions made me remember why I come back. An example: having my pitcher of beer waiting for me at my table before I sit down. Billiards, shuffle board, and darts are some of the many activities in which patrons can compete against other locals to create a better social network. This is by far the best bar on the south side! I'm always up for activities while drinking so I love the fact that they have shuffleboard, darts, and pool tables. I also get drunk munchies and love their free popcorn :) There's a back room that seems to seat about 50 people. I've seen everything from bday parties to high school reunions back there. Customer service in fantastic, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned that they have FROSTY MUGS! Seriously, COLDEST BEER IN TOWN. Fun time here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The drinks were pricey but the setting was perfect with TVs and pool tables. A very clean interior is important and it met my standards. Overall, a nice place to meet friends for drinks and to relax. read more

Not friendly staff I asked for a drink and instead of asking me if I wanted a tab she ran my card handed it back and walked away nice place no food when they have the right spot for a bervane style dogs and Bratwurst place my first time will be my last time not friendly staff. This is the BEST BAR IN TOWN! They have everything, pool tables, darts, shuffleboard, plenty of TVS to watch the cards games, and best of all, free popcorn! The staff is always wonderful. They don't have food but you are welcome to bring in your own... it's perfect! I have thrown several parties as well as attended parties here in their back room; all were wonderful experiences. This is one of the best pubs in Springfield! Coldest Coors Light in town, brought to you in a glass pitcher and served in an icey glass. They don't have food but you can bring in sushi or pizza from next door. It's definitely not a dive, and it's a place you'd be comfortable meeting people from out of town or inviting the parents to. read more

We went here on a Thursday night and loved it! Wells vodka drinks were only $2 and came with free popcorn. There is plenty of seating. They have pool tables and shuffleboard as well. They had different sports games on TV too. Staff is super nice and attentive! I can't wait to come back here. read more

Hands down, Bently's is my favorite lounge in town. It is great place to have lunch, relax after work, or on some nights (weekend) have a pretty lively evening. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They are very personable and you don't have to go very often for them to start recognizing you. No matter how busy or stressful, they always seem aware of the fact that people are there to have a good time. The older Bently's had it's peculiar attractiveness (for a dark smoky bar), but I think they have carried it with them to their new location (without so much smoke). Location is pretty much the only thing this place has going for it. Smoking in bars don't bother me, but this is by far the smokiest bar I've been to. Beer selection is pretty poor, you're pretty much limited to the main couple of domestic beers on tap. The main demographic for this bar seems to be middle-aged and divorced - looking for their next ex. It isn't horrible tough, it's usually pretty clean, it has 2 pool tables, a couple of dart boards, and shuffleboard. But, it is never at the top of my list for places to go. read more
