The menu is HUGE, and as someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciated how clearly everything was marked and how knowledgeable they were about allergies. On our first visit, I had 1/2 lbs of steamed shrimp and bestie ordered the fried pickles, which I couldn't eat (darn gluten) but that basket was HUGE! Everything came out steaming hot and delicious. We came back the following weekend with our group and were seated in the back room in the AC which was much welcome after a day at the beach. I ordered the blackened beef bites and a pound of steamed shrimp as my meal while everyone else had a little bite of everything: oysters, clams chowder, shrimp & grits, Low Country Boil, Prime Rib Sandwich and Kentucky Beer Cheese. He somehow managed to keep our drinks full before we even realized they were getting low, our daughter's cheeseburger came out quickly and exactly right every time, and he never made us feel rushed. The best part? We accidentally spilled drinks at the table more than once (which I had nothing to do), and Ricky couldn't have handled it with more kindness. He laughed it off, had it cleaned up, and made us feel completely comfortable. Service like his is rare. Friendly, attentive, genuinely caring, and consistently on top of everything.
