Beautiful day to sit and enjoy smoke/vape free outdoor space. Smash burger was excellent, and yes, they have gluten free buns. Fries also very good - not over salted!

Life altering burger, cannot recommend this place enough. Friendly staff and quick service.

The food is AMAZING! We came on a Saturday at 6:30 and found a table, had a drink and food all within 10 minutes. Their smash burger is out of this world and the egg roll was delicious!

I've been visiting Hilton Head Island every year for the past 10 years, and I don't remember seeing this place before--so I'm guessing it's a newer spot (but I could be wrong). Either way, I'm glad we found it! We came with another couple to grab a quick bite, and wow--I was impressed. I ordered "The Burger" double with onions and sauce on the side, plus a half order of waffle fries (perfect for sharing with one or two people). These are smashed burgers, and they do them right! The burger and fries were both packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned--which is rare for me to say, because I usually don't even care for burgers from restaurants. But this one? Totally different story. You can tell they put care into what they're serving. Food comes in a to-go bag, but there's plenty of seating inside and out if you want to chill and eat there. I'll definitely be back next time I'm on the island. If you're in Hilton Head and love a good burger, don't skip this place. You'll be glad you tried it!

This place is absolutely fantastic. We are visiting from Arizona for my bday and I am always searching for restaurants that lean seed oil free, so the tallow was a huge win for me. This was one, if not the best smash burger I've had... the fries were amazing and the wings were phenomenal. The house-made sauces were delicious and the service from the women at the front was awesome. My fav food of the trip!

Sometimes, a burger isn't just food -- it's an experience. The fig goat cheese smash burger is exactly that: an unexpected marriage of sweet, savory, and indulgent brilliance. The moment you take a bite, you're hit with the crisp, buttery edge of the smashed patty, balanced by the creamy tang of goat cheese that melts like velvet across your tongue. Then comes the star of the show -- the maple fig -- sweet, earthy, and elegantly layered, tying everything together in a flavor symphony that could convert even the most traditional burger purist. The bun holds it all beautifully, slightly toasted and soft enough to soak up every hint of flavor. Best smash on the island .

    Wings

There's are 2 types of people in this world: those who have eaten at Tin and tallow, and then those who haven't. The wings on Wednesday are something else. I can't pinpoint it but the flavor from frying in beef tallow is amazing. Only thick I would change is for the wings to come dressed versus sauce on side but there's probably a reason they do this z Amazing service as usual. Bravo Tim and tallow team.

Amazing! Outdoor seating, great music, easy seating. We frequent Hilton had a lot, and this will be a common place that we eat every time.

The experience began with a waitress whose attitude suggested that serving customers was an inconvenience. She was dismissive, inattentive when it mattered, and then somehow managed to become intensely attentive when the check arrived--hovering over my shoulder while I calculated the tip. Frankly, she was fortunate to receive one at all. The food somehow managed to be even more disappointing than the service. The children's burger was advertised in a way that would lead you to expect substance, yet what arrived was a pathetically thin patty--barely a quarter-inch thick--buried beneath an oddly sweet, doughy bun that overwhelmed what little beef there was. The seafood tower, the restaurant's premium offering, was astonishing for all the wrong reasons. Fresh seafood should taste of the ocean. This tasted like the water from a neglected fish tank: bland, watery, and utterly devoid of the clean, briny flavor you'd expect for a dish carrying such an outrageous price tag. The shrimp and grits completed the trifecta of disappointment. The shrimp were greasy, aggressively salted, and lacked any nuance or balance. It was less a Southern classic than an exercise in how much sodium and oil a single plate can absorb. If there was a standout dish on the menu, I certainly didn't find it. Perhaps the food becomes enjoyable after several drinks, because sober, it's difficult to imagine anyone describing this meal as worth the money. Poor service, mediocre food, and premium prices make for an easy recommendation: spend your money somewhere that respects both your palate and your wallet. The view is nice, watching the sharks of the pier was the highlight. Or rather, the only light.

We came for the music, and it absolutely delivered but so did everything else. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and encouraged to slow down, relax, and truly enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the entire evening felt special. I ordered the Duke Ellington ribeye, and without exaggeration, it was the best ribeye I have ever eaten. As ridiculous as it may sound, time seemed to stop for a moment. Every bite was packed with flavor that hit something deep inside me and took me back to simpler times. It was one of those rare meals that becomes a memory. The experience was so good it almost brought a tear to my eye. Not because it was fancy or expensive, but because the level of care, craftsmanship, and excellence put into that meal was something truly special. My wife ordered the pasta primavera and she described it as simple, light, but packed with flavor. We stayed for hours vibing to the incredible musicianship displayed. The warmth of the staff felt like family. Wish we were local so we could make this a regular date night spot. Thank you for an unforgettable evening. We'll be talking about it for a long time.

We paid for it as every person in the party had to pay $10.99 to listen. No one expected that. The service by our host, Hannah, was excellent! Hannah was friendly and attentive. My party shared mixed feelings about the food. The lemon pepper wings were tasteless - not your traditional lemon pepper rub. The collard greens unfortunately, tasted more like vinegar. The jambalaya was very good - seasoned very well. The chicken & waffles were really good, too! Lots of food and very flavorful. I'll always try a restaurant twice. Looking forward to my next visit.

The high-tops outside are great because they're completely covered, while the tables with umbrellas still get sun depending on where the sun is. They have several powerful fans outdoors plus the seating is comfortable with a great view of the trees, boat, and water. The crab punch cocktail was good, but the crab coconut rum tasted a little odd to me (their exclusive brand). I preferred the salty Chihuahua cocktail. All drinks are thankfully strong (everywhere else on the island they were weak). The Jalapeño hush puppies seem like they are made in-house, and they're very flavorful & crunchy. The hush puppies came with honey butter which was also amazing. The lunch grilled grouper fish taco was delicious & fresh. The salsa on it was very flavorful! The house-made potato chips are also great. Service was great (not rushed). They do need drink coasters (water was all over the table). We came back for dinner. They had live music. Abby& Taylor were the two different servers we had and they were both amazing. They did not rush us. The fried green tomatoes were very good with lots of pimento cheese and crunchy unlike the ones we had at Old Oyster Factory. The pineapple Mojito was good. Overall great experience!
