This spot is bright, welcoming, and lovely! The loaded tots started the meal off strong. The Thai fried egg is my favorite dish; packed with flavor and enough for 2 people to share. The French toast filled with mascarpone and topped with fruit is delicious! I can't wait to go back!

Really interesting concept - i can honestly say i've never had thai-american-breakfast-fusion before, but it works really well! Unsurprisingly, coconut milk goes well with just about everything, but the integration into the polenta is borderline visionary. Playing on core culinary dogmas, heavy foods like breakfast hashbrowns and burgers are cut through nicely by flavors of lime and spice. The place itself was clean and resembled any ither typical friendly diner, complete with welcoming and endearing waitstaff. Dog friendly patio was a huge plus!

Maybe it's just me, but the concept of a Thai fusion brunch spot is not one that I feel you would normally hear of! This immediately captured my attention when trying to find a new spot for brunch over the weekend. Especially seeing that Uncle Jeffi's is owned by the same owners who have created a handful of successful Thai restaurants in the area, it quickly became a must try! I absolutely love that they offer some very traditional Thai menu items, especially when it comes to drinks! I indulged in a Thai Iced Tea and the flavor was perfect. As far as the regular menu goes, they offer an array of options from your standard American breakfast fare to what appears to be some more traditional Thai breakfast options. They also have a chalkboard wall upon entering the restaurant that displays a decent selection of specials for the day. We ordered the following: Mango Whipped Pancake: The first part of our brunch experience was one of the specials which was a Mango Whipped Pancake. I will order anything off of a menu if mango is involved and this really delivered on deliciousness. The syrup was more of a mango jelly consistency that was sweet, but not overpowering. When combined with a bite of the pancake with the whipped cream and fruit, it was like magic! It tasted so fresh and I would hope they turn it into a regular menu item so I can order it again. Kow Munn Gai Tord: A phonetic play on the dish Khao Mun Gai Tod, this was my dish I ordered and it essentially is Thai Fried Chicken with Garlic Rice. There is also the option to order it with tofu, if desired. In my opinion, this dish seemed perfect for the addition of one scrambled egg, and I believe it made the dish for me. I love a good protein paired with rice and eggs, and this absolutely delivered on the comfort food front, as well as the amazing flavors! It comes with a sweet chili sauce which is always a favorite of mine, but I also asked for their house hot sauce to kick it up a notch. The house hot sauce has a similar flavor profile to the sweet chili, but just has a bit more oomph to it! The Stack: My husband is a big fan of ordering breakfast food items that essentially come in one big pile, or stack! This was a more American standard breakfast dish, but came with all the essentials - hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, meat, and topped with eggs. He enjoyed every bit of this dish and the toast that came on the side. Something that is worth mentioning is that this menu offers so many vegan and vegetarian options. As a previous pescetarian of 10 years, I love seeing multiple options for specific diets, whatever a person's may be. It's always great to see local restaurants succeed and I hope they continue to do well! They have a very unique experience to offer here and I believe more people need to give it a try!

This is pretty much the only breakfast I ever want. I have a weakness for omlettes over rice. However, we've tried plenty from the American menu as well. The pancakes with the coconut syrup are something you'll go back for again and again. I was nervous to try breakfast soup. But who am I to put a time frame on when to eat divine things. My friends tried the garden hash on our last visit and both thought it was delightfully light and delicious. A friend tried the mac and cheese and recommend it only needs one breakfast meat. Try the Asian influence menu, you won't regret it.

I really enjoyed the Thai fried egg, the flavors were delicious and everything felt fresh. Service was friendly and quick and I liked the bright decor, I'll definitely be back to try more off the menu.

I feel like I haven't seen anyone talking about this place? We were SO pleasantly surprised by this spot. It's owned by the same owner of Fav Bistro, and offers a breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu with an Asian influence. We got here around 10:30/11ish and were able to be seated right away. They have a big menu - a classic American breakfast, and then a breakfast menu with an Asian influence. I got their Kow Munn Gai Tord with Sweet Chili Sauce and fried tofu and it was DELICIOUS. Oh my goodness. So flavorful and yummy, and a huge portion. My partner got the breakfast stack and could barely finish it, it was such a huge portion. My step daughter got the french toast and somehow ate it all, event though it was three huge piece of thick toast. Yum! Great portions and we all enjoyed our meals. They did start to get busy shortly after we arrived, but our service was quick and our food came out hot and fresh. Excited to come back here!

It was pretty busy when we went, but the servers were still kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and my brother, who lives in SLC, got his favorite--the croissant breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious! The burrito was packed with flavor and very filling. My only critique is the corn--I personally don't think it's necessary because it didn't really add anything to the overall flavor, but the burrito was still really good. The croissant sandwich looked amazing, and that croissant was perfectly flaky! They also have a nice variety of baked goods available for purchase at the front, which I definitely want to try next time. I would absolutely come back to try more of the menu because everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. If you're in SLC and looking for a good breakfast spot, definitely give Beaumont Bakery & Café a try!

As it is already a limited menu it really brougth us down to only a handful of menu options. We tried a variety of items and they were all just ok. There was nothing anyone tried that would bring us back in or come up in converstaion later as a "you know what place I tried this weekend? They had this incredible.... X that you need to go try." The items we found to be... fine, where the French Dip, Greek chicken (a little underdone near the bone), the burger. Pass on the salads. They are lackluster and lacking in flavor. When we went to pay they told us we had to pay all together no exceptions. Which we worked out, but for a bunch of young single girls that is a lot to charge to one card when no one was planning on it. Again it was fine. But there are so many other places near by that I would rather patronize.

We've waited from 10-30ish minutes on a Saturday. My bf really liked their breakfast burrito and thought their eggs Benedict was good but hit or miss. I've ordered their half size baked French toast a couple times and thought it was both good and the perfect size for me. It's quite sweet (and delicious) but can get fairly overwhelming quickly, so it could be a good idea to get a side of something salty/savory to balance it out. This last time I got their chicken and waffles and really loved it! The syrup was so good, and the chicken was crispy, albeit a little salty for me in places. I also absolutely loved that it came with a side of potatoes. The crispy bits are to die for! Would definitely order again! Ambiance is casual diner with fluorescent lighting but the mural and the voodoo artwork add cool vibes!
