I've had their pizza a few times. Tonight we ordered online at 5:00pm and I went to pick it up at 5:30. It was ready when I got there. I got a pepperoni pizza, we also got the street dog pizza, and the dessert apple pizza. The pepperoni I like because they season the top which most places don't! The entirety of the toppings fall off very easily which I don't like while eating. The dough was ok, got tough pretty fast. I've been wanting to try the apple pie, it was ok. I think the dough was different but I am not sure. It was doughy on the top, and the apples were still pretty crunchy. Might have needed 5 more minutes in the oven. It was pretty good though. This is the first time in my life I've had a phone call routed to India for food delivery. That's not a joke btw, you get a real call center in India when you dial the local 907 phone number. I ordered and paid for 18" bacon cheeseburger pizza but receive a 16" with less than 4 ounces of meat on the entire pie. I really had to search for any bits of meat just to be sure they didn't sub a vegetarian pizza on accident. All of this trouble at $30 for a pizza = not worth my time or money. These folks make the best gluren free thin crust pizza according to my 16 year old. This was the first time we tried their GF pizza dough and it was excellent even with the leftovers next day she couldnt stop talking about it! We get what we normally get an 18" Thin Meat substituting out the hamburger for mushrooms and extra cheese. Since we found out they have GF we ordered delivery. Daughter got the Gyro Pizza 10" that's the only size they offer for GF. LOL! THEY DELIVERED LEILA'S TO THE WRONG HOUSE they were so cool about it immediately got another one up the hill to us! This place is fantastic. And I love the pizza. However I am normally an order to go kind of girl. I came in for the first time ever and decided to Dine in with my fiancé. (Mind you we never get to have lunch together) so we were trying to have a nice lunch at our favorite pizza joint. Upon walking in it took about a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, there was no one at the front... not complaining about that. What was frustrating was our server. Samantha. Seriously tell me you hate your job without telling me. Her overall attitude and lack of care for her job was OBVIOUS. I love the pizza but I am not sure I will ever dine in again. I don't like to leave these kinds of reviews but I have to because it was unacceptable and I hope it changes. Her negativity set the mood and made me wonder why it was dead at 12:30pm. The overall food did not deserve a 1 star review that's why I put 4 stars. But the service 1 out of 5. The girl didn't even say thanks for coming in let alone her first words were "hi, can I help you with something" like she did not want us there in the first place. Awful - rip off - Okay so the first big red flag is when you call to order takeout, the call goes to an Indian call center. I ordered "18 inches of tomato basil" which according to the website is the margarita but with red sauce instead of garlic sauce - that's red flag number two, they don't know what a margarita pizza is... I got 18 inches of tomato basil alright. The pizza was heaped with probably 4 full cold sliced tomatoes and covered with wilted basil. Truly awful, one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, and by far THE WORST "tomato basil, margarita" pizza of my entire life. I have a very low bar for pizza here in Alaska, most of it is terrible. This place, is truly abysmal. A complete waste of 25.99, expensive, and awful. Do not waste your money here. read more

Called for delivery as I have 4 times before from this store only to be told we are "outside of their delivery area, try the jewel lake location." As previously mentioned, I've ordered from this location 4 times previously with no issues. I then called the Jewel Lake location per the employees suggestion only to be told "You are outside of our delivery area." I live exactly 2.6 miles from each location!
