He also explained to us how to monitor her levels of excitement by using commands and waiting for her to calm down before she became jumpy, nippy and barking. We also realized that we needed to use a muzzle when new people came in and around our 2 year old to make sure she's not nippy with them. All this and the commands gave us huge relief. I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. I just…read morepaid them for servicees on 12/17/2025...I ask how to train my Aussie-she recommends a shock and choke collar.I drop my girl off for a few days of boarding on 1/7/2026-I ask them specicifically not to release her to an abuser-they ask me to get food,refuse paperwork,tell me there's no need to prepay...The RELEASE her to her abuser without my convent and are somehow closed at 2pm during business hours.they cite they couldn't get ahold of me.I have receipts.They let an unauthorized person take my dog with specific instructions not to,closed during open hours,cited diet change and prepayment required after telling me they know her and it was fine.Your ginger husband is nice...but she's a monster.Do NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS here? Who gives away your dog to a sociopath while you are the registered owner? And I clearly told them he was abusing my animals?wtf?Are you guys f**king crazy? Ugh!

Since I live and work downtown, it's really nice to take him to a place that's only a four minute drive! They have a spacious parking lot and it's super easy to get him in and out. The facility is awesome! They have a little store just inside the entrance and behind that is their boarding area which is in front of the daycare parks and next to the grooming station. You cannot beat the prices and service here. I was going on a last minute out of town trip and needed boarding services and they allowed me to bring Dozer in before they opened. They were so gracious to work with me. I loved watching him on the cameras. He had a blast playing with new friends and running around. Their outdoor area is awesome! It's turf so Dozer's grass allergies weren't agitated. I learned that they clean it regularly and that it has a draining system. Very cool! I was so comfortable leaving my little man there and I know he had a great time! Their grooming is awesome too! Their prices are so good and they really took care of my nervous guy. He left looking and smelling fresh! I can't recommend this place enough! And they're open 365 days a year! They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

They were waiting for me to keep apologizing however when someone messes up your dog, there is no apology that will work, you are furious which I was. Did I flip out? Yes.....more than I would any other time, after hair grows back. The comments from the groomer were what really set me off see below 'the jokes on you....I've groomed ur dog before and you loved it" "like I said I'm sorry.... lol....okay maam These were her responses to me, verbatim. So for me to be extremely angry when I picked him up is an understatement. Now they will come back and say, I was outraged.....I was....I used profanity.......absolutely mainly because they could care less that I was extremely upset over the exact thing I had asked the not to do. I guess at the end of the day I should have known better to take him to a groomer I did not have any history with. Very Disheartening…read more As a business located in Franklinton, Ohio, Play Pets management should be incredibly saddened. This morning I stopped in their empty parking lot for 1 minute to pack a bag and give a local homeless women socks, toothpaste, and other essentials. When I left my vehicle to deliver the bag I was immediately confronted by a staff member yelling that I couldn't park there. I acknowledged his concern and reassured him I would be back in 30 seconds tops. Nonetheless he continued to yell and threaten to tow me. Making the situation more absurd, after a minute of nonsense back and forth, I apologized and agreed to move my car 50ft to the next door gas station. I proceeded to deliver the bag to homeless women in 30 seconds. I am sure this is not the brand image and empathy a local business wants to portray, but it's only fair the community know what type of people are taking care of their loved pets.
