    Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch)
    Jim D.

This restaurant has seen some guests and it's clear that a manager hasn't done a walkthrough to see the current state of the booths or overall ambiance in some time. The service at this location is always slow and mediocre - so don't expect too much. All that said- the food comes out hot and fresh. And if it doesn't taste good, that's on you : you make your own pie. It's a good spot in a pinch when you want a quick pizza.

Ever since I've heard LeBron was involved in this chain, I've been searching for a location. I found one and it was totally fine! Awesome concept, I thought the sauce was...not sure how to describe it-- overly robust? It definitely could use work but I'm glad I got to try it.

if you love a build your own food joint, then Blaze Pizza is a must try. This location is in Midtown in Plaza area where parking is pretty feasible! My food came out very fresh and tasted amazing! I 100% recommend topping your pizza with chili oil and hot honey if they still have that available (I'm not 100% sure if it is seasonal or not) unfortunately you're unable to additional cheese on top which is a bummer because I typically like to do that to mold my toppings in place. I know Other build your own pizza places I've been to are able to do that, however Blaze Pizza (or maybe it's just this location) is unable to. I wouldn't let that stray you away because like I said, my pizza still tasted great! The inside of the place seems fairly clean as you would expect for an establishment like this. Overall, the customer service was pretty solid. Nothing that wild me but also nothing that was super concerning. being that they are making orders quick on the spot. I also understand that this is a type of place where you may not receive top-notch customer service. Definitely going to visit Blaze Pizza again sometime soon !

This pizza was amazing. I'm a fan of the wood fire & charred taste. I felt like it was quick service. I ordered a pizza that I saw online, but they said it's not made anymore. The girl offered to still make it for me. The ambiance overall is casual. My date and I hit the spot before we had adult fun @ The Painted Duck I had leftovers and appreciated them the next day. Super random but they ran out of lids to the fountain drinks. Pls stay on top of supplies & cleaning tables. This seems like a popular place where young ppl work so management might not be sharp.

I could eat pizza every day if I could. Unfortunately, I don't always have time to wait for an entire pie to be prepared. That's where Blaze usually comes in. With an oven raring at over 500 degrees, fresh and custom-made pies only need to sit in the oven for a few minutes, which is, incidentally, a little over the time it takes to check out and pay. The menu suggests a few preset pie options, but I have far more fun building my own. What I love most about Blaze is that there's a staggering number of toppings that can be placed atop a personal pie, and no one has ever blinked an eye at one's choices. A man who ordered before me asked for three extra handfuls of mozzarella on his, and the server dutifully placed the cheesy heaps on his pie like it was an everyday occurrence. I've appreciated Blaze's continuing attempts to include all alternative diets by adding nondairy cheese and gluten-free crusts. When we went on a weekend evening, the line was pretty long but the servers here are incredibly efficient and made quick work of things.

I don't normally post reviews but I just couldn't let this slide Awful service ordered online for a build your own 11-inch pizza and I only recieved literally half of it. Never seen such awful service before. I'm going to pray for the people who work there and this company.

I'm so happy they have vegan cheese! I had a build your own with mushrooms, roasted garlic, spinach and red onions. The woman making my pizza was super nice, it was my first time here. Fast service. They were out of cauli crust but the keto one (not pictured) was similar. Lots of tables, parking can be tight.

My supposed "herbivore pizza" 0 onion0 gsrlic0 arugula 100% bullshit

I've only been here a hand full of times maybe about 6 every time I've ordered in store no problem, the SECOND you order on line they don't give a flying fuck. Every single time I've ordered a pizza online it's been almost inedible. I ordered a full vegetarian pizza" herbivore pizza they call it" and was rewarded with none other than a cheese and tomato pizza. Mind you this pizza comes with a ton of veggies. And to get nothing but cheese and tomato?? Ok.... I complain, I get a free pizza from the staff nice right? No actually not nice I order my pizza nd I accident ordered one for pick up instead of delivery so I asked the worker to just put both orders together and he said that would be no problem. My order was at 9 I called at 8 to make sure that was okay. I called back at 9 JUST to make sure nothing was messed up. They said that the pizza wasn't even made yet and it would be ready soon. In the same breath he's saying that I get a notification that my order was picked up, just one pizza. One singular pizza of my 2. And I call and I'm out on hold for 10 fucking minutes. And then they leave the phone unhooked for the whole god damned shift so no calls can come through. I have tried calling over 100 times and I am just completely over the way that they deal with things. I'm ordering food so I don't have to cook at midnight when I get off and they've been bullshitting on the phone for over an hour. I literally had to get off of work at 11:00 pm just to have 0 answered calls 1/2 pizza and a headache. I have to go to a totally different restaurant to eat just despicable!!!!DO NOT ORDER ON LINEE UNLESS YOU WANT THE 'WHATEVER TF I WANT' SPECIAL BC ITS FS NOT GON A BE YOUR FOOD!!! I'm not sure if everyone hired is incompetent or does Georgia doesn't have the educational system to teach idiots to put two names together and the correct toppings on the pizza. I WILL be back tomorrow to TAKE BACK THE TIP I WLFT BC YOU DONT DESERVE IT!!! And my free pizza. What time do they open I'll be outside at 5am waiting. Thank you!

Food is fresh of course. It was ok. They should spread the ingredients around the entire pizza and NOT the middle only. Service was "ok" the guy was nice but the girl with those "lashes" was a tad bit rude (rolling those eyes/lashes), the ambiance is nice. I still like MODS better. I'm BIG on customer service.

Dined in for lunch w some friends recently! I usually order via the mobile app and take it to go. I preferred ordering and dining inside! The pizza tastes even better fresh out of the oven. I also preferred ordering inside bc I was able to be more specific w the amount of toppings on my pizza. I always put "extra arugula on top" in the comment section when ordering on the app and it's never enough! LOL. I was still able to scan my phone to receive my points at the register. Overall their customer service could use a little work but it's great tasting pizza w a great selection of toppings!

The chicken was alright, but I wouldn't say it was the best I ever had, let alone consider it the world's best. This joint is located in the lower hub, but I believe there's also an outside street entrance. Upon entering, we were told to sit anywhere. The interior is rather dim, and it wasn't super clean as there were still some crumbs on our table from the last people who dined there. There is also a very casual feel to the place, exemplified by the fact that food is served on styrofoam plates and paper trays. FOOD: 2-Piece Dark (Thigh & Leg) (4/5) - Chicken was nice and crispy, but nothing crazy special to me. I was expecting it to be spicier. Liked it more with the Louisiana hot sauce on the table. The chicken rests on a slab of white bread and is served with average slaw and sweet baked beans. Fried Okra (3.5/5) - First time having fried okra. Not bad, and I guess frying it eliminates the slimy texture associated with okra. SERVICE: I am not usually one to complain about service. The person who served us was sweet when we did interact, but it was so hard to get their attention to order and get the bill. But beyond that, the kitchen was noticeably SLOW. My brother and I literally only ordered one plate/portion to share since we wanted to try more places, but it took over half an hour to receive our food. They do emphasize that food is cooked to order, but I still found the wait to be baffling. TLDR// Come here or don't, but if you do, make sure you are not on a time crunch. Maybe I am just being harsh because I was expecting more from a place claiming to have the world's best.

The answer now, as then, is "What'll ya have?"? Of course you have to get a couple of hot dogs with chili and cole slaw, with a side of fresh chopped onions and some mustard to add to the heart burn. Some onion rings, and a Frosted Orange (ust get one, it's big enough to share with your spouse or sweetheart.) The Varsity claims to be the largest drive-in in the country, if not the world. Maybe it is. It covers two city blocks, seats 800 inside and has space for hundreds of cars. It now has eight locations around Georgia, some of them spic 'n span new, but my heart will always be on North Street in Atlanta, where the restaurant had its start in 1928. Some things have changed. Prices are up. The people that take your order seem a little more patient. And no longer are there special lines for women (and the Athens location, now closed} doesn't have to 'splain anymore why women aren't allowed inside.

And the chili hamburger is an abomination that should not exist. Think a combination of a crappy hamburger and the worst sloppy joe you've ever had. I just assume this place has to be trading off a nostalgia. The service was slow to the point of indifferent. Many of the tables are dirty. But, it's huge enough that you'll probably be able to find a clean table. What'll ya have? How about some syrup of ipecac.

If i did, I would be some bad ass grandpa still reviewing on Yelp at 118. This taco place named after a car is rather divisive from a review standpoint. On Google, crazy rave reviews, but on Yelp, mediocre would be an accurate description. By the time I ordered the food which was 9pm in the evening, I was just super hangry. Aside from an early breakfast, all I had all day was a donut and an ice latte. So whatever food that comes my way should be super delicious, right? The takeout took awhile to come. And the flavours were lacklustre and unauthentic. The first tell would be the tortilla. They were definitely store bought and were not corn tortillas. They were also a bit dry and hard. I had the grilled mahi mahi. The fish was ok, but overcooked. The biggest problem was the lack of sauce. Adding some salsa would have been nice. They were also very lazy with the avocado. They just put a wedge at the top of the taco filling. So every time i held onto it to take a bite, the avocado pops out. The other taco was the low country boil which is essentially a grilled shrimp taco. A lot of the taco does not match the menu description. They were supposed to use a spicy ranch sauce, but it felt like a really weak ranch with zero spiciness. They loaded up the taco with corn, but most of the other stuff including peppers and tater tots are not noticeable. Tim Lizzy is to me one of a very long list of tourist traps in the downtown Atlanta area. I wouldn't waste my time and money here.
