I've only been here once so that I'll have to change that. This a new Mexican restaurant in area and is kinda hard to find as it's tucked in the backside of the shopping district. I stumbled on this spot browsing Yelp! for a new place to try. Sadly, it's hard to notice otherwise but once you know it's there, you won't forget about it! When you walk inside it's very well lit and vibrant! It's kind of exciting just to be inside. So big score from me on ombiance and feel. It doesn't hurt that it is brand new, but if they keep this up..... WINNER WINNER CHICKEN TACO DINNER! The service was spot on and the host and server we had were on point throughout the meal service. Also more big points from me. I did like the chips and salsa that came out as well. Traditional salsa and also a second one that was fun to try. Not my favorite on the second option but was glad to have a second option! The food my family and I had were stellar! I don't want to go into detail too much as not to set a false expectation for your taste bros based on mine. What I will say is the food was fantastic, well portioned and fit very well with the prices. That said, the chicken was pretty delicious in my Chimi! This is for the new opening in Owasso. The wait wasn't that bad despite the new opening. The food and drinks were delicious. I would suggest playing latin music such as bachata, reggaton etc. I would also suggest having a bartender always at the bar. This poor guy was doing EVERYTHING. We will definitely be coming back. Nice clean, spacious restaurant with very good service. Our waiter was Marcos. Health score 68, that will keep me coming back! The salsas did not do much for me. The salsa is the first impression. Get my attention there and the restaurant may win me over. Both the mild and the hot salsa were fine (average), but nothing special. And then there was this white salsa. Oh God No! It was a sweet mayo-based dip with some Mexican spices added. I am sure there are diners out there that probably eat this stuff by the spoon full and like it. Pass! The meals. My wife had the Enchiladas Rancheras: one ea. chicken, carnitas, and cheese. All plump enchiladas covered in a red sauce with beans and rice on the side. All good, but the carnitas enchilada stood out as did the red sauce. Now here is what got me in the door. Looking over their menu on line I spotted the Paco's Pollo. A thin grilled chicken breast, topped with chorizo and covered with white queso, along with a cheese enchilada covered in red sauce and a side of rice. This was delicious. I have to talk about the red sauce. I prefer red chili sauce and do not like some of the funky tasting molé sauces the many traditional Mexican restaurants serve. Their red sauce is an exception for me. My wife and I both loved it. I have thought about it and unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to accurately describe it. My best guess is that there may be a hint of nutmeg in it. Really tasty! My rating of Uncle Paco's is closer to 3.5. It is certainly above average. I will be back! Brought us what was called Mexican dressing along with the salsa and chips. Amazing. We asked for more! Lunch portions are huge. The el trio was not cut up strips of steak but big easy to cut up and so tender and so was the chicken. Shrimp was very good. It was all very good. Uncle packs 103rd s memorial drive, I have been going there from the day they opened. Always been good service and food, my complaint is on 3-18-25 I bought $60 worth of food 3 meals plus extras, they put 2 small (1/4 c.?) of salsa into go bag. I asked for an xtra salsa as 3 meals were purchased and for the first time ever they said I would have to pay xtra for additional salsa ??? We have spent a lot of money here over the years. I said if I dined n would I be served only 2 small salsa for table - ridiculous! If they r willing to lose business from regular customers over .75 cents 1/4 c. of salsa , their business must already be n trouble. Not smart business practice. Prices have increased substantially since opening, now charging extra for salsa and tortillas in to go orders, yet they would not do same if dining in. Very unhappy customer. El Tequilas 2 miles down the street has the same food almost exactly, excellent service and not as greedy with tortillas and salsa especially for long time customers! read more

Absolutely delicious! I dined here with my family this evening and it was a wonderful experience. The chips were thick and crispy which I enjoyed, and the salsa was tasty and fresh. I ordered the fried tilapia dish (I forgot the name) and wow it was so much food for the price! I also got the horchata for myself and I loved it! My family all had great things to say about their entrees, I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you choose. Our server was prompt and friendly and catered to my family's needs (and boy did they have a lot of needs!). I was watching other staff members and everyone seemed genuinely happy! It was a great environment to be in. We had to come back after we left because my mom dropped her glasses case, and thank goodness they kept it for her! They held it for safe keeping behind the service counter. That was so kind of them since I assumed establishments would throw something like that away. Best Mexican we've had in a long time. I was told their opening was really rough and they disappointed a lot of people with their initial first impression, but that their manager and his staff fixed the problems and turned it around. I didn't see the grand opening and didn't experience them being overwhelmed and all that. I can only tell you what I saw recently: A Mexican joint worth visiting and revisiting for a second chance, if they let you down during their grand opening. The food is great. The service was excellent. Nice atmosphere. Menu was easy to navigate and lots of tempting selections to choose from. It's definitely worth a visit. read more

It used to be one of my favorite places for mexican food in Tulsa. I always have gotten the same exact meal every time and I always order to go. It's usually the same gentleman at the counter. I am very picky about where I eat after I initially go there so this place ended up where I was today because I knew the food was amazing. The last time I went I ordered my usual meal, the Shrimp Popeye. The last time instead of vegetables it came with refried beans (and that's okay). I didn't ask for it but they substituted the veggies for the beans. I thought to myself it's okay because it would go good with the meal aswell. Now today I ordered my usual meal but asked for less onions (because they pile them on) and paid for extra of the spinach sauce. I traveled back to my home and found out that they did the exact opposite (I had extra extra onions and no spinach sauce at all) and the spinach sauce is the whole meal lol. So I got a plain meal without the signature spinach sauce. No biggie I called them up and they said they would remake it right. So we go there and the new meal is made. Less onions but a very very very small amount of spinach sauce. Now the usual meal comes smothered in the sauce everywhere so this was weird. It's like they put one tablespoon literally on a portion of the shrimp. I said no biggie bc at this point I just wanted to go home. Now I bring the initial plate into their establishment to show them that I wasn't lying. There were the initial server there and another person looking as if they didn't want me to take the meal I brought in. My initial meal was wrong and the new meal was wrong and I wasn't giving them that to throw away. I was not after a free meal at all but at the end of the day I received two wrong meals that I couldn't enjoy to the fullest. I feel as if my favorite place just got tarnished by this experience. I ask that you reevaluate your customer service and it feels like this mistake was intentional. read more

We really love Uncle Paco's! My husband always gets the Shredded Beef Chimichangas and they are consistently good. The shrimp Chimichangas have large shrimp and have great flavor too!
