The best meals & pasties to go. Homemade goulash. Stuffed green peppers, I've had it all & they were great.

Great good great owner. Owner is a great chef. Him being a cyclist doesn't hurt. Definitely give the restaurant a try.

We came here for dinner and it was packed! They more recently re-did this restaurant and it looks…read morebeautiful on the inside and out. We ordered everything from chicken sandwiches to cajun alfredo. I got the mother clucker sliders. For being sliders they were a pretty big portion. The hot chicken was flavorful and had a little kick to it. The chicken was also very tender. Overall this place had some pretty solid food. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Would definitely like to come back and enjoy their outdoor seating this summer.

Came here because we love Johnny black in Rochester hills,…read morebut this place isn't like the other at all. SUPER loud, couldn't carry a conversation with the people at our table, food was just ok, $32 for a steak that I didn't enjoy at all c it tasted like smoke, and so did my asparagus. You know when your grill catches on fire and the food gets that smoke taste, well I don't like that so I didn't enjoy it at all. Also tried the calamari, they were tender but soggy, and I'd prefer the lemon sauce instead of the mayo they served it with. The loaded fries were trashed, pretty much fries with a bunch of sour cream on top, not sure if they got confused in the kitchen and doubled the sour cream but there was absolutely no cheese on there. The only dish we actually loved was the ribs and shrimp dish from the specials menu. Our server was nowhere to be found, so service could improve a lot! Overall not sure we'd come back.

What an exceptional dining experience. I lived literally around the corner from the corner house,…read morebut i had been living in California most my life and come home to visit my family. And all this time I had never had an opportunity to eat at the corner house. Finally, the day came this past week. I have to say the service, the food and the ambience are all spot on. I'll even go as hard as to say that the value for the quantity of food you get is pretty decent compared to most places these days. I was in town recently for a few days and made my very first visit. I tried the classic gyro. It was really good. Made with fresh ingredients and it was a pretty decent portion. A day later went again, this time for breakfast. I had basic eggs and hashbrowns with toast and sausage. It was very good and a reasonable serving portion as well. The rest of the family also enjoyed their meals. It goes without saying that I highly recommend the corner house if you're in the neighborhood. Bon appetite

9 tables inside, 6 counter seats, more seating on their heated patio…read more Ordered green tea and black coffee, Turkey Rueben, added turkey bacon, extra kraut, Greek salad, feta on the side, greek omelette, yogurt parfait and a fruit cup. $72.05 They charge you here to use CC, of course they would. :/ They serve the same Kirkland green tea from Costco that I have, comes in a big box. The Rueben finally has a good amount of kraut to make the sandwich, the bread was born dry, although toasted, maybe sour dough, not the bread I was hoping to get. The hash browns are really dry, just browned on the top. The Greek omelet was so-so, not much to it, kind of bland boring. The yogurt wasn't so-so, better without the raisins though. My husband discovered a white stringy and wiry object in the yogurt. We couldn't figure out what it was, maybe from the dish scrubber or something in the kitchen? The Greek salad has a lot of dried and old looking sliced onions, maybe from yesterday and the English cucumbers look rather dried out as well. The lettuce is mostly iceberg, some spinach added to it. It's not so good. Prefer romaine at the least. The dreaded cut yellow peppers, not my preferred. Had a small white string or lint on my spinach, good thing it was towards the end of my salad consumption, stopped me eating the rest of the salad. Service from our waitress was good. The manager or more senior staffer asked how my food was. I told her about the wiry string in our yogurt and Greek salad. She asked why we hadn't told the waitress, I explained my husband isn't a fan of bringing up issues at all, that's why I bring it up discreetly. After much admonishment from her, I regretted even bringing it up at all. I felt I was being berated after a few minutes of constant admonishment. I wanted to get the heck out of there quickly after paying. She was clearly upset with us.
