It's pretty straightforward: you choose your ingredients and customize your box however you like. My go-to is a small box (two scoops) with salmon and spicy tuna, cucumber, jalapeño, edamame, green onions, mango, ginger and two crab meat scoops. I usually mix spicy mayo, poke sauce, and ponzu for the sauce, and it's always delicious! I've also tried their matcha drinks, and the mango matcha is definitely my favorite. The strawberry one has a good flavor, but I find it a little more bland compared to the mango. Overall, 5/5!
