I may have just found my favorite poke place!! We walked in around 3pm. so there was no line and the workers greeted us with smiles and were so nice. If you are looking for fresh fish and good toppings this is a great option Really good poke place. Higher quality fish than other shops. Clean. Fast service. Street parking available too Thank you for fresh and delicious poke!!

I went here after having an intense poke craving, and Poke Go did not disappoint! The food was fresh and yummy and they had some great offerings for toppings and fish. The interior is very cute and welcoming as well and the workers were so sweet. I will definitely be back!

This was a really good Poke Bowl!! I came here after hanging out at the Lafayette Reservoir most of the day and was good and hungry. I ordered from the menu, I found out later that I could have written my order down on the checked boxes list and did it that way, but oh well. Most poke places I've gone to are pretty good, this one fits that narrative. Decent sized portions, fresh ingredients, fast service. There was no indoor dining here, but they did have a couple of tables outside, so I ate there. All in all, a good experience!!

First time here,Very fresh and delicious poke bowls, located in downtown Lafayette, definitely will be back

If you're craving a healthy, flavorful meal that feels both nourishing and indulgent, this poke bowl is a must-try. 10/10 would recommend--I'll definitely be back , the guys working there are so nice btw

I was feeling fishy on a Friday afternoon. I looked up poke spots near my area and this popped up as the closest one. Upon arrival, it is metered street parking. There is also parking lots in the back but I was lucky to park in the front. As you walk in, there will be a menu card and pen to write what you want in your poke bowl. You hand it to the worker once you are done and he/she will mix all protein & sauce together. I wouldn't say this is the best poke spot but it's decent for the locals. Price wise is okay I guess, I get my poke somewhere else but i was too lazy to be stuck in traffic rush hour so I drove to this location instead. Service was friendly, the worker gave me time to fill out what I wanted in my bowl. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Overall, I enjoyed my late lunch at this poke spot.

I love this place! Build your own poke bowl with a similar experience to Chipotle. Lots of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant is clean and has a comfortable environment.

All that glitters is not gold - Part I Recently, I was having a Yelp conversation with Cherylynn N. regarding fake reviews. Yelp is full of "fake reviews" out there, especially from fairly new restaurants. Look, I get it...times are tough and you want to survive. You gotta bring business to your establishments by any means necessary. Some make fake accounts and write "cookie cutter" reviews that give glowing remarks to a place similar to so-called movie critics praising a movie that sucks. Spotting a fake review is pretty easy. A few things to look out for: - Yelper with zero or few friends - Yelper with no real profile photo or no profile photo at all - Yelper that lives out-of-state or even from a different country - Yelper has literally one or few reviews written - Yelper reviews are not specific or are just a few sentences. Heck, I write compliments longer than some of these reviews. I'm not saying that this business paid some Yelpers or even made Yelp accounts to write reviews. Oh no, let me be clear as this is not what I am saying. My point is that these are the things to look for when deciding what to choose on where to spend your money. During the pandemic, I have been reluctant to write negative reviews of places and establishments simply because I know that everyone is hurting during these times. But, I just wanna vent on a few places so hopefully things can be rectified. Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at approximately 1910 hours, after my friends were done walking at Lafayette Reservoir during our Therapy Tuesday session, we were hungry and decided on grabbing some food here since it was nearby and they didn't close until 2000 hours. We drove here and found a parking spot in front of the place. We got here at approximately 1918 hours and there were two workers inside - one male and one female. There were 3 of us and were greeted promptly. Since it was our first time there, we decided to study the menu first that were on the wall and their menu board. One of the posters had instructions on how to order. Since we were ordering separately, I wasn't paying attention to my friends as I was studying the wall menu. I decided on getting the Signature Combo B ($15.00) that comes with Salmon, Tuna, Albacore, Tai and Hamachi for the protein. For the base, I chose the spring mix instead of rice for a healthier option. While ordering, I could hear one of my friends having a conversation with the female worker and he sounded agitated. To be honest, I wasn't particularly paying attention to their conversation as I was busy telling the male worker what other ingredients I wanted on my bowl. But the way that he was doing it made me feel rushed and he kept tapping the scooper, which was annoying and felt it was intentional. After "choosing" toppings and sauces, I just felt rushed and missed a couple of ingredients due to the awkward and interaction between everything that was going on. So after paying separately, we all walked out and one of my friends looked like he was really perturbed and frustrated. As we got inside the car, he then explained that the female worker was condescending to him and that he also felt rushed and a bit humiliated. My friend is a U.S. Marine and served during the Iraq War. He's battling through PTSD among other things and he's on the heavy side. He knows this and doesn't want to be reminded of it. We all got the sense that we were all rushed as it wasn't even close to their posted closing time of 2000 hours when we left. There were about 30 minutes left before they closed and we were the only customers there. But my friend was really upset and asked if we heard the conversation they had with the female worker. My other friend and I both apologized as we weren't really paying attention, but could hear something wasn't quite right. I should've been more in tune, but I was immersed in my thoughts of what to order. I felt so bad for him. My other friend said the same thing. But after all of that, we hoped that the food was at least good and drove to the marina. Verdict: The sauce overpowered everything and the protein was sinewy. #YelpChallenge2020 review No. 3

I love places like Lafayette where all the businesses support each other and help each other grow. Their brews on tap are mostly all local, and we grabbed some Pilsners sourced from Lafayette's new brewery, Western Flyer. So fresh and crisp. Can't wait to also check that spot out. Food-wise, we came in mid-afternoon and grabbed a Kale Pancetta salad (they pre-split the salad for us on two plates which was so nice), and for the mains, we both grabbed the Tuna Melt with fries. The salad was delicious. I'm def a tuna melt girly, and I loved the addition of the ciabatta (?) as the bread option, so fresh as well. This tuna melt comes with grapes fyi, and a few other elements mixed in. I absolutely loved it, just sharing though as I know how some tuna stans like their tuna :) This spot is clean, spacious, and perfectly situated in walking distance downtown. Would love to come back for brunch with a group of friends, or even again during the upcoming Lafayette Art & Wine Fest. Food is good, service is quick and friendly, and vibes are right. Honestly, it went by pretty fast since we just walked around and talked. There are also benches outside if you want to sit while you wait. Once we were seated, the ambiance inside was so nice; dim lighting, cozy, and just a really good vibe overall. Shoutout to whoever was on aux because the music was hitting they were playing Mac Ayres, Gabe Bondoc, lots of R&B . The music added to the atmosphere without being too loud, even though the place itself was lively. The food was AMAZING. I wasn't a huge fan of the service we had. A lot of strange side comments from the waiter probably made for conversation and to seem comfortable, but it wasn't really appreciated. We were also sat first outdoors and it seemed like other tables that got seated after us got their food and were done before us. There were many times we had to waive someone down for things. We ordered the kilawen, chicken Inasal, sisig, pancit, and adobo rice. Everything was good but as Filipinos we still had our thoughts. The kilawen was probably my favorite, it was so refreshing, flavorful, and well balanced. A great appetizer to have, it came with plantain chips. The chicken inasal wasn't anything special, just was like grilled chicken, didn't have much popping flavors. The sisig was my boyfriend's favorite! I thought it was a bit salty and not sizzling enough, but it was still good. The pancit had a very citrusy flavor profile to it, I liked it. The adobo rice was our issue. As a Filipino, rice is a must with our meal. We got all of our food but no rice and had to flag someone down for it. All to be told, they ran out of rice for the adobo rice so they gave us garlic rice in the mean time. The garlic rice tasted very buttery, more butter than garlic I'd say. We practically finished our food, and wanted to cancel the adobo rice and it eventually came out. It was good, but by the time we got it we were so full. I'd say note for the resto - have the rice ready with the meal... esp as a Filipino restaurant. We ended with the turon which came with langka ice cream and the tres leches. Do not miss out on the tres leches!!! It was soooo good. Milky, soft/moist, didn't break apart or crumble in a bad way. I'd go back just for the tres leches tbh.

Shrimp was cooked perfectly, not overcooked like I've had at other places. They give a generous portion of sauce, which is necessary to pour over some white rice! As a huge fan of French cuisine, I'd been following RÊVE for years and decided to book a table for the graduation dinner. I made a reservation about three months in advance just to be safe, since the restaurant only has about eight indoor tables. The restaurant was tucked away in a nondescript strip mall, but upon entering through the side gate, I felt like I was stepping into a Parisian neighborhood bistro. Our friendly waitress walked us through the menu and seasonal specials and even pointed out the can't-miss dishes. Thank goodness we followed her advice - the frites were among the best I've ever tasted! We debated ordering another cone of frites but decided to pace ourselves because we also ordered the gougères, RÊVE salad, and escargot to share. Additionally, we received complimentary fresh baguette and butter. For my main dish, I decided to try the quenelle, which can be described as a soft dumpling made from seafood purée that resembles a velvety soufflé. Every bite had a rich seafood flavor that, even now, I can't stop thinking about. Even though we were quite full after dinner, we were tempted by the dessert menu and decided to split the chocolate mousse and French opera cake. Both desserts were exquisite - they were small portions but packed a lot of richness without being overly sweet. Our dinner was made extra special by the restaurant staff, who remembered that we were celebrating a graduation and signed a card for us. From the team going above and beyond to the excellent meal, this was one of the best meals I've had this year. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
