We asked if they could bring it over next door to the Broadway, and they happily said yes , plus, they gave us a 10% discount! Great service, tasty sandwiches, and such a nice experience overall.

Creative sandwich concepts and pretty quality ingredients. I love that I can choose from 3…read moredifferent types of breads. The garlic sauce is also very good. However, I have to give 3 stars for the overall execution of my meal. I had a half of a Hammer sandwich which was about $8. It's ham, soppressata, cheese, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, dijon, vinegar, oil, garlic sauce. Unfortunately, I felt that my sandwich came with skimpy toppings. I got a pretty thinly stacked layer of ham and 2 little ovals of soppressata. The cheese was barely present. I also would have loved more tomato. I got a good amount of lettuce and banana peppers, though! Unfortunately, I just couldn't taste the meat and cheese toppings super well due to their being not much of them on the sandwich. The flavor of all the other ingredients were good, though. My friend got the Scramwich on Foccacia for $14. Looking at it, I could also tell it had not much proscuitto. Upon further inspection opening one of the halves of the sandwich... it was definitely only a few little smaller pieces of proscuitto. (The other toppings were on the other piece of bread, don't worry, those were fine) Sorry for the ugly photo - hard to really capture it without dissecting the thing. I also just noticed while looking at the photo again that one of the pieces of arugula also had black spots on it... Definitely not very fresh. My friend still enjoyed the foccacia, sundried tomatoes, and other toppings, but also felt there wasn't enough proscuitto. For the price, I would hope for a sufficient amount of meat. Heard a lot of hype about Quisty's and I see great potential in their quality and concepts! With better execution I'd definitely consider coming back. It's just hard to justify paying as much as we did for sandwiches that were skimpy on arguably one of the most important toppings!

Order Details Order Date: August 25, 2026 Order Time: 9:14 PM MST Order Method: Online Order Type: Pick Up Scheduled Pick-Up Time: 9:25 PM Location: 9525 E Old Spanish Trail, Suite 113, Tucson, AZ 85748 Order Total: $24.77 Items Ordered: Medium Spicy Cajun Chicken -- $11.79 White bread Pickle spear on the side Medium Smoked Turkey & Provolone -- $10.99 White bread Pickle spear on the side No sliced tomatoes Light sliced onions Light regular mayonnaise Light deli mustard Normal mixed peppers Normal black olives Subtotal: $22.78 Tax: $1.99 Total: $24.77 Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Firehouse Subs restaurant. When I entered the restaurant to pick up my online order, I was not greeted or acknowledged. The young man working at the front counter was on his cell phone and appeared to be paying little attention to customers. I stood there waiting until he eventually asked, "Is it pickup or an order?" I explained that I was there to pick up an online order. He then walked over to the food rack, brought my order to the counter, literally dropped it on the counter, and immediately walked away and returned to using his cell phone. There was no greeting, no "thank you," and no effort to provide even basic customer service. Unfortunately, the experience became even more concerning once I arrived home. I discovered that several of the condiments and toppings I specifically ordered were missing from my sandwich. Even more troubling, there was a grayish-black substance or "gunk" on the sandwich that did not appear to be a normal food ingredient. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about the food-preparation and sanitation practices at this location. I also left the restaurant feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my race. I cannot know the employee's intentions, but the manner in which I was treated made me feel disrespected, unwelcome, and singled out. I believe this concern should be taken seriously and investigated. I will be returning to the restaurant to speak with a manager in person regarding this incident. I am also specifically asking Corporate to review the security-camera footage from approximately 9:15 PM - 9:45 PM on August 25, 2026. The cameras should provide an objective record of my arrival, how long I was left waiting, the employee's conduct while I was at the counter, and how my order was handled. I am requesting that Firehouse Subs investigate the following: - The employee's conduct and lack of basic customer service. - The apparent use of a cell phone while customers were waiting for assistance. - The manner in which my order was handled and placed on the counter. - The missing toppings and condiments from my order. - The unidentified grayish-black substance found on my sandwich. - The food-preparation and sanitation practices at this location. - My concern that I may have been treated differently because of my race. - The security-camera footage from the time of my visit. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in this location and in the quality of service I should expect from the Firehouse Subs brand. I expect Corporate to take this complaint seriously, investigate the matter thoroughly, and provide me with a meaningful response regarding what actions will be taken

LBP's bakers make the sublime goods that I recall from back then. Their crust is crunchy/chewy and their bread is substantial, yet cloud-like. Miches, baguettes, epis, loaves, rolls, croissants, & special flavors; all are highest quality bread. And their cake & pastries? Sainte vache! They have fluffy cream puffs, creamy eclairs, yummy cookies, flavorful pies, and more. And don't get me started on their cupcakes, which are moist and tender and even better when they're Cosmic. There is something indescribably delicious about the apple and cherry Crisps. *Chef's Kiss* The staff at La Baguette Parisienne is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly kind. On my last visit, I managed to take an epic fall (really more of a clumsy crumple) that included pushing a rolling counter across part of the store. My middle name is "Grace". The owner, Kim, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (nor could the customers there at the time, so I guess kindness attracts kindness). She helped me to get up and was gracious regarding my minor rearrangement of her shop and cheerful enough that I went from embarrassment to laughter in record time. My late beloved Mama found this lovely, cute bake shop decades ago when they first opened, and she was a delighted weekly customer whenever she was at her east-side Tucson home. I hope to carry on her tradition, if less frequently from my UA-area home, until my time on the planet is done (bury me with a plain large Miche, a Cherry Crisp, and a Cosmic Cupcake, please). Highly recommend!

The sirloin was fresh, tender, and full of flavor, and the combination of grilled onions, hot cherry peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes, pickles, and white American cheese was perfectly balanced. Every bite was on point. The bread was soft with a light toast that gave it the perfect texture without overpowering the sandwich. I also had a Barrio Rojo beer on tap, which paired perfectly with the meal. The service was amazing--friendly, fast, and welcoming, especially for a first-time customer. The place itself had a lot of character and a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. This was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last.
