A bit smoky, not best for sensitive people service is good, food is unremarkable, but the portions are generous. The interior is a bit like "Alice in Wonderland" but the booths are large and comfortable

We loved the atmosphere! The music was soft and you could talk and hear well at the table. The food was served hot and was delicious. The service was good for our party of 9. So good.

We had a party of 7. We waited about 10 minutes to be sat. But since this sits inside a casino, there is plenty to do. Once we were sat, we were introduced to our waitress. For the life of me I can't remember her name but she was a pretty Latina. She worked the evening the day before Thanksgiving. Three of us ordered a cup of gumbo. Unfortunately, when it came out, the rice in the gumbo was either old or under cooked cause it was hard as rocks. But we spoke to the manager and he replaced them with bowls and new rice. They say that the gumbo is award winning and it was REALLY GOOD . Everyone enjoyed their meals. IF YOU DON'T WANT A LOT OF FOOD, DON'T COME HERE!!! I ordered the fried shrimp and they were huge and about 16 shrimp on my plate. I could not eat them all. When I'm back in Biloxi I will stop here again

Love the food and ambiance of this place! You wouldn't believe it's inside a casino, but it's worth every penny for the experience. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try!

We gathered here for a friends 50th birthday celebration. The restaurant and staff were very accommodating and organized. We had a fairly large party and they sent out several servers and got everyone's order correct the first time. The menu is impressive and offers a great variety of foods. I opted for a grilled chicken Cesar salad since I was trying to stay on the healthier side and haven't eaten here before. The salad itself was huge! The Caesar dressing wasn't a creamy Caesar that I prefer but it was still good! The chicken was cooked perfectly! As the servers began bringing other meals out to our party, I instantly regretted my salad choice! The fried shrimp smelled incredible as well as the fried pickles! All of the fried food was cooked to a crisp golden brown color. I tasted my friends shrimp and it was just incredible! I'll be back again and plan to order the fried shrimp next time.

Delivery was fast, food was still hot, and the driver was friendly. I ordered the pearl burger on a sweet sourdough bun. Temp requested was medium well which was on point. The salad had clunky chunks of onion, but I removed those from the salad. They included an entire bag full of condiments which ended up in that kitchen drawer I'm sure we all have. Overall a good meal.

This wasn't the first choice for dinner. Since our first choice was too long of a wait, we settled for Under the Oak Cafe. Our party still had to wait 30-40 minutes before we were seated. The table we sat at was directly under the AC unit so cold air was constantly blasted in our direction as we ate. We did ask to be moved but somehow we ended up staying where we were originally seated. For a casino cafe, the food was mediocre as it was the typical basic food from any type of cafe but I would've honestly enjoyed it elsewhere. Club sandwich - The sandwich came with fries on the side. Portion size was huge mainly as it consisted of bread. Grilled salmon - If you're following the daily recommendation for protein, this is the right portion. The salmon was the size of a deck of cards. The edges of the fish were dry but the center was cooked perfectly. This dish allows for a choice of two sides. I chose the grilled veggies and coleslaw. The coleslaw was my favorite as it was refreshing and light apart from the other heavy dishes that I sampled. Fried catfish w/ hushpuppies - This was a family member's favorite. Not gonna lie, the catfish was crispy and flaky. I can see why they loved it.

Kayla was an outstanding waitress!!! She was knowledgeable and accommodating with the specials and he additional things that was not on the menu but was available. I ordered the salmon jasmine rice and broccoli the salmon was a bit over cooked the rice and broccoli was pretty good. Hubby ordered the Ribeye Father's Day special we ordered the bang bang shrimp, fried green tomatoes, 2x wings son ordered the applewood bacon burger no tomatoes and other son ordered the veggie omelette and French toast. Two people in the party ordered the Alfredo and seafood platter with fish and shrimp, 3x ordered the pork chops the portions were nice, but it was hot. I didn't like the fact that they brought food out separately. Everyone didn't get the food at the same time. Kayla apologized that the kitchen didn't bring he food out together, but her service was superb.

We arrived in the area just for a visit, and we were treated to a quick lunch, which is located inside the casino, which turns out to be an hidden gem. Very straight forward cooking, but we'll seasoned. Not fancy but great food, also perfect for breakfast.

The reason for the three stars is we had our ladies luncheon there yesterday . There was 15 in our party . They made room for us in a timely manner . The waitress came over took our drink order and bought glasses of water . The waitress split alittle water on one of the ladies never appologized . It took awhile to get our drinks .Then the waitress too our food order. Once we recieved our food .Some of the ladies couldnt eat it because of the spicyness! The waitress was awesome but, they need to consider that not everyone can eat spicy food .

Is it even a proper vacation in Biloxi if you don't give this place a visit for breakfast? The answer is NO !! When your motto is It's never too early to get toasted!! You are talking my language and that's how you start a proper vacation day:) We left Alabama in the wee hours of the morning to get here before they opened. We ordered at 7:04 am . A grapefruit mimosa for me and two Irish coffees for my husband and son. My son pretty much gets the same thing everytime an Arnold . This time it was a West coast Arnold w/ hash brown casserole . He ate it up!! I got the Dragon fruit pancakes 2 pc . Man one pancake was plenty and yes they are as big as the plate. Hubbie got the pork chop breakfast . On the 16th (our leave day) I got the (2)Strawberry Hibiscus Spritz and my son got a Cappuccino cooler. Hubs had to drive back home so he just got a coffee. Hubbie got the chicken and waffles , I got the yolk lovers breakfast with cheese grits ( When you are in the South Grits must be eaten at least one meal of the day) and my son got his Southwest Arnold again lol! My son looked at his mug and said I want one . Yes they sell them for 31.99 eek a bit high for my blood but He bought it himself. He has been using it everyday since We got back home. He said He will probably buy another in July. It's a solid breakfast place and enjoyable if you get here before the crowds. By 9 it gets packed quick be an early bird -get toasted -and Have a great start to your vacation!!

I had the Breakfast Burrito - "The One Pounder" with eggs, bacon, sausage, onions, jalapeños, hash browns, cheddar cheese, (Pico de gallo, green onions, and salsa on the side). I declined the queso and the sour cream. This was, hands down HUGE!! Everything was distributed nicely throughout, but I have to comment on the pico. Being from Texas, I am a bit of a pico snob. Let me tell you, this was homestyle pico +100! It's the bomb!! The jalapeños were diced small, and I definitely tasted a hint of garlic in there. For non-spicy people, one of the things they avoid with jalapeños is that the pieces are too big, and the burn overrides being able to taste the flavor of the food. This was great to add flavor to each bite, without the overbearing quality of the pepper. Amazing, and great. My love had the Tenderloin Tips and Eggs. Her is her review: Eggs (fried) were wonderful, with a hint of sweetness we could not define. Southern style grits buttery and smooth, and the tenderloins seasoned wonderfully and delicious!

Was the food as great as The Toasted Yolk? nope Was it good enough to start a slow morning yep!! The servings are big, the food while nothing fancy is adequate to start your day, the place is not crowded and in a tourist town that's a plus right there. My favorite was just a simple fruit plate with yogurt and granola. Don't forget the Moscato:) The grits were good too!! Hubbie got the biscuits and gravy with sausage and my son pancakes. We also ate supper there one night I got the mushroom burger sans bun , my hubbie the catfish platter, and my son the Philly cheesesteak. The waitresses were nice and worked hard. Would I come again yes! Would I make a special trip here no! If you are staying at the Palace though and don't want to traipse to places for breakfast or Supper. Give this place a chance ! There is a large parking lot located on 1 side of the restaurant offering ample parking. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We were met by the hostess upon entering and decided to dine inside. I saw 3 different dining rooms inside and a bar. So lots of seating. Our server, Alyssa was very nice and had a lot of patience with us. Thank you for that. She eventually took our order once we were ready and the food came out shortly later. I ordered a classic omelet with hashbrowns. The omelet consisted of 8 eggs. Wow!!! It was fluffy and tasted light. It took me about 30 minutes to consume all of it. Btw, Alyssa seemed impressed that I had. They may want to consider adding small table fans designed to keep flies away, as we were constantly dealing with flies while trying to eat. It was a sunny day with a light breeze, so the issue was still noticeable. I ordered the Berry Sherbet Mimosa, ( nothing special) For an appetizer, we had the beignets. They reminded me more of empanadas than traditional beignets. The green sauce was delicious, though-I would definitely recommend asking for extra sauce. The nicest part of the experience, besides our waitress, was that they recognize and honor veterans, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some good flavors and positive touches, but also a few details that could be improved. ( the one is for the flies )

Welcome to the brunch experience of HOLY SHIT, WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?…read moreFirst, abandon all expectations at the door. Service? Excellence? Basic supplies? Those are apparently premium add-ons. Coffee? No problem. Tea? Absolutely. Ketchup? Sure. Hot sauce? Of course. Oh wait. My bad. They're out of all of it. At some point I genuinely started wondering whether the restaurant had recently been looted or whether we had accidentally arrived during the final hours before foreclosure. Carbonated water? Nope. Bloody Mary? Bold of you to assume a bar should know how to make one. Mimosa? Apparently you'll need to get your ass back in the car, drive somewhere that maintains a working relationship with both fruit juice AND champagne, and try again. The bar itself appears to be partially stocked, which somehow makes it worse. It's like looking into a pantry after a hurricane. There are technically objects in there. Whether any of them can be combined into a recognizable beverage remains under investigation. And then there's the customer service. Sweet baby Jesus. The overall atmosphere feels less like brunch and more like I accidentally walked into the middle of a workplace dispute nobody bothered to warn the customers about. Nobody appears to be wearing the same uniform, or possibly any uniform at all, so identifying actual employees becomes its own interactive brunch activity. Last time we came in, a woman in a tracksuit approached us with such confidence that I genuinely had no idea whether she worked there, was another customer, or was about to ask us why we were sitting in her section of Planet Fitness. Turns out it was her first day as the hostess. Of course it was. Honestly, at this point, if someone walked out of the kitchen wearing pajama pants, carrying jumper cables, and announced they were the executive chef, I'd just nod and ask whether the ketchup had arrived yet. Nothing about the place feels coordinated. The drinks aren't coordinated. The staff isn't coordinated. The inventory isn't coordinated. I'm not entirely sure the building itself has been informed that it is currently operating as a restaurant. You don't come here for brunch. You come here for an experience. An experience that begins with, "Surely they have coffee," progresses rapidly into, "How are you out of THAT too?" and ends with you sitting in your car afterward staring silently through the windshield while your passenger whispers: "Let's go to Waffle House" Come hungry. Leave confused. And for the love of God, bring your own ketchup.
