A bit smoky, not best for sensitive people service is good, food is unremarkable, but the portions are generous. The interior is a bit like "Alice in Wonderland" but the booths are large and comfortable

We loved the atmosphere! The music was soft and you could talk and hear well at the table. The food was served hot and was delicious. The service was good for our party of 9. So good.

We had a party of 7. We waited about 10 minutes to be sat. But since this sits inside a casino, there is plenty to do. Once we were sat, we were introduced to our waitress. For the life of me I can't remember her name but she was a pretty Latina. She worked the evening the day before Thanksgiving. Three of us ordered a cup of gumbo. Unfortunately, when it came out, the rice in the gumbo was either old or under cooked cause it was hard as rocks. But we spoke to the manager and he replaced them with bowls and new rice. They say that the gumbo is award winning and it was REALLY GOOD . Everyone enjoyed their meals. IF YOU DON'T WANT A LOT OF FOOD, DON'T COME HERE!!! I ordered the fried shrimp and they were huge and about 16 shrimp on my plate. I could not eat them all. When I'm back in Biloxi I will stop here again

Love the food and ambiance of this place! You wouldn't believe it's inside a casino, but it's worth every penny for the experience. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try!

We gathered here for a friends 50th birthday celebration. The restaurant and staff were very accommodating and organized. We had a fairly large party and they sent out several servers and got everyone's order correct the first time. The menu is impressive and offers a great variety of foods. I opted for a grilled chicken Cesar salad since I was trying to stay on the healthier side and haven't eaten here before. The salad itself was huge! The Caesar dressing wasn't a creamy Caesar that I prefer but it was still good! The chicken was cooked perfectly! As the servers began bringing other meals out to our party, I instantly regretted my salad choice! The fried shrimp smelled incredible as well as the fried pickles! All of the fried food was cooked to a crisp golden brown color. I tasted my friends shrimp and it was just incredible! I'll be back again and plan to order the fried shrimp next time.

Delivery was fast, food was still hot, and the driver was friendly. I ordered the pearl burger on a sweet sourdough bun. Temp requested was medium well which was on point. The salad had clunky chunks of onion, but I removed those from the salad. They included an entire bag full of condiments which ended up in that kitchen drawer I'm sure we all have. Overall a good meal.

This wasn't the first choice for dinner. Since our first choice was too long of a wait, we settled for Under the Oak Cafe. Our party still had to wait 30-40 minutes before we were seated. The table we sat at was directly under the AC unit so cold air was constantly blasted in our direction as we ate. We did ask to be moved but somehow we ended up staying where we were originally seated. For a casino cafe, the food was mediocre as it was the typical basic food from any type of cafe but I would've honestly enjoyed it elsewhere. Club sandwich - The sandwich came with fries on the side. Portion size was huge mainly as it consisted of bread. Grilled salmon - If you're following the daily recommendation for protein, this is the right portion. The salmon was the size of a deck of cards. The edges of the fish were dry but the center was cooked perfectly. This dish allows for a choice of two sides. I chose the grilled veggies and coleslaw. The coleslaw was my favorite as it was refreshing and light apart from the other heavy dishes that I sampled. Fried catfish w/ hushpuppies - This was a family member's favorite. Not gonna lie, the catfish was crispy and flaky. I can see why they loved it.

Kayla was an outstanding waitress!!! She was knowledgeable and accommodating with the specials and he additional things that was not on the menu but was available. I ordered the salmon jasmine rice and broccoli the salmon was a bit over cooked the rice and broccoli was pretty good. Hubby ordered the Ribeye Father's Day special we ordered the bang bang shrimp, fried green tomatoes, 2x wings son ordered the applewood bacon burger no tomatoes and other son ordered the veggie omelette and French toast. Two people in the party ordered the Alfredo and seafood platter with fish and shrimp, 3x ordered the pork chops the portions were nice, but it was hot. I didn't like the fact that they brought food out separately. Everyone didn't get the food at the same time. Kayla apologized that the kitchen didn't bring he food out together, but her service was superb.

We arrived in the area just for a visit, and we were treated to a quick lunch, which is located inside the casino, which turns out to be an hidden gem. Very straight forward cooking, but we'll seasoned. Not fancy but great food, also perfect for breakfast.

The reason for the three stars is we had our ladies luncheon there yesterday . There was 15 in our party . They made room for us in a timely manner . The waitress came over took our drink order and bought glasses of water . The waitress split alittle water on one of the ladies never appologized . It took awhile to get our drinks .Then the waitress too our food order. Once we recieved our food .Some of the ladies couldnt eat it because of the spicyness! The waitress was awesome but, they need to consider that not everyone can eat spicy food .

I had the Breakfast Burrito - "The One Pounder" with eggs, bacon, sausage, onions, jalapeños, hash browns, cheddar cheese, (Pico de gallo, green onions, and salsa on the side). I declined the queso and the sour cream. This was, hands down HUGE!! Everything was distributed nicely throughout, but I have to comment on the pico. Being from Texas, I am a bit of a pico snob. Let me tell you, this was homestyle pico +100! It's the bomb!! The jalapeños were diced small, and I definitely tasted a hint of garlic in there. For non-spicy people, one of the things they avoid with jalapeños is that the pieces are too big, and the burn overrides being able to taste the flavor of the food. This was great to add flavor to each bite, without the overbearing quality of the pepper. Amazing, and great. My love had the Tenderloin Tips and Eggs. Her is her review: Eggs (fried) were wonderful, with a hint of sweetness we could not define. Southern style grits buttery and smooth, and the tenderloins seasoned wonderfully and delicious!

We hate crowds more though and some days We just didn't want to rush. We ate here multiple x because it was right in our hotel. Was the food as great as The Toasted Yolk? nope Was it good enough to start a slow morning yep!! The servings are big, the food while nothing fancy is adequate to start your day, the place is not crowded and in a tourist town that's a plus right there. My favorite was just a simple fruit plate with yogurt and granola. Don't forget the Moscato:) The grits were good too!! Hubbie got the biscuits and gravy with sausage and my son pancakes. We also ate supper there one night I got the mushroom burger sans bun , my hubbie the catfish platter, and my son the Philly cheesesteak. The waitresses were nice and worked hard. Would I come again yes! Would I make a special trip here no! If you are staying at the Palace though and don't want to traipse to places for breakfast or Supper. Give this place a chance ! But they are a bit anal about you sitting the proper way -saw them get on a guy cause he moved his chair . It's not that serious Stacked . Otherwise it's a good enough place to eat a standard, filling breakfast

We arrived at 6:30. Got seated really quick and ordered drinks and the Chargrill Trio. Oysters came out in about 10 minutes. They were great. As soon as they hit the table the lady I was with ordered chicken wings and I ordered an oyster Poboy. Her wings came out in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes I still had not received my Poboy. I told the waitress to take it off the bill cause we had to go to the Hard Rock and my companion was done. She said they don't do that and told me she would check with Manager. She came back and told me they were almost done with it and would box it up to go. I told her I didn't want it because it would be sitting in my vehicle until probably 2 in the morning. She told me she wasn't taking it off the bill and got smart with me. I proceeded to tell her to just go get the F-ing bill. Next thing I know security is over at my table. He told me they gave my Poboy to someone else and was making me another. I told him I didn't want it. Anyway, I left Poboy on the table and paid my $90 bill. I can promise you I will never be back and will not be recommending this place to anyone else ever again. They really should fire our waitress! She has a smart mouth, never came to table to ask if we wanted refills nor did she care that I didn't get to eat with my friend and lied about why I had not gotten my Poboy yet. I got the ribeye, which was very tough and hard to cut. I would say I probably only got about six or seven bites out of the queen cut ribeye. The mashed potatoes were nice, as was the asparagus. We decided to give them another shot for breakfast this morning, and mine was absolutely terrible. This is the first time I think I've actually spit out food at a restaurant and with mixed company. I got the country fried steak breakfast. The potatoes tasted great, but they were sitting in oil that was mixed with some kind of other fluid from my running scrambled eggs. The country fried steak was so tough that I stuck a fork in it, and it stayed standing during the entire meal. This thing was so overcooked and tough that I spit it out immediately at the first bite. To our servers credit, he recognized that my plate was largely untouched and took my breakfast off of the total bill for our party. Our server was friendly and efficient, though grossly overbooked, I think. I wish that the manager or Chef would go down the road and up i110 a couple of miles to that Scarlet place, and try their country fried breakfast with potatoes, eggs and biscuit. See the product that they deliver for about the same price, but how much better it is prepared, served, plated and presented. This location does have a very clean and comfortable atmosphere and it was quite busy this Saturday morning. Honestly, they just look like they're a bit understaffed and the kitchen is not helping out by pushing out greasy and overcooked food.
