Simple menu but...outstanding burger! There are only a few items on the menu but don't let that fool you. This joint knows how to deliver on a great beef burger. My husband and I ordered their double UGB with sautéed onions and bacon. The sautéed onions and bacon were additional costs. This was a very juicy burger and so jam packed with flavor. My only gripe was with the bun. It was quite soggy so it does make it messy and difficult when you're trying to get everything in a bite. Nevertheless, I would come back and probably try their chicken burger next time. I didn't order their shake but it also looked super tasty. The inside of the restaurant is small and quite basic but there are chairs and tables with condiments outside. The service was friendly and we waited about 10 minutes for our food. It seems that everything was made to order. Definitely check out this place if you're in the area. It is for sure a hidden gem in Queen Creek!

The burgers were ok, service could've been better. Price was a bit steep for both of the issues above. The bigger issue was, about half way through my burger there was paper from either the cheese, or the meat patty in my burger. Overall not impressed for the cost. I didn't check to see if they charged extra for the paper‍

So, we really wanted to try this place. Got two burgers, fries and two shakes. Everything really was good at first! It looked appealing as well, however at about the halfway point our stomachs became super churned & upset. Both of us threw up everything (multiple times) & still continue to feel nauseous 30 minutes later. Would I eat here again? No. I read another review about worries of improper food handling, I hope that this isn't a case of food poisoning. Consider other burger alternatives before going here.

I've heard rave reviews about Underground Burger so I had to check it out! Located in Queen Creek, this is a small restaurant with little to no indoor seating and a small patio, so it's mainly aimed towards takeout orders. We ordered a couple burgers along with fries. They were hot upon pickup and the counter staff were decently friendly. I thought they were just okay. Everything was a bit greasy, for sure. Definitely not something I'd go out of my way to get again. I think In N Out or Five Guys is better, IMO.

1st Underground Burger in Arizona, opened up in 2022. Originally from Washington this burger spot is sure to please your taste buds! Starting with fresh quality ingredients, great burger to bun ratio, homemade dressing for the burger which brings this combination all together oh so well! Customer service is friendly, fast and efficient. They offer outdoor patio sitting, you can also enjoy in the car or take it home if not too far. I really enjoyed this experience! We have been wanting to try this place and finally got around to it. The menu is pretty basic, Burgers with a GF option, 2 types of fries, and shakes. The burger was pretty good. The crinkle cut fries were crisp and good. It was pretty expensive for what you get though...$12 for a double and $9 for single patty? Kind of expensive. The service was nothing to get excited about. The young lady took our order, wasn't very talkative or overly friendly. There's only one table to sit at and it's outside, so don't expect to sit and have a meal. It's kind of cold and basic inside but overall the place isn't bad.

Ordered thru Uber eats and it was super fast! Definitely the BEST burger and waffle fries in Queen Creek. Make sure to get extra hamburger sauce (don't know the name of it). Dipped the waffle fries in it and OH MUH JESUS. We will order here again. Five stars all the way. read more

Burger was freshly cooked perfectly, tasty and juicy . Waffle fries were cooked fresh and crispy. You may be able to share the bag of fries and burger may be the size of a whopper. I highly recommend you try this place once, I'm sure you will be back, I know I will !! read more

Decent burgers but not great. Left all the sauce off our burgers (so dry) and gave us sides of honey mustard instead of fry sauce. Chocolate milkshake tasted so bad even my kids wouldn't drink it. read more

I walked in to no line at 530pm. There is no seating inside. Order and take with you place. The price was fair. The waffle fries are good with basically a chick fila style sauce. I ordered a single patty cheeseburger with no sauce. It was very basic. It didn't taste like the burger had any seasoning on it and the patty was thin. The bun was perfect and soft. Overall a medium. Good luck. I'll try again in a month. read more

Didn't know this place was here until today. I was in the parking lot looking for a medical place and decided to stop here to grab lunch and I was really pleased with the food. Just a delicious burger with great quality ingredients from the bun to the meat. It really took my by surprise. Their waffle fries were delicious too. I came back with my wife to get her one and she thought the same. She got a chocolate milkshake and they use chocolate milk to make it. Really a cut above all the other burger offerings in town. It will be my new go to spot. read more

Its menu is very basic, but what it does, it does well. The burger is tasty and well proportioned. The patty is nicely seasoned, and the size is large enough to be satisfying but small enough that getting a double isn't an overload. They also offer impossiburger instead. The toppings aren't bad. I added bacon to mine and they put plenty of it. The bun gets 5 stars itself for not becoming soggy. The waffle fries are generously seasoned and crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. Their signature burger and fry sauces are very different from other burger places. From what I could tell, the burger sauce is mayo based and the fry sauce has honey mustard that doesn't overpower. Their shakes are soooooooo gooooooooood! The best I've had in a long while. Definitely grab one. The pricing is about the same as Five Guys, if not a little less expensive. Do be warned that this location is outside seating only, and it doesn't have many tables. Their small space inside and out encourages customers to order take-out instead of dine-in. If you're looking for a good burg and have an adventurous spirit, I fully recommend Underground Burger read more

So to be fair, the burger was tasty and their secret Swiss was as well. What ruined it for us is that there was no place to dine in, the A/C was either not working or it was just extremely hot in the area where we waited for our food and our Diet Cokes were luke warm. Basically, we paid $26 to get two burgers, 1 order of fries and 2 bottles of Diet Coke and eat in our car. read more

This was a pleasant surprise. Had heard some good things about this place so we ordered a couple of burgers, a regular, a double and some waffle fries. It was all very good, definitely not fast food tasting and even after the double, which was more than I needed for sure, I didn't have that bloated, overstuffed, need to go digest this burger feeling. If you're looking for a significant step up without the fuss, I recommend giving this place a try. read more

We are always on the lookout for a yummy place to eat as we don't eat out a whole lot. We found this place online and it was definitely yummy! The waffle fries are seasoned which I absolutely love and the burger was full of flavor. I like that they have few options because it makes my ordering easier lol if I have too many options I can never make up my mind. Ok so now this is our favorite burger place for sure! We've gone 3 times in the past 30 days. Still awesome! Downloaded the app and received a free shake, definitely a plus, however sorry to say not my favorite but definitely 2nd place. The app is so easy to use. You can order your burger exactly as you like. Keep it medium or you can ask for well done. I like a little pink and it's been perfect every time! One issue which is not a big deal because it's winter so you kinda expect that by the time you get home it's gone from hot to warm. My only wish for the future is a bigger place so you can enjoy your meal right there! There's a couple tables outside but everyone is just sitting there waiting for their food instead of leaving it available for people to actually sit and enjoy the food. Sorry to those who think this is an expensive burger. It's not and it's fresh! The only other burger place we've liked in this area was In N Out probably because we're from California. However not any more, they've gone skimpy on their patties so Underground Burger is our family favorite!!! read more

Honestly, unless you were just starving, this is big enough to split with someone. It's a huge sandwich, all the more so with the generous side order of fries. I love spicy so I asked them to add their Raising Pain sauce. It does kick things up a notch and since it is served on the side, you should get it too. The chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned. I ended up abandoning the hoagie and just focusing on the generous portion of chicken. YUM! Several types of fries are on offer. The fries are SO crisp. These are exactly how you want fries to be served. I tried customizing mine to the ginger wasabi fries but they were sadly out. We ended up upgrading to the Yum Yum fries which are smothered with their house-made cheese sauce, chopped ground beef, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and gold sauce. Delicious but a meal unto itself. We also had the Arizona fries which are the spicy version with Chipotle aioli and jalapenos. Delicious but a meal alone. The website listed some yummy-sounding dessert options but they had been crossed off the sandwich board when we visited. Perhaps they only do dessert for catering events now. Although based in the San Tan Valley, Yum Rockets pops up around the Valley. You can find their upcoming schedule on their website. Truly one of the best out there!

We had meatball wedding soup, chopped salad with Genoa salami and five tapas. Lovely presentation and scrumptious. Grows and sources local produce and some meats. Wine, beer and thin crust pizza. Indoor and so much outdoor dining spaces creating your own private convivial spot with your group. We did the olive 101 tour, which was real interesting. Tour covered the history growing, harvesting and pressing olives into extra virgin olive oil. This place is the only olive mill in Arizona - go figure! Tour included how to taste and sample olive oil. You can sample all the olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pickled veggies and check out many cool gifts in the store. It's a home run in agru-tourism! It's a home run - grows olives without pesticides, focusing on caring for the soil. Does not use pesticides. Operation is solar powered, conserves water, and composts. Two thumbs up for the farm family and the operation that takes care of the hundreds of guests that show up each day. But, at this point I feel that you shouldn't go to the Olive Mill for hot food, especially at breakfast. They're soo popular that they've stopped caring about flavor. Sad really. I can't say enough great things about my experience at Underground Burger! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with stellar customer service. Chris, the manager and owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain their gluten-free options, even educating me on the bread and preparation process. His high energy, politeness, and welcoming professionalism made me feel right at home. Its like I never left Hawaii!! He has a strong O'hana spirit!!!! The restaurant was impressively clean, neat, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive vibe. When it comes to the food, the quality, taste, and presentation were nothing short of perfection. My order was prepared promptly and served at our table outside in a reasonable amount of time. I tried the double Underground Burger and the crispy chicken, and both were excellent! The Underground Burger was especially delicious, and considering the high level of preparation, the cost was extremely affordable. Staff found me on Insta to DM: "Your a f***ing loser harassing teenagers get a life f**got." "Grown a** man making pixel art, get a life loser" Dozens of comments on posts calling me every name you can imagine. Manager lies, threatens assault, calls me a p**sy for 'harassing' his staff. My transgression is making a single complaint at the restaurant saying service was like a snail. I mentioned to him that his staff is finding me online to harass me while at the job, he responds. "You shouldn't have left a review in your real name." He does have a zero tolerance policy for abuse towards his employees. So that's good I guess. read more
