I'm a huge burger fan and I have to say this place is officially in my top 5 for burgers. Most burger shops these days give you a small burger for a high price, but underground burger gives you a BIG burger for a great price. They're a smaller shop in a hidden corner. If you want to eat the burger there you have to eat outside and there is very limited seating. You're better off getting it to go. Their employees are always so kind and helpful. We usually order through the app which is very easy to do. I highly recommend you get their waffle fries as they are THE BEST!!! We've heard many times from friends, family and acquaintances that Underground is the best burger in QC. We were finally able to go and have a burger from there today. We had tried several times but they have limited hours. So, if you're planning to visit make sure they are open first! We are both so glad to say this IS the BEST BURGER in Queen Creek! The fries are perfectly done too. The only downside is the prices, but if they deliver every meal like the one we had today it's our new place when we want burger. I left a Google review and the response was so awful, I'm leaving them another 1-star review here. Go check it out. The "owner" told me to grow up. WHAT?! What legitimate business owner responds to a review that way, for the whole world to see. We've had delivery from here multiple times, and my husband has been once in person. Nothing special by any means. Definitely not worth the price, but it's hard to get delivery of any decent burger in Queen Creek. Not pictured also had waffle fries. All the food was good, but slightly on the pricey side and for the price of a peanut chocolate shake you can buy a gallon on peanut butter at Costco. The star mark down isn't on the quality of food or taste, it's that this price level of food usually accompanied with service and ambience of a sit down restaurant. I ordered mine to go, but upon arrival discovered aside from a few patio chairs eating in isn't an option. It's like a little ceasars set up but x4 on the prices. Great little spot. Service was great. The menu is simple - they offer burgers, 2 types of French Fries (Crinkle cut or Waffle), bottled coke products and Chocolate/ Star/ Vanilla Milkshakes. The burger & Fires were delicious! Love the spread that is on the burger. The chocolate and Strawberry milkshakes were also tasty. Seating is outdoors only and very limited. My only suggestion would be to offer more seating and have small section indoors (lots of wasted space inside). Misters in the Summertime would also be a nice touch. read more

Ok. Let me start with, the burger was fantastic and the fries were awesome. The cons: I think the burger and fries were a touch over priced. That's Zin burger prices and not the same experience. The other con, it's in a really bad location. Hard to get to at really any point of the day. By the time I made it home, everything was cold. Put this place more centrally located, and I think the other problem would go away. Again, solid food and great customer service. It left a bad taste in my mouth--not from the food, but from the service. This time, however, Henry completely turned things around and made my experience exponentially better. He was professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure every modification I requested was priced fairly and made correctly. This place is having some serious quality issues as of late. The Waffle Fries used to be the best in QC and now they are just ice cold, mushy trash. I just received an order that had 4 total waffle fries.....4. The burgers have also gone up in price which is insane. Not sure what the owner thinks this place is....these are mid cheap frozen burgers at best and thinks they can charge $15 for a double? LOL. I honestly don't know why I keep ordering from here. So, we decided to check out this place. First impressions: Nowhere indoor to sit, just a bench for customers to wait for their order. The menu: Hamburger, single of a double. Fries: crinkle cut or curly, a few coke products and a few shakes. Now, this place smells so greasy, the smell is so bad, that when we got home we could still smell the grease on our clothes, I had to put our clothes for a wash. The double burger was just ok, nothing special, the fries were pretty good and that's it. So, I most likely will not be visiting again. This place was about 50 minutes away from Scottsdale. It's a little burger spot with no inside seating focuses on take-out, but has outside tables. The food for the price was great! You get a lot of quality with the quantity. The burger was a bit greasy, but what good burger isn't? I had a double underground burger and added pickle and secret sauce. Absolute worst burgers we've ever had. They say they cook to order,then Moses must have ordered my burger,ages ago. Barely warm patty (must have been on the grill waiting) cheese not melted and brioche bun tough & chewy. Went about 7:30 on a week night with another couple because of this restaurants GF options and used their outdoor dining area. We ordered two burgers and FF. Our order was brought out first. Both our burgers were prepared as described above. Terrible. FF were hot & crunchy,great,because thats all we had to eat. Other couple received their order and we informed the employee our food was cold and requested a refund. She apologized and got our refund no questions asked. The other couples order was acceptable . They had fresh hot burgers,unlike ours. However the GF bun was nothing special,not worth the trip they said. Their FF were GF and wonderful. Neither finished their burgers. What a hidden gem! It's literally hidden in a strip mall- I found them by chance when looking around online for a non-chain place in Queen Creek and was NOT disappointed! I placed my order via their app (burgers and crinkle fries), and when I arrived the food was ready to be picked up on their pickup shelf, easy-peasy. Now digging into that burger was heaven. Back in my hometown we had a local favorite burger joint and I've never found anything that compares...until now. The burger tasted fresh-not-frozen, fresh veggies, melt in your mouth deliciousness. We love Underground Burger! The food is always delicious and most importantly, they are so good about safety when it comes to gluten. My daughter has Celiac Disease so any time we can find somewhere for her to eat where they take cross contamination seriously is a huge win. We've ordered several times from them and the food always arrives quickly and hot. I ordered the Underground Burger & Crinkle Fries last night. The fries were seasoned just right & hot from the fryer. They were crispy outside & bursting with fluffy potato taste inside! The burger was oh so delicious with the perfect ratio of meat to bun. I had considered adding sautéed mushrooms & onions to my burger, but decided on my first visit to Underground Burgers to just make it simple. There were 4 people in my party & we all loved the food. I was impressed with the flavor and service. The wait time was minimal. We will definitely be back again!
