His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. You can only imagine my fear of getting a flat tire when I still have to drive 30 minutes to get home. JT made himself available to check my tire. Turns out it was fine. The reader or sensor in my car must be off but he was able to look at my tire to see if there was damage and in this case, give me the peace of mind to drive home safely. I can't think JT enough. He was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. They will be starting a room service in the near future, and I will be definitely looking for opportunities to work with him in the future.
