When I reached out for help as advised, she ignored all my messages, leaving me without support to correct the issue. Because of this lack of response, I eventually had the extensions removed. Tracy is amazing! I am so glad that I trusted my instinct and came to the right place. I got really lucky and got a same day hair extensions appointment. She was able to do my hair within a few hours after I called in. I didn't expect that she would have my hair color/hair so soon. Normally the salons would have to order and take a few business days. She set me down and did about a 15 minutes consultation. Since my hair was a match with the hair extensions of what she had in stock... she was able to fit me in after my consultation to do my tape-in hair extensions. I was excited! Tracy was professional and only took an hour to put in the hair extensions. The whole process was very professional and fun. The pricing is also very reasonable for the service she provides. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but i felt it was needed at this point. i've been here a couple times for hair extensions in the past. I got the micro beads and the tape ins two separate times. The very first time i went i had the micro beads which initially looked very good until a few days later i noticed they didn't blend at all with my hair and my scalp was in a lot of pain due to the beads being placed way too close to my scalp. i went to another hair salon and they blended my natural hair with the extensions and they lasted me a good amount of time. the second time i went to her i got the tape ins extensions which i loved how they felt but they didn't blend with my hair whatsoever. she told me it would be an "ombré look" due to the fact that she didn't have a brown to match my hair color. ( picture 1) as you can see it looked choppy and once again not blended. Again i went to another salon and they did a color correction making the extensions blended and matching my color. (picture 2) These extensions lasted me a good while up until today when i went in for maintenance. I went in and yes they had grown out quite a lot but i had mentioned to her multiple times (including measurements) of how grown they were. I show up to my appointment on time and i am sat down waiting about 30 minutes to even talk to tracy. she sits me in the chair and tells me that they are really grown out and has a man and older woman start working on taking them out, they start lathering my hair in oils and some spray that smelt like rubbing alcohol making my hair very sticky and hard, almost like hair spray. They continue brushing through my hair starting at my scalp and dragging the brush through my crusty hair, thus creating massive knots. she then comes to assess my hair and tells me i have many knots then proceeded to rip through them with a comb and brush pulling out CLUMPS of my hair. (picture 3). Once my hair has been thinned out the knots are gone and she proceeded to wash my hair and continue to brush with a comb while soaking wet. She informs me that the tape ins, i specifically purchased to be able to re-use, were unable to be put back into my hair. She told me she needed to convert them into the micro bead extensions to be able to be installed back into my hair. She then cuts off most of the extensions making them obviously shorter and thinner. My once 24" extensions are now basically the length of my natural hair which barley reaches past my shoulders as it is. She begun installing the extensions in the back of my head and then moving onto the left side of my head. once she reaches the right side of my head she gets about half ways up the side and puts the rest of my hair down, pats my shoulders and says all done. I then question why half of my hair on that side isn't done and she reply's with "ran out of hair". And sends me on my way. The results of this appointment are the complete opposite of what i expected walking in the salon today and i'm beyond disappointed, it's really truly shocking to me that she let a paying custom walk out of her salon with hair looking the way mine does. ( pictures 4,5) Id love a refund because at this point i don't trust her with my hair but at this time she has been unreachable. Highly recommend staying away from this salon if you're looking for extensions, especially the micro bead. read more

Was put into a room, and told someone would be with us in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, we're told someone will be with us soon, the person who does eyebrows is "on her way in"... By this time- I had lost my patience, got up from the table, requested my refund (I should have requested a refund for wasting my time)... And left. They should have simply told me right off the bat that it would be a 20 minute wait, and given me an honest option as to whether or not I wanted to wait... After poring over endless Yelp reviews i finally decided that this was the spot that I could comfortably trust to do my lash extensions for the first time ever.... It was worth it to me to drive from Pleasanton to Cupertino based on how comfortable j felt with the reviews. I would give 4 stars for the ease of scheduling an appointment. I called way in advance because I was afraid that they'd be booked, but she found the perfect time for me! It just goes downhill from there. My babysitter cancelled last minute so I took my (very well behaved) 6 year old daughter with me, armed with a coloring book and her ds - she sat quietly in the corner for the duration of the application, but did get up to watch up close towards the end, with the girl's permission. I'd tell you her name, but she never introduced herself. The room where they were applied was kinda sketchy... As in holes in the ceiling and just had a general look as though it was just... Icky. I'm not certain that the linen on the table was changed out and clean since the previous customer.... Time and comfort : 2.5 stars. Took a little longer than anticipated but I'd definitely attribute a part of that to me being all weird about having someone touch my eye area repeatedly, but beyond just being not the most comfortable thing Mon the world to try to relax with your eyes taped shut, I didn't have any pain or anything.... When I walked out my lashes looked good. Not quite great, but pretty darn decent. I was given no care instructions,no spoolie brush, no nothing as far as do's and dont's of having lash extensions. Still not the end of the world. Was I the most satisfied customer? Meh. Not really. Would I have gone out of my way to write a bad review over things that were admittedly just my own pickiness and whatnot? Never. But I kept them nice and dry and did not wet them for more than 48 hours, no swimming, no oil based anything (makeup or makeup removers), no picking at them, brushing regularly... With each day that goes by the glue gets more and more poky/stabby feeling... And again, I've had them less than 2 weeks and they've recently started falling out. Yes - lashes fall out. I understand the life cycle of an eyelash. What I do NOT understand is why ever single one that's falling out is coming off with one false lash attached to three regular lashes. From everything I can gather it should be ONE lash to ONE extension, not any other combo, ever!!!! I would not ever ever trust my lashes to this place again... Not only did I pay for a service that (in retrospect) was performed in a very incorrect manner), I plan on now having to go elsewhere to pay to have them professionally removed so that each one doesn't yoink out 3+ lashes as it goes.... Between the time investment, the cost of the extensions + generous tip, and the cost of having to find someone capable of removing them without further damage, I wish I would have known and just skipped this fiasco all together. I hope whomever I choose to have remove them can do a much MUCH better job than Tracy hair and nails.... I have done a number of reinstall's since my first visit and even got lash extensions!!! I have never had an issue with service or product. She has been busy at some points but she ALWAYS takes her time and does good work for reasonable prices. I have gone to other places over the years and they charge outrageous prices. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** In the beginning I was super excited to see the results after deciding to purchase the micro beads. I went in for my appointment & after Tracy was done I realized my hair was not blended at all with the extensions. I told Tracy I did not like how my hair was not blending & she refused to do anything about it as she was helping another client. I decided to leave as it was getting pretty late. Within the next few days I began to realize my hair looking more & more un blended. I also started to realize that when I began to put my hair in a ponytail the beads were very visible. I messaged Tracy about the issues & she decided to book another appointment to fix the issues. My appointment was scheduled for 3/13/20 @ 10:00AM. I arrived to my appointment a couple minutes early & when 10am hit the salon was closed. Tracy did not arrive till after 10:45 that morning. Tracy did not mention to me she was going to be late even after she had my number. I had to contact her myself & that is when I was informed she was going to be late. When she arrived she did not apologize one single time. She then began to work on my hair but all she did was move some of the micro beads around so they wouldn't be visible. The blending was still off. A couple of days have gone by & my scalp is hurting more and more because Tracy put the beads too close & too tight to my scalp. I've texted her numerous of times about how I am NOT happy with the results especially after having to go back to her a couple times & every time I leave it's always one thing or another. She refused to refund me any type of money back after I paid $420 dollars in total!!! Mind you I've only had my hair in for about a week. read more

I had an appointment for eyelash extensions. I noticed right away that the room and tools looked very dirty and unsanitary. What bothered me the most was that in the middle of my appointment, the stylist left my room without saying anything to help another customer with their hair. I laid in the chair with my eyes taped shut for 30 min waiting until I lost patience and left the room to ask how long this was going to take. She spent a total of 30 min on my lashes (usually takes at least an hour) and did a very poor job. My lashes look very thin and my eyes were burning from the poor application of the glue.
