I finally found this place after so many years. When driving on Arden, you really have to drive a bit slow and stay in the right lane (if you are coming from Arden Fair Mall) in order to avoid passing this place. They have a descent selection of scrubs ranging from the Koi, Dickie's, Grey's Anaatomy, Urbane Scrubs, Iguanas, and Landau's. My only gripe is that they don't carry much Medium's in scrub pants. Whatever they have on the rack is what they have in supply. If you like, you can have them order it for you and pick it up later. Not sure if they charge you for shipping though. Also, if the scrubs you are purchasing aren't already having a promotion, you can get a small discount by showing your ID work badge. I learned this hard way when a coworker of mine's told me this information. So irritated that they didn't ask me if I had my work badge with me. Really friendly staff! They were helpful in answering questions about items that nurses generally wore. We spent almost an hour just browsing the store. The selection is good and organized; nonetheless, its also limited in terms of brands. Its a great place for scrubs and the likes. So the scrubs I had ordered were supposed to arrive within 3-7 days. I waited and waited and still nothing had arrived to my house. I finally called the store and they told me they had to special order them from the catalogue because their other affiliate stores had run out of the ones I wanted. Minus 1 star for the lack of communication with me about my order...argh! Then, I was told the scrubs would arrive at their store in a day or 2 and that I could have them mail the scrubs to me or I could come pick them up. Since I had been waiting so long to get them, I said I'd pick them up since it'd be faster. I hadn't heard anything by the 2nd day so I called and asked the saleswoman if she knew if they had arrived. She cops an attitude and says, "What gave you the impression they'd be in today?!" Wow, great customer service.... I explain the situation and she goes off and finds my order. Duh, you stupid bz... I go and pick them up and she still has this attitude toward me even though I'm all smiles and "Thank yous". Wow. Minus another star. I came in towards the end of when they were open though I did not feel rushed by the staff who was there at all. I came to Uniform Advantage to buy my scrub bottoms and shoes for nursing school and I'm very happy with my visit. I was greeted immediately upon entering and although the associate that greeted me couldn't help me, she directed me to someone who could and she was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. So much so that I was taken aback. I have to buy a specific brand of scrubs for school and she let me know that they don't carry the color I needed in store but they could order it for me and that it'd be free shipping if I picked it up from the store (I believe it would have been $7.99 if I had it shipped to my house). She had me try on different sizes so I'd know what fit and size I'd need to order my navy blue bottoms in. I also tried on a scrub top to see how the one I needed to order through the school would fit. In the sea of endless white scrub tops, she knew exactly where the brand I was looking for was. After trying everything on and making my decisions on bottoms and shoes she let me know that I'd be getting a 10% discount since I'm a nursing student. This place is a joke! Let me just begin on their false advertising. They get the costumes in to the store then of course not everything is 25% off.... Between my friends and I we spend $500 on scrubs today and they get very picky on how you get to have your So called "kaiser discount" which is 10% big deal... Later we find out that the online prices are way cheaper, I mean for example Scrub top at the store is $23.99 Online $15.99 Many more great deals like this. .. I just think it's ridicules, that even after we tried to reach out and see if they would honor the price differences, and of course we were told no! What kind of business is this? I came on 4/29/2014 around 3PM, everyone in the store was very helpful and nice. The workers came up to me and asked if I needed any help before I had to ask. The organization and cleanliness of the store was amazing. It was organized by brand and there was big clearance section in the back organized by size and color. It's a great place for me to look for the color and size that I needed for scrubs. I wasn't really picky on the brand. If you need scrubs, Uniform Advantage should be your first stop. Located in Arden, it has a HUGE selection of scrubs for men and women, as well as shoes, pins, watches, and other accessories for the busy worker. There are tons of brands, styles, and colors to choose from. I went in looking for some ciel blue scrubs for tall men. I found some that I loved, that for me super well! They didn't have too much ciel blue in my size or style, but they made an order for it to be sent in to the store. It was super easy! They have lots of discounts going on the already very affordable scrubs, so it's easy to get what you want without breaking your budget. The spacing and decor in the store was super neat, tidy, and inviting. There were three dressing rooms and two bathrooms, all of them in great shape with plenty of room. The scrubs arrived at the store a week later, in perfect shape, color, and size. They handed them to me and that was all it took! The staff were very helpful and eager to help me with anything I needed. I had lots of questions, and they patiently answered them all. It was a great shopping experience. I've been searching online for medical uniform for so long...So much various type and sizes and I couldn't be sure are the sleeves going to fit or is it going to be too wide (I'm a little bit thinner but tall). I didn't visit the store, but did shop online from their website. While the prices seemed lower, it turns out once you pay for shipping and then return shipping if necessary, it's more expensive than Scrub Pro or Uniform City. There is no incentive to buy online and the return process is tedious and not customer friendly. I suppose I've been spoiled my the ease of free shipping and free returns from Amazon and other online businesses. Also, the quality of the "Butter Soft" item was greatly disappointing, not soft at all. I do not recommend shopping on their website, the store may be a different story. read more

I went in recently to purchase some scrubs for school. The scrubs have to be white and I was having a hard time finding some that would fit me and not be so see through. Jennifer was there and offered her assistance. She was fabulous!. She went out of her way to search the racks for anything that might match what I was looking for. She even disassembled a mannequin to remove a top from it so I could try it on. I had no success, however, finding anything in the store so Jennifer took extra time to look online at many different scrub retailers to find something I might like. We found a couple that I ordered. She was awesome! When I came back to pick up the scrub tops, Jennifer was there, but had to leave for a meeting so Jacobi helped. After trying on the scrubs I ordered and realizing that some of them wouldn't work, Jacobi proceeded to look on all the racks for me, as well. He said some new stuff had come in and to try some things to see if they worked. None of them did, but he was very patient with me and handled my return of the scrub tops that didn't work. My experience both times here was fantastic. Whatever the management team is doing here, don't stop. You've got it right! I will keep coming back as long as I am treated this well each time. She did not even say hi to us at all for the 6 minutes we were there. She was not ringing anyone up, she was not even helping the other customer. She was actively ignoring both of her customers. Love this place!! They carry such a wide range of colors, styles and sizes!! I'm very tiny and they cary petite and short sizes (Love the Petite Dickies line) and tons of scrub tops that tie back to give a more fitted look. All the employees are super nice and don't follow you around trying to "help" I prefer this shop over Life Uniform at Arden & Watt more styles and variety.They carry scrubs that are trendy and not all "wallpaper" motif lol Good Prices and deals too!! If you sign up on-line to get a catalog in the mail you'll receive coupons...always a good thing ;) They usually ask where I work when I'm purchasing...I think they might give discounts to some hospital employees or what not :) read more

My local scrub store closed a couple years ago so I've been on the hunt for a new shop and finally found it! The store is clean and well organized with a huge selection including clearance racks in the back. Since I can only wear one color of scrubs to work and need tall pants, I need a place with lots of options. I surprisingly found almost every style had both tall and petite sizes available, yay! They even have a great show selection and I was finally able to find some new work shoes. The girl at the register was friendly and helpful. The dressings rooms are large and well lit. When I walked into the store, the rep was on the phone but didn't even put whoever she was talking to on hold to say hello and that she'd be right with me. When she got off the phone, she still didn't acknowledge I was there. She never asked me if I needed help finding anything. Another rep came in but was given the same treatment. The prices were ok but the customer service was horrible. I'm gonna have to think long and hard about coming back here. If you want to shop here, then you should know what you're looking for before you get there because you will not get a lot of help from the ladies that work there. read more

Waited in parking lot until 12pm on a Sunday, which is when they open. Doors were locked, employee, (unfortunately didn't get her name, though I've seen her there before) unlocked door, no apology, no greeting and she walked off. I walked in, looking for a certain brand of scrubs and was also looking for work shoes, which is right next to the sales counter, where I saw the employee who unlocked the door and another behind the counter, neither asked if I needed any help or bothered to look in my direction. I was the only customer in the store. Good thing this store didn't have what I was shopping for. If it had, I wouldn't have bought it due to the extremely poor customer service. If I were the owner of this store, I would terminate these employees. I would wonder how many sales opportunities were missed due to their poor customer service. read more

First time here and really impressed with their selection of scrubs. Love how they have petite size since I'm short most scrubs elsewhere are too long. Customer service was good, the girl there greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. Only reason why I'm rating four is because I had selected some bottoms that said 20 percent off but in the end it was only a certain brand on that rack that had that discount and I had to pay full price; the employee did offer at the end to replace with the on sale item but they weren't the style I selected. This store is bigger than I expected, and while the selection for guys is much smaller than for women, there are a few different brands and plenty of colors to choose from. I picked up a set of the uniform advantage brand, which fit surprisingly well. I'm a bit tall and skinny and usually scrub tops are too wide and short on me. I was using a $30 gift card which I expected to go over, but the total was only $25 after the 15% discount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints! read more

Love this place. I've been to a few different uniform stores that sell scrubs and this by far is the best. They have excellent customer service, and a wide range of brands with a budget that fits everyone's price range. I love that they have petite sizes. It's impossible for me to find petite sizes for myself and this place has a great selection of that. A must visit place if your looking for scrubs. I have searched many uniform shops in the last two years snd finally fohnd one that has an impressive selection of styles colors and brands. All of which are well organized by brand and color the prices are good. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the clearance isle. The ckearance prices are only a few dollars less than tbe original price. I gound the clearance prices a waste of time and effort on my part. That being said.when i need new scrubs I am going to be back to this shop. Perhaps they will be giving better prices on clearance st that time read more

Even though this store is about an hour away I love coming here because they have a huge selection of Barco Scrubs! I absolutely love Barco. I wish the staff was more willing to help, and I wish their prices were a little better, but overall it's a great place for Barco brand! I wish they had my Dickies Xtreme stretch!
