They mainly sell vintage and modern secondhand clothes, bags, and shoes for women and men, but they also have new pottery from a designer called Familiar. The store is spacious and carefully curated. There is no thrift shop smell and it looks more like a cute boutique than a secondhand store. You can sell your clothes there, too. There are two floors of women's clothes and a separate men's shop across a little courtyard in the back. Most of the customers when I was there were young adults of both sexes. The store was busy on a Saturday in the late afternoon. Fortunately, they have a dedicated parking lot behind the shop with plenty of spaces. The staff welcomed me immediately when I walked in. I was interested in looking at purses and they had quite a few vintage and newer ones from designers like Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Dooney & Bourke. I didn't buy any, but enjoyed checking out what they had to offer. I didn't pay too much attention to the clothes, except to notice that women's pant sizes on the second floor only seemed to go up to size 11/12. If they had bigger sizes, I didn't see them. Yesterday I finally went in person and the experience did not disappoint! The store is set up beautifully and Liz was super sweet and helpful. I wandered around for a good hour and a half because I kept finding new things to look at. Not once did Liz pressure me or think it was weird that I was just doing laps around the store looking at everything haha; she was happy to answer all my questions and was super knowledgeable about all the items. I absolutely love everything I purchased and I can't wait to go back and find more treasures. This is an update to my original five star rating from almost 20 years ago. The Shop was a…read morewonderful local gem back then, but now, not so much. In the past year - since the new manager took over - The Shop has totally changed. Prices have gone way up, and the new manager is touting stuff like a whole "St. John's Knits" section which I really don't care about. I also notice that if I come in wearing my sweats & no makeup the manager doesn't say boo to me, but if I come in dressed to the nines then the manager is is super friendly, which I find shallow. She also has a weird policy on "Sales"; in the past, annual end-of-season sales were always promoted ahead of time. But the new manager insists on "flash sales" that aren't advertised, so you just have to stumble upon them by chance. All of this adds up to a poor shopping experience, so I rarely shop there now and I never donate anymore. Bring back the old manager, Robbie; she was wonderful, as are the employees who work there. In fact, the employees (outside of the current mgr) are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

If you like vintage smalls, this is the place for you. They have lots of costume and sterling silver jewelry, glassware, ceramics, linens, toys, and just random treasures. The shop is so packed I had to go around twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. The two ladies working there this afternoon were friendly and helpful. They cheerfully unlocked the glass cabinets when I wanted to see something and there was never any pressure to buy. I learned the shop has been there for 44 years. I really wanted to support this small local business, so I bought a green Buddha statue for a shelf at home that needed refreshing. I'm happy with my purchase and I hope this shop is around for many more years.
