We had another great experience at this restaurant. Food is so so good and fresh. The garlic knots they give you in the beginning are so fresh and so good. Service is good Ambience is cozy Will definitely come back every yr we come Solid Italian grub- soooo good!

What a great find in this area! The restaurant is really small though so don't be surprised if you have to wait if it's super busy. We came on a Saturday night and thankfully we got the last two seater. There were quite a few flies flying around which was annoying. The place is very cozy, and we came when there was a live piano player too. We ordered the Caesar salad the whole, and my it may have been too big. They literally serve you the whole head of romaine lettuce, which is a lot of salad when you actually cut it up. The flavor was really good though. I ordered the clams with fettuccine cooked in a bianco white wine sauce and it was delicious. I was disappointed that the clams were so tiny though. They had no meat in them. But the flavor of the white wine sauce was delicious. My husband ordered the fruti de mare with their daily fresh pasta which you could definitely taste the pasta's freshness. He thoroughly enjoyed it too. Overall, great find. Would highly recommend.

Update: I'm glad I gave them another try! I had the special Mac n cheese (with shrimp and spinach) tonight and it was absolutely delicious! The bruschetta is SO TASTY and of course, the garlic bread is to die for with roasted garlic cloves in the basket. Everyone enjoyed their meals and many had leftovers to take home. I also enjoyed a local beer on tap. Bonus: we ordered a piece of cake for a birthday in our party--the only choice was lemon coconut and it was some of the best cake I've ever had! Light and tart and delicious. Warning, parties of 8+ need to call for reservations. We did not know that and ended up waiting almost 2 hours. (Please update your website to reflect your current reservation policies, thanks!)

Amazing food!!!! I can see why there is a wait to get in usually. The complementary garlic bread was to die for! I went here for my friends bachelorette dinner and we were all so happy with our selections! I had the lobster Mac and cheese and was not disappointed. Great ambiance as well.

What a fantastic little Italian restaurant?! Before we came here we had a very unpleasant dinner on the water. The food here was "fantastic" and the service was excellent. THE Portion sizes are "perfect".... ***garlic bread here with a showstopper!!! my wife and I would literally come back here just for the garlic bread.

This place is fantastic. Get there early to grab a set in this cozy Italian eatery or expect a wait. Superb service, and excellent food , very tasty - worth it. Traveled from PA to enjoy the finger lakes region and just happened to have found this small eatery for a evening dinner. They serve fresh bread with Parmesan cheese and roasted garlic to spread on top. We also had the vongole , clams in the blanco sauce , along with freshly made bruschetta. For mains we had chicken parm over rigatoni pasta , and also chicken Gorgonzola over penne pasta. All of which were fantastic. Great spot, great eats , we will be back next time we visit the area. Top notch.

Loved this little gem, not a lot of dinner places in town. A very cool setting. Went 2 days in a row, out of towner. Would have given 5 stars for service however, chicken was cool, while the pasta was hot. (Didn't have the heart to comp pesto chicken and pasta which was amazing.

Tossed is located on Market Street which can be busy during lunch & dinner. They offer Vegan and Vegetarian as well. We arrived just after noon so most of the tables were taken. We managed to snag a table though and ordered. My guy had the gluten free cheeseburger bowl which was delicious! Came with a bowl of Romaine, burger, red onion, cheese, and ripe tomatoes and a tangy sauce Looked so good I had to have a bite and it was Great! I had the Trio of Isles which included 2 homemade Spanakopita. I could tell immediately because of the pastry wasn't the usual store bought puff pastry. And, it was so flavorful with garlic, spices and Pine nuts. The hummus was good and the pita points were toasted and warm when served. The falafel was okay and one was filling with homemade Tzatziki sauce. I managed to eat both falafels. I would definitely come again and just get the Spanakopita-it was Amazing. They do a lot of Take Out. Some of their salads were huge (definitely two meals worth - lunch & dinner) and several patrons were taking what they couldn't finish home for dinner.

I usually get Cate's Buhda Bowl but recently branched out and got the tofu veggie wrap, chock full of goodness and protein. Both are really flavorful and nourishing, generous too. There is another thing that keeps me coming back. Tossed is clearly family-run, and I know that a father-daughter team seem to be mostly in charge. Once, they got my order wrong, and I waited longer than usual for the correction to appear. Not only did they credit my order but I think the person who made the error was in tears. I just love these people, they are so sweet!

Horrible service and management. Go elsewhere. Bad with allergies. Lawsuit waiting to happen…read more Food as a whole was decent. There were some hits and some misses. First off, the table we were seated at was way too small, so my dad sat at the end and all of the waitresses/waiters kept bumping into him. One even dropped some silverware on him. No apologies were made. We also made sure to note on our reservation AND tell our waitress that we have severe nut allergies at the table and they brought us a charcuterie board with nuts on it. Only because someone recognized a nut in one of the crackers did we double check after it was brought out. This happened again with the chocolate pudding. This is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot give customers who tell you they have a severe nut allergy nuts. This is how people die. Management handled this horribly. The hotel manager pretended to be the restaurant manager but then realized after talking with my dad that she, in fact, had no clue what was going on in the restaurant and corrected position as being the hotel manager midway through the conversation and went to get the ACTUAL restaurant manager. The restaurant manager herself was rude, curt, and made no effort to apologize. Perhaps this is because we were here for graduation dinner so there is a lack of incentive to win over a potentially returning customer. The service here is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Additionally, we were also never notified that they have off-menu desserts. It was only after we had already ordered that we saw someone with carrot cake that we asked. The person we were eventually able to wave down to inquire about the other desserts was rude- he gave very little explanation and when we asked about nuts in the desserts his answer was "I don't know." We had to explicitly ask him to ask the kitchen. Our waitress never cared to elaborate on the additional options not listed on the menu. Our water cups were also almost always empty- this is a minuscule mistake in the larger picture though, but still something to note. As for food, the bread was dry, the charcuterie portions were tiny (we also saw as we were leaving that they gave other tables different charcuterie boards... theirs had grapes and an abundance of crackers, which appeared to be Ritz and Club crackers which are nut-free... while ours was small and barren), and the appetizers as a whole were lackluster. Mains were solid, the chicken marsala portion was generous, noodles were mediocre though. My steak (ordered rare) was slightly overcooked. These are small mistakes in comparison. I still enjoyed the entrees as a whole. Dessert was okay. The cheesecake was slightly grainy. I liked the pudding the best. Pavlova was fine, not my type of dessert. The one redeeming quality is the view of the lake. Nonetheless, I strongly discourage everyone from coming. Save your time and money.
