When we went to check, the wall was still moldy but the floor was wet. I called him back asking why he would come and leave without speaking to the owners to address our concerns. He said he had sanitized our floors but that that whatever was on our walls wasn't mold (which is absurd because it smells like mold and it is the same growth he acknowledged the first time when he took our money, and we never asked him to treat our floors). We asked him to return the next day and he never showed up. We hired him off Angi's list where he has eight 5-star reviews so I was shocked to check his Yelp and BBB reviews and find many people have had similar bad experiences. They called immediately and quickly got on top of the problem. Their water mitigation and pack-out estimators came within days, at the designated appointment times. The water mitigation team was likewise efficient and skilled in removing the damaged flooring and setting up the blowers that would dry out the room.
