The worst on everything, not only it's not very clean, but the customer service was horrible, the whole manicure/ pedicure lasted 7 min, I got out of this place with just my nails cut , and was charged 43$ If you want to be taken care of, never go to this place , ever !!!! A real disappointment !!! read more

Came back after 3 years. I do appreciate how well Tina and Jessica perform their jobs. They are certainly faster than other shops when the extent of the nail art was ombré 2 colors. My nails grow slowly, so I hope the Halloween nails will last 31 days. Everyone is still great to my mom who now looks forward to meeting up with her customer friends as well as employee friends. I normally don't like to leave reviews even but went in for pedicures this morning with my mom and they were bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ladies were rude and rushed , barely asking us any questions about ourselves or making conversation and rushed through the service not even trying to make them relaxing or not awkward, they mostly just spoke to each other the whole time[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It was whatever but then when we went to pay they wanted us to Zelle or Venmo them and said they didn't take card. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My mom doesn't use those things and asked them if she could pay with card which they acted like was an insane request, she then brought over the receipts saying " tip! Tip! Tip! Tip!" I don't think I've ever in my life been asked to tip like that and I'm a beauty service provider myself and would never say that[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Super awkward and rushed service.My mom also said the nail file appeared to be used that they used on her. Super gross. The nails do look fine though. read more

Because I go during lunch, I consistently only get pedicures. I occasionally come after work and get manis or nails. I've had a couple of past bad experiences but have let them go, no big deal but this time around, I couldn't! I was really upset!! I got the basic pedi for $25, ended up waking out with a $62 bill I knew I was gonna have to pay extra for French tip, no problem but when they start asking and adding without letting you know it will be extra; that's B*S* I didn't even get my big toe nails cut, the tip was round instead of straight. Big disappointment!!! Not only did she keep adding tho ha that she didn't do, like "fix" your nail when all she did was file it because I had deep on it from the previous pedi. But she was rough, no character just robot to make money and she sure did I did questioned the charges, I was vocal about being dissatisfied but the nail tech didn't care! Never again! read more

I wanted to like this place, but I can't. I went in for a powder dip manicure and a regular pedicure on Thursday. I repeatedly asked for powder dip, no gel and no UV lamp. Powder dip doesn't require UV lamp curing. The person doing my nails insisted on curing each layer with a clear gel and UV lamp. The results on the outside, appeared fine. But because of improper application, the powder paint has all come off my nails as if they were nothing more than cheap stick ons. It's been 3 days. Including the tip for the powder dip manicure and the pedicure, I spent over $100. It was overall a waste of money. The first photo is what my nails looked like when I left the salon on Thursday. The second is what my nails look like now, after just three days. See how the painted is just popped right off? The paint popped off doing simple, everyday tasks. NEVER in my 50+ years have a EVER received a service without leaving a tip. Until Today!!!! I just got a gel manicure, basic pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The manicure and pedicure were fine, but the person that did the waxing was trying to push my eyeballs through the back of my head while applying the waxing tape. Even though she was unnecessarily rough, she still would've received a tip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The reason I decided not to any of them for the first time in my life was because they were all extremely rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They made no attempt at engaging in conversation with the patrons and spoke amongst themselves in Vietnamese for the entire two hours.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We won't even talk about the fact that a whole tray full of supplies dropped on the floor and was put back and used on the next person. read more

This used to be my go to place. Now it's not. I went in yesterday to have a gelx set with French tips done and it came out horrible. In addition [[HIGHLIGHT]]the woman was so rude to me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and overpriced me for such a basic set. If the set had turned out good, it would be understandable. However that wasn't the case. She rushed through them, left so much residue, the nails were uneven, the polish was uneven. Just overall terrible. I don't recommend this place. read more

i have frequented this nail salon for the past couple of years and have always been happy with their services and friendliness, BUT yesterday I took my adult daughter with me to celebrate her birthday and from the moment we sat down in their chairs, we were treated rudely. I tried several times to say kind words and make light conversation in an attempt to better our experience but both technicians were very grumpy, and one even tossing her tools around rather loudly. After spending $100, i really don't think I can see myself returning once again to be treated this way. Best price on a gel nail manicure I've found! I showed up with a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen! If you're not sure what you want, there's thousands of choices. Literally. And do remember that it's a small place, so you'll need to find parking around back or park on the street. Katella is actually very easy parking. Ridiculously overpriced I got basic nail polish that they called cat eye and they charged extra for gel color and extra for cat eye when they did nothing to it besides polish it. I asked them to match my toe color and it doesn't even look the same at all. Very impressed! The pricing was a great deal, not too expensive. I got the gel mani and after 2.5 weeks, my nails are still going strong and have not chipped. I got a pedicure which was so relaxing, especially after having all salons closed from COVID. The polish on my toes has already chipped but I usually wear shoes so I'm not surprised it chipped. The technicians were so friendly and it seems like they build excellent professional relationships with their customers. I highly recommend making an appointment and checking them out! read more

I have mixed reviews on this salon. For pros, the stag is super friendly and does beautiful designs on nails. The nail techs work together to get you exactly what you want. There were waters available, Netflix on, and lots of chocolate to snack on. For the cons, I got a dip manicure that only lasted 6 days... every other dip manicure I have ever gotten has lasted at least 3 weeks. My nails were cut to the length I requested but were never filed or shaped. My sister-in-law went with me for mani pedis and we were in the salon for just shy of 3 hours by the time we were done. read more

I'll give them two stars for being friendly and clean and having a great selection of fun designs. But I had my nails done Saturday- it's Tuesday- gel manicure already chipping. Waste of $70! (Had a subpar pedicure as well.) The whole reason I went there was for some fun art on my nails. Learned quickly there is only one person that does the art. Tried to get them to paint a gold Shamrock on my finger for St Patrick's Day... don't even get me going on trying to explain what a Shamrock is even though I already had 2 clovers on my toes by the same person! I wasn't going to leave a bad review but I can't believe my gel polish is chipping less than 3 days after being done. Super disappointing. read more

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

When you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, modern minimalist interior. They are very clean and hygienic too. Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back for future nail appointments!

She wanted to feel beautiful and feminine just like her mommy. When she was 4 years old before she was diagnosed with severe ADHD I tried taking her to several nail salons. Unfortunately, instead of patience and kindness, we were met with judgment. Because she had a hard time sitting still, people would make faces, seem frustrated, and treat her like she was a burden. As a mom, that was heartbreaking to watch, and I could see it affecting her confidence. Then I found Michelle's salon completely by chance through work, and it truly felt like a blessing from God. From the very first visit, Michelle and the entire team welcomed my daughter with open arms. They were patient, gentle, encouraging, and made the experience fun instead of stressful. They never made her feel like she was "too much." Instead, they made her feel seen, accepted, and beautiful. Today my daughter is 5 years old, has since been diagnosed with severe ADHD, and she still gets excited every time I tell her we're going to see Michelle. She feels comfortable there, confident there, and genuinely loved. As a mother, there is nothing more meaningful than seeing your child embraced for who they are.
