Been coming here for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. No matter what design I have in mind, whether it's something I saw online, a photo I bring in, or a totally random idea, they always make it happen and make it look amazing. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails always come out flawless. The staff is so talented, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every appointment feel relaxing. The worst on everything, not only it's not very clean, but the customer service was horrible, the whole manicure/ pedicure lasted 7 min, I got out of this place with just my nails cut , and was charged 43$ If you want to be taken care of, never go to this place , ever !!!! I normally don't like to leave reviews even but went in for pedicures this morning with my mom and they were bad. The ladies were rude and rushed , barely asking us any questions about ourselves or making conversation and rushed through the service not even trying to make them relaxing or not awkward, they mostly just spoke to each other the whole time. It was whatever but then when we went to pay they wanted us to Zelle or Venmo them and said they didn't take card. My mom doesn't use those things and asked them if she could pay with card which they acted like was an insane request, she then brought over the receipts saying " tip! Tip! Tip! Tip!" I don't think I've ever in my life been asked to tip like that and I'm a beauty service provider myself and would never say that. Super awkward and rushed service.My mom also said the nail file appeared to be used that they used on her. Super gross. The nails do look fine though. read more

Came back after 3 years. I do appreciate how well Tina and Jessica perform their jobs. They are certainly faster than other shops when the extent of the nail art was ombré 2 colors. My nails grow slowly, so I hope the Halloween nails will last 31 days. Everyone is still great to my mom who now looks forward to meeting up with her customer friends as well as employee friends. Because I go during lunch, I consistently only get pedicures. I occasionally come after work and get manis or nails. I've had a couple of past bad experiences but have let them go, no big deal but this time around, I couldn't! I was really upset!! I got the basic pedi for $25, ended up waking out with a $62 bill I knew I was gonna have to pay extra for French tip, no problem but when they start asking and adding without letting you know it will be extra; that's B*S* I didn't even get my big toe nails cut, the tip was round instead of straight. Big disappointment!!! Not only did she keep adding tho ha that she didn't do, like "fix" your nail when all she did was file it because I had deep on it from the previous pedi. But she was rough, no character just robot to make money and she sure did I did questioned the charges, I was vocal about being dissatisfied but the nail tech didn't care! Never again! read more

I wanted to like this place, but I can't. I went in for a powder dip manicure and a regular pedicure on Thursday. I repeatedly asked for powder dip, no gel and no UV lamp. Powder dip doesn't require UV lamp curing. The person doing my nails insisted on curing each layer with a clear gel and UV lamp. The results on the outside, appeared fine. But because of improper application, the powder paint has all come off my nails as if they were nothing more than cheap stick ons. It's been 3 days. Including the tip for the powder dip manicure and the pedicure, I spent over $100. It was overall a waste of money. The first photo is what my nails looked like when I left the salon on Thursday. The second is what my nails look like now, after just three days. See how the painted is just popped right off? The paint popped off doing simple, everyday tasks. I verified the price on the phone before I went there again and Hannah asked me what service I wanted and I said just a regular gel pedicure. This is my go to now that I have moved into the area. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Kelly does a wonderful job on my nails and is very detailed and precise. The salon has a large variety of design options and the prices are great. Just an FYI- it is cash only, which is fine with me. NEVER in my 50+ years have a EVER received a service without leaving a tip. Until Today!!!! I just got a gel manicure, basic pedicure, and eyebrow wax. The manicure and pedicure were fine, but the person that did the waxing was trying to push my eyeballs through the back of my head while applying the waxing tape. Even though she was unnecessarily rough, she still would've received a tip. The reason I decided not to any of them for the first time in my life was because they were all extremely rude. They made no attempt at engaging in conversation with the patrons and spoke amongst themselves in Vietnamese for the entire two hours. We won't even talk about the fact that a whole tray full of supplies dropped on the floor and was put back and used on the next person. read more

I called in and they scheduled me for an appointment. I was assured on the phone that price would be set to $40 dollars. I got my toes done with my personal design combined with a design they had. They only take cash, zelle or Venmo. The leg massage was great. read more

This used to be my go to place. Now it's not. I went in yesterday to have a gelx set with French tips done and it came out horrible. In addition the woman was so rude to me and overpriced me for such a basic set. If the set had turned out good, it would be understandable. However that wasn't the case. She rushed through them, left so much residue, the nails were uneven, the polish was uneven. Just overall terrible. I don't recommend this place. read more

i have frequented this nail salon for the past couple of years and have always been happy with their services and friendliness, BUT yesterday I took my adult daughter with me to celebrate her birthday and from the moment we sat down in their chairs, we were treated rudely. I tried several times to say kind words and make light conversation in an attempt to better our experience but both technicians were very grumpy, and one even tossing her tools around rather loudly. After spending $100, i really don't think I can see myself returning once again to be treated this way. I was so disappointed for my daughter as it was not a pleasant experience for her on her birthday. Two thumbs down! read more

Best price on a gel nail manicure I've found! I showed up with a picture of what I wanted and they made it happen! If you're not sure what you want, there's thousands of choices. Literally. And do remember that it's a small place, so you'll need to find parking around back or park on the street. Katella is actually very easy parking. Ridiculously overpriced I got basic nail polish that they called cat eye and they charged extra for gel color and extra for cat eye when they did nothing to it besides polish it. I asked them to match my toe color and it doesn't even look the same at all. Very impressed! The pricing was a great deal, not too expensive. I got the gel mani and after 2.5 weeks, my nails are still going strong and have not chipped. I got a pedicure which was so relaxing, especially after having all salons closed from COVID. The polish on my toes has already chipped but I usually wear shoes so I'm not surprised it chipped. The technicians were so friendly and it seems like they build excellent professional relationships with their customers. I highly recommend making an appointment and checking them out! read more

And their nail designs are AMAZING!! They are super talented and can do anything--like seriously any design. Great affordable price, and last long! They have so many nail designs for you to choose from, it's really a customized experience! They literally have thousands of options packed into multiple CD cases. While you wait they have sweet treats as well! I've gone to so many places and this is my favorite by far. I have mixed reviews on this salon. For pros, the stag is super friendly and does beautiful designs on nails. The nail techs work together to get you exactly what you want. There were waters available, Netflix on, and lots of chocolate to snack on. For the cons, I got a dip manicure that only lasted 6 days... every other dip manicure I have ever gotten has lasted at least 3 weeks. My nails were cut to the length I requested but were never filed or shaped. My sister-in-law went with me for mani pedis and we were in the salon for just shy of 3 hours by the time we were done. read more

I'll give them two stars for being friendly and clean and having a great selection of fun designs. But I had my nails done Saturday- it's Tuesday- gel manicure already chipping. Waste of $70! (Had a subpar pedicure as well.) The whole reason I went there was for some fun art on my nails. Learned quickly there is only one person that does the art. Tried to get them to paint a gold Shamrock on my finger for St Patrick's Day... don't even get me going on trying to explain what a Shamrock is even though I already had 2 clovers on my toes by the same person! I wasn't going to leave a bad review but I can't believe my gel polish is chipping less than 3 days after being done. Super disappointing. read more

I wish I had read the reviews from the person with her daughter. I went here because my nail lady started working here. I have followed her for over 10 years because she does the best pedicures! I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her Bday and promotions, she is 14. I called in to see if they could take her in at athe same time of my appointment for a full set of acrylic nails. They said yes to bring her. I arrived and reminded them it was for acrylic. I told the nail technician the same thing. She told him the same thing, I hear as she was near my seat and I even went over to see what design she had showed him. Somehow the guy that did her nails did Gel X nails. We did not ask for Gel X as we have that at home and can do that ourselves. Not sure it's was a language barrier but they did Gel x!!! My daughter said she didn't want me to cause a scene in the salon. She is also quite and shy so it doesn't surprise me that she didn't mention. So what I called I was very upset as they charged me $70 for her nails. They ask me why didn't my daughter say anything which I replied, She shouldn't have and it doesn't matter because I paid for the service and I had explicitly told them three times what we wanted, my daughter did too. At the end they did offer to take them off and put acrylic which I said absolutely not because they are fresh but of nails and if we do that it will ruin her nail bed. I did ask for my money back they said the owner would call me back I was adamant to get a response and then there because they had supposedly already alert at the owner. At the end they hung up on me I called back I thought it was a mistake turns out that they are blocking me according to the message from the salon. I am upset and I am expecting a call from the owner as per our conversation before they hung up on me. Very bad customer service and very bad attitude from some of these people. I love my nail lady, she apologized to me on a separate text and I apologize to her because I am upset, but I am so very upset at the salon not her. She did an amazing job on my pedicure as always.

Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. I had made an appointment with Kim in advance but instead when I walked in, was given somebody else. Overall this place is great for pedicures- the orange pedicure was amazing. But if you're looking for nail art and precision for manicures, I'd say there are better options out there. Take a look at how my nails came out clumpy near the base and splotchy. Not to mention that I needed gel x for one of my nails and the guy angled the nail upwards so now it looks awkward compared to my other nails. I brought this up and he said it's because my nails are turned downwards? I'm not sure what he meant but I've gotten gel x plenty of times and never had any issues like this elsewhere. It's not the worst nail job I've had but it just missed the mark in terms of sloppiness for me. Don't think I'll be coming back unfortunately unless it's for a pedicure.

What I was most looking forward to was a little relaxation and a nice massage, but the technician seemed more focused on watching the TV above me than providing a quality experience. The whole appointment felt rushed and impersonal, which was a bummer since this was supposed to be a special treat before my baby arrives. On a positive note, the salon itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the atmosphere, and based on this experience, I won't be returning.
