Rosie did my manicure and I guess she's going for a personal record of the fastest manicure ever. Literally she was "ready" to polish in about 5 to 7 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating. When I asked to look at my nails because I thought she had rushed through it, she started tapping on the table, like impatiently. Then apparently I wasn't going fast enough because she pushed away from the table, gave me a look and without saying anything got up. She went to go finish another customer that was left in the chair half done and waiting. Here's the thing. I called ahead. Asked if they could see me (said I'd be there in 5 minutes) and they said yes. When I got here there were 4 people here (only 4 chairs) already getting service. I didn't say anything, sat down and just waited my turn. I'm not in a rush today. If you're busy, say your busy. Say you don't have time. If you don't wanna scare off business, and want me to come but need me to wait, when I get there, just ask me if I mind waiting. But sure as hell don't try and squeeze me in between half finished people, and do a less than professional job, and rush through me. Not cool. In the end she still never said a word to me and just pawned me off to another tech (Kim) who at least did a decent job. I think though this experience turned me off of this place though. Most likely, well definitely actually, won't be back!
