The presentations were the best I have seen so far. And the cost is a little cheaper than my local restaurants. Sadly, I can only have them when I visit. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars.
