This review is for the one located 1 Concourse B, Gate B6. potatoes and ambience were on point. Staff were nice. The view wasnt the best tho. It overlooked the entrance to TSA.
Respectable United Clubs at COIA, but not anywhere near the quality of Delta... We try to avoid flying through Chicago when at all possible, but when flying United sometimes it's inevitable. When connecting and if time allows, we usually stop into one of the United Clubs. Overall, decent clubs at COIA... Alright food (but not great) with decent selection, a generally friendly staff, and usually a quiet place to get away from the terminal chaos. Prob the biggest drawback though is the United Clubs tend to get absurdly busy. Nonetheless, not bad clubs, just not on the same level as Delta.
Chicagos United Club can be hit or miss depending on the concourse you are traveling out of, however the one located on C was pretty good at 5:30 am...if you don't mind all the families...I like it quiet, sue me. The service is friendly and gracious. Always a nice job.
Killing time between flights is so much better when you can access the United Club. They always have a full buffet and a well stocked bar. The UA Club in Terminal 1 concourse C at O'Hare has recently been renovated. The Club is larger and bright and inviting. My favorite is the GUMMY BEARS! Thank you for brining them back!
We've come here twice this year during very long layovers. Spending time here rather than sitting elsewhere in the airport makes long layovers a breeze! We love the all you can eat buffet where there is something fresh and tasty for everyone. They also have a nice bar area with snacks. The staff is pleasant and they offer a variety of seating areas - from couches to regular tables/chairs (easiest to eat at these) to quiet, comfy chairs with low tables. They also have plenty of charging outlets and the bathrooms are clean. But this place is popular so it is sometimes difficult to find empty places to sit.
So we had a six hour layover and was walking around the airport stumbled upon this United club. We decided to ask what the one day fee was and they told us it was $59 a person. I highly recommend doing this. The chairs were super comfortable, and there was plenty of drinks and food for us to spend our six hours.
This is a very busy United club and seating with sometimes hard to come by. That would be the only complaint I would have. Also, some of the outlets didn't work. Other than that, I had an amazing time the food and all the service was amazing. They had adequate staff to take care of all the guests that were staying there, but there was a bit of overcrowding at one point. You can tell when all the major flights were leaving because it cleared out so quickly. One of the frequents club members complained that there wasn't enough food rotation, but I was very happy with the food that was given and the quality of drinks that they prepared. is it my favorite United club no, but it definitely comes in handy and I appreciate the amenities and the hard work of all the staff.
Generally I really enjoy the United Club. We stopped in the C Gate Club before our flight. It's been remodeled, there is lots of seating (and tons of guests). I thought, oh you fancy United, when I saw spinach soufflés on the buffet in the morning. I turned it over and it was...gray. Not sure why, but it was off putting. The Philly breakfast bagel was ok, a little more peppers than I like, but decent. Staff in the club are super friendly.
Renovated club that is spacious, bright and has lots of seating. Full bar and TVs. Quiet spaces and outlets to work. Clean. Private restrooms. Excellent food bar spread. One of my more favorite United Clubs.
My fave UCs so far are in Chicago -- they are clean, though crowded; yet staff keep it orderly and organized. They have many bussers constantly cleaning tables-- makes sense, it's the corporate office. Lol. I also enjoyed all the breakfast items, I had: oats, fruit, frittata, bread and ate 2 bowls of food not just chips coffee and wine (my usual at a UC). The Lavazza coffee maker is a much appreciated perk. Too bad the toaster was broken. Robots are in. R1D1's were on duty shuttling trays of used dishware and trash to the kitchen for sorting or refuse. Impressed. Hope all other UC's follow suit. I was at the LAX UC the night prior and the staff there are exhausted, not able to keep up, the food options stale. Maybe they need more R1D1's LOL. Generally UC's are better after the remodel. The new look is modern and clean. There are more food options available like a taco bar and a ramen bar. Too bad the ramen bar was inedible but it's an effort and noted. End of Yelp.
I upgraded to business class and got to hang out here before my trip. It was a decent business class lounge with the typical amenities. The bar opened at 7am so I opted for a screwdriver because I was on vacation. Service was good and the place was clean with ample seating. They had a huge buffet of breakfast so big points for the food. There was tons of places to sit down and work if needed. It's hard to beat some of the business class lounges in places like Istanbul, etc but for a US lounge it was good.
It's a nice lounge, spacious, a lot of natural light. There are plenty of seats and perfect when you want to get some work done or just relax. Hot food selection that day was meat balls, penne pasta mashed potato, soups etc. I enjoyed it. I had about 1.5 hours until my next flight and this was conveniently located right next to my gate. The only complaint is people having zoom meetings in the otherwise quiet lounge. I get that some people have to get meetings down, but people sitting in my area on zoom were talking very loud and it was very unpleasant. I think they should designate quit area and meeting areas.
Amazing redo of the O'Hare Terminal C United Club. Opened in January 2023. It's spacious and airy. Upgraded food. New bar. And automated check-in! Long overdue! This club needs a new Yelp listing. Reviews prior to January 2023 applied to the old/tired club.
With my long layover I Rombaauer, Duckhorn, domaine serene, bell e Glos to name just a few!!! I'm in wine heaven Food? Basic but decent There are at least five united clubs in the ORD airport facility so double check to make sure what gate you're going through and what concourse you need to get to. My advice to you now then getting back to the club. I'm in the C concourse and I need to say that this is one of the busier locations. But they are very organized and that is the main thing. You can look at the west way and you see things coming and going If you look towards the east, all you see is the shopping areas Clean, staff is personable, just keep your eye on your flight read more

I thought I left a review of this before, but so many Clubs here. This one in C terminal is decent and often convenient. Flew into C and flying out of C with one hour layover. Perfect time to rehydrate, grab a bite, make a pit stop and then head to my connecting flight. read more

This place must have changed since a lot of these reviews were made. This is a huge United Club at ORD. Plenty of seats, tables, food and booze. Nice couches were you can hang out. Private areas to work on your business, and a lot of places in between. I stopped in between legs from LAX. I was expecting OHare dump, but was presently surprised. There is a check in Kiosk at this location. Food was very good during dinner rush. There is a large selection of items at the bar. Always an assortment of snacks as well. Bathroom was clean. No probs. Head on in for a nice visit read more

I had a delay for my connecting flight and went to this United club which was close to my gate. It is a large venue and they had a lot of seating options among with food, snacks and a small bar. It has large glass windows around the perimeter with views of the planes. It was clean and I enjoyed my quick visit. read more
Located in concourse C next to gate C16. This is a new updated United club and one of the best and nicest I've been to that is not a Polaris lounge. It is huge inside with tons of seating and wide open amazing views, so be aware there will be lots of people. I came on the morning with plenty of folks but was still east to find seating but I imagine this place will get packed as it is the only United club lounge on the C concourse. The food selection was definitely larger and plentiful. They also had more staff so items were being restocked quickly. The breakfast menu when I was there was solid, hot and cold options and with actual eggs, meats, fruits. Way better then some of the smaller lounges. The bar here is big and next to a great view of the airport. It's definitely a spot once to find a seat you'd be happy to hang out for a bit and also be able to do work. They have a strong WiFi connection and plenty of outlets for charging. Really great lounge, hopefully it would always be packed when I come back read more
What a relief to enter the new lounge which had opened around the first of the year. For starters you scan your barcode to enter, and the ladies are at the desk if you have questions. The lounge is big with lots of sitting rooms, and tables and private stalls. The breakfast foods looks really good with a nice variety. Here you stand in line for food, tho beverage stations are scattered around. A bar with stools is in the back. Restrooms are large. read more
I was pleasantly surprised that the club is super spacious and clean. The food selection was top notch with breakfast changing over at 1045. Staff was friendly and attentive with clearing dishes. There be is a snack area also near the bar so don't miss that. Finally the bar selection was okay! read more
Finally, after four years at the temporary location for United club, Concourse C, the new location has opened. Very spacious and everything is been automated. The entrance is automated, trash pickup automated, and attendance automated. The size is double compare to the temporary location opened 4 years ago. The food is much better and more options. Was worried the temporary was going to be permanent. read more
Overall this lounge is a good option if you have a long layover or time before your flight. I wouldn't go out of the way to pay a visit though. This lounge is larger than the United lounge located by the B gates in terminal 1. I went for breakfast and there was mixed fruit, scrambled eggs, a turkey and egg sandwich, sausage, and a yogurt station. Like most United lounges there is a bar and plenty of coffee machines sprinkled about. There were two 'trash robots' moving around the lounge which I thought was hilarious. This United Club is locates in Concourse C - near gate 16. It's a decent club the only issue is it tends to be busy and not a large as the upstairs terminal 1 location above the Premier Security check point. Other than being busy it's pretty clean and efficient. I'm not sure if folks just aren't ready for the busy factor but it's really not that bad in my opinion. It's not bad when you want to chill for a bit, grab a quick bite to eat or maybe a cocktail. I do like that if your flight is departing from. Concourse C that you can walk our and jump on your flight. The have two Illy espresso automated machines and a basic selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal. Yogurts. and some decent options, Phone conversation can be held in the common corridor to be a good neighbor to others in the sitting area but don't have private quiet areas. I'm giving it 4 star - I frequent this club and have been to others which are much worse than this. read more
Not bad for a premium customer lounge at O'hare. Terminal C and the whole airport can be hellaciously busy so this United Club can be a bit more of a quiet reprieve from the chaos and mass hoards of travellers. Positives: + lots of seating and charging ports for your electronic devices + Coca Cola freestyle drink machine + free snacks - chips, cookies, small Salad, hummus, dip etc + cash bar available at the back Negatives: - Coca Cola freestyle machine was out of many of the selections - not very luxurious feeling for a premium lounge, very minimal feeling - one could say food offerings here are very minimalistic and sparse. Do you feel like a first class customer in here? Depends on your perception. Lol read more
If you've ever experienced Terminal 1 Concourse C at O'Hara you know finding any kind of refuse from the crowds that block the corridor while waiting to board their flights a bathroom stall could look inviting - so if pay your annual fee that allows you inside this lounge you're probably still going to be disappointed although being disappointed in a luxurious setting is better than being disappointed in any other area on this concourse. I don't like this club but since I purchased the perk and I have been doing so for a few decades I try and use the benefit when I can - the description of a "perk" is not to misconstrue by any mean perk doesn't always mean it's a pleasantry regardless of Webster's definition even in the plural form- "a privilege, gain, or profit incidental to regular salary or wages; especially : one expected or promised". Don't believe it, this club seems to exist only because it's expected by those of us with status, most of us with status also share the premise that there should be no day passes accepted or sold, this place can't support those loyal to United Airlines as it is. I agree this is a poor effort on United's part and although I will continue to complaint about the crowds that are packed in here like sardines I will also continue to come here when I'm flying through this airport, the alternative to this club is crowded hallways, poor seating options, speakers blasting in your ear and expensive mediocre food options - I do like the free coffee and bananas here... read more
Idk why you would ever pay full price for this unless want to swipe your weight in "free" rice krispees and hope nobody notices or come 3 hours early to your flight and get drunk on $hitty wine. We got free passes from a credit card. Had bland sandwiches, a couple snacks, a soda machine and some house wine/ macro beers. Worth maybe $10. Nothing near as good as the priority pass lounges we've been in but 1 step above the united lounge we went to that just had plain hot dogs. Finally a brand new United Club at Newark - great design and large enough to absorb the crazy amount of Star Alliance/ United travelers. Architects designed a beautiful space - well thought out . Food has evolved somewhat also and coffee is done right . Dare I say Newark has FINALLY gotten a clue and cleaned up their deplorable airport but still a long way to go . read more
