Really nice sky lounge in ORD. it has a very modern and clean feel. They still use reusable plates and utensils vs the cardboard plates and plastic utensils in other sky lounges. The breakfast was the standard that I have seen at other lounges. This was very spacious and not overcrowded, but it was early in the morning around 8am. I was surprised with the restrooms since they have the fancy lights to indicate whether they are available or not. I was sitting just scrolling away on my phone and one of the staff came by to pick my empty plate which surprised me as I usually take it to a tray. I would highly recommend stopping by this one.

Surprisingly large club although food options are limited comparable to similarly sized clubs. Despite the room, some times you'll run into capacity issues at this club and have to wait out front.

Wow, super spacious and lots of windows. Food was pretty decent. Really enjoyed the turkey wrap. Love that there is a hot dog stand.

Flew La Guardia to O'Hare and back the same day to New York for a quick lunch meeting in Chicago. I was looking forward to checking this lounge off my list. First impressions were very positive. Clean, calm, well maintained. It was a Friday late afternoon and flight would be past 5pm. I liked the buffet options which were all laid out in one area but had like 2 rows and categories. I wasn't hungry but I wasn't planning on having dinner anymore when I landed so I was specifically looking for one thing: the Chicago Hotdog cart, which was found on the further end, next to the other bar. I met William there and he was such a warm and friendly guy and made sure I did get the Chicago Hotdog version and advised to not put ketchup or it otherwise won't be LOL. That hotdog plus a glass of champagne plus sitting by the best area seeing all the planes and our specific plane made for the best Friday afternoon waiting in the lounge. What made the 5-star experience was direct boarding from the lounge to the plane itself. Didn't even need to get out of the lounge and line up outside. Just a few of us who were in the lounge and went ahead to our seats. Pretty sweet! Looking forward to enjoying this lounge again on my next business trips! Great job, Delta Skyclub O'Hare team!

Great experience at the sky club. Good selection of buffet foods. The 2 bars available allowed for easy access when ordering drinks. Plenty of space to relax comfortably waiting for my flight. Incredibly friendly staff. And the chicago dog stand was really unique.

The good news is this sky Club is clean. There are showers here if you want to take one before a flight. Plenty of outlets to charge your phone or laptop. The negatives are the food is mediocre. This Sky lounge has less food options than other lounges. The oatmeal is too watery. However, the beverages available are good.

This Lounge is so impressive. The staff hands down are awesome !! Great lounge is always in impeccable condition. Bathroom/showers/wellness rooms/family rooms are always clean and plenty of room for everyone in the lounge. Food is good and nicely rotated with the choices that are available. Staff is always replenishing food. The dessert choices are always yummy especially the lemon bars. The bartender remembered me from my last visit which was cool. The drinks are always and I do mean always on point. I love to get an old fashioned and once again the bartender always makes them right. The staff that checks you in are always so friendly and helpful. Once I needed some extra help checking in and staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful. 5 stars is the most i avn give here but The Delta Lounge deserves 20 stars!!!

I'm a LaGuardia girl. I'll always be a LaGuardia girl. New York is my home. But this Sky Club is very nice. I am told Laguardia. O'hare, and LAX are competing for top Sky Club in the US. This club has metallic textures, muted neutral tones, and tall windows. A huge variety of seating options, including believer benches, alcoves with tables, circular chairs that hug you, and deep seats that can swallow you. The breakfast buffet is typical of most Sky Clubs. Breakfast is omelets, sausages, oatmeal, parfaits, bagels, fruit. Haven't tried lunch or dinner yet, but I know there is a Chicago hotdog cart that makes an appearance sometimes. Though I'm a LaGuardia stan forever, O'hare's Sky Club is less crowded and calmer. It's also a little more divided, meaning there are many areas you can escape to depending on your mood. It reminds me of the BNA/Nashville club in many ways. Employees are personable and helpful, but I've almost never met a Delta employee who wasn't. LGA is my number one, but the quietness of this lounge is a nice oasis. Oh, and one BIG perk, sky club members get a special boarding entrance where they get to bypass the gate!

This is one of the largest DSC lounges I've seen. It was huge. They had places to shower and felt like it was an entire floor of the airport. Really nice. Relaxing. Even though it was crowded. The food was awful. Hard and dry. But the space was impressive. Stick with chips alcohol. Juice, soda, soup.... Awful.

New club that opened in October of 2022. Very modern and spacious! The club boasts "...expanded food and beverage offerings served from two buffets, including charcuterie, seasonal salads, freshly made sandwiches, hot entrees and vegetation selections." All accurate but the food is just slightly above average. Everything looks very appealing but not really that good. Possibly my taste buds that day? Maybe. I just never grabbed seconds of anything. Well, except the for Chicago style dogs! Those were good! The dogs are actually located as a stand in the back of the lounge by the second bar area. First I thought they only served this on Fridays but it was also provided on Sunday when I flew back. All the bathrooms have a button to open the door with touch sensors for the soap and hand dryer built into the sink. Kind of cool but not sure I like hand dryers blowing into the sink and then back at me. The lounge is also super convenient if you need to rebook your flight. I had a 7:00 PM flight and had standby for 5:00. I got to the lounge at 1:00 and they a special area in the lounge to get standby for the 2:20 flight.

Super spacious, new Delta Sky Club in the new domestic part of Terminal 5. We got in right when it opened at 4:30 am, and was able to stay about 45 minutes. They have the new self check-in kiosks, so getting in was a breeze. We found some nice comfortable chairs next to each other. There are other places for more quiet, nice big work areas, and even areas to lay back and watch sports/news on big screens. It's an impressive space, with ceilings two stories and one really open area with great views out into the tarmac. There is a nice open bar (closed for breakfast) and full self-serve soda station. They also have the new espresso machines which my wife liked. The food at breakfast was plentiful, with the usual contintental breakfast items. I wish we could have come for lunch....I spied a Vienna Beef hot dog stand...at first I thought it was just decoration but the other reviews here state that they serve full Chicago style hot dogs (would have loved that). The bathrooms followed the same style as the Club in LA, but had the extra of touchless entry. The stalls are floor to ceiling, which is just great. They also have multiple private shower rooms that can be reserved through a kiosk. It's clear that Delta is taking a holistic look at all their Sky Clubs and drawing the best out of each one to continuously update. It really makes me appreciate my membership. It never even came close to 1/10 full while we were there. Chicago is not a hub for Chicago, and it takes a connection to get to Los Angeles via Delta....but this Sky Club is the size and complexity of a club meant for a lot more flights. The good news is that I dont' see this club ever being overcrowded while the number of flights from ORD is as limited as right now. But maybe this is a clue that Delta intends to go bigger in the Chicago market. Till then, Chicago, enjoy your brand new, spanking Delta Sky Club. It's really nice.

This best lounge ever!!!! I've been to quite a few Delta lounge and the one at O'Hare airport in Chicago is one of the best

The ORD delta sky club takes the cake. Smartly designed and very spacious seating. Cool amenities, including sound-insulated mini offices and Chicago-style hot dog stand. I hear the LGA is possibly nicer so can't wait to check that one out next.

The first impression was nice, calm, and professional in appearance. The seating was nicely laid out, plenty of different areas. I absolutely loved the library-esque atmosphere, THIS is what a lounge is supposed to be... not having kids running around, yelling, horseplaying, annoying guests. There were kids and they were well-mannered. They have a champagne and wine bar here - though not as nice as many other first class lounges, it was a nice offering and the brands were very nice too. They also offered a fun bloody mary bar which was self-service. This was really interesting as they offered so many things one could put in their bloody mary. Food here was tasty... the eggs were amazing. They offered an omelete station too. Overall, it was a nice visit.

These pods are quiet and have charging capability (1 USB-C and 1 115V). Overhead lighting is fully adjustable along with the front facing lighting for video conference calls. There is also an adjustment for the ventilation fan however I have found that, even on the highest setting, they can get warm. There are most of the same food options as the F9 location but on a smaller scale. There are self-serve options for soft drinks and coffee. In lieu of a tended bar, there is a self-serve bar with an assortment of juices, wines and beers. Like most United Clubs, there isn't a whole lot of interaction with the staff. That said, they all seem friendly enough and this location is clean and well maintained. Would I go back? I've actually been to this location a few times now and like it. So far, it's a quieter alternative to some of the other locations.

The reason this lounge was designed as such a large space is due to the fact that there's a lot of people in here. That's just something to keep in mind as a basis for your understanding. In terms of design, this lounge has various types of seating. They have the more comfortable chairs located throughout the various rooms at this lounge. They also have numerous seats that are associated with tables. This is probably best for people like myself, who enjoyed grabbing a quick snack, and having a drink, before it's time to board the aircraft. They also have long desks with charging ports set up for those who want to get some work done. Plus, there are some self-standing seats spread out throughout the lounge area. In terms of food offerings, they have food buffets on two ends of the lounge. Both of these buffets offer a unique blending of Quick-Food, as I like to call it. Is pretty good. I will say, that I've never been disappointed in what they offer. You can always find something to suit your pallet. In terms of drinks, they have drink offerings at both ends of the lounge, as well, in association with the food buffets. There, you can get your expected soft drinks, coffee, and water. If you want alcoholic beverages, you have to go down to the one end of the lounge, where they have a bar. There, they generally have two bartenders. Each of which is happy to give you whatever you want. They often mix drinks, beers, wine, and all that kind of stuff. Many of the drinks are all free. But, if they are, be sure to throw the bartenders a tip. I think that's an important gesture. Some people decide to sit along the bar while they enjoy their drinks. I guess they are just type of people who enjoying hanging out at bars. I don't find out all that comfortable, or appealing, as you're basically elbow-to-elbow with somebody, you don't really know. But, that's just my personal opinion. If I have one complaint about this lounge, it's the fact that it's not really set up for the first class domestic passengers on United. Whereas, is you are flying internationally on United, they use the Star Alliance lounges that are specifically designed for its first and business class passengers. In terms of this lounge, pretty much anybody can get into it, simply by paying a sixty dollar fee. Thus, you get a whole lot of people, Just overwhelming space, without a lot of decorum. Overall, I've been in much better lounges, and I've been in a lot worse lounges around the globe. There's not much to complain about this place, you just have to expect that there's gonna be a lot of people. I have seen it at times midday, when people can't even find a single seat to sit in. So, just keep this in mind.

This is my first experience with an airport lounge, and frankly, I could get used to this! That said, while markedly nicer than waiting by the gate, the experience wasn't perfect. There is free food, coffee, and Coke products available. The food involved a hot entree, a couple sandwiches, soups, salads, snacks, nibbles, and desserts. There is also coffee, espresso beverages, and a Coke machine. The quality of the items was adequate. Since airports aren't usually gourmet destinations, I happily devoured everything on my plate. Happy that one is not relegated to McDonald's and can opt for something healthier.a Speaking of which, while you are free to go up as many times as you wish, the plates and cups are very small, needing several visits for those like myself, who have a black hole within their stomachs. Perhaps this is to encourage people to keep their goodies in the lounge, rather than take 16oz coffee cups onto planes. It would still be nice to have larger plates, so I save my steps for the terminals rather than making repeated trips to the buffet... especially since I don't want to leave my property unattended. In terms of the lounge itself, everything was very clean. There is ample seating, and there should be a spot available, but expect to share the lounge with many others. While both the armchairs and [high] chairs are firmer than I'd like, they do beat out terminal seating overall. Also, while not needed by me, I respect that they have "phone rooms" for those who may need to take a private phone call or attend a work meeting. A private room is more for you, though, as the lounge is more chill, without the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Finally, there are plenty of outlets throughout, and the WiFi is faster by miles. All the staffers in the lounge, from those who check you in, to the bartender, to those keeping everything bussed and clean were fantastic! I was about to dust my hands off and leave four stars... that was until I realized that they have an open bar! There's nothing like starting a trip with a drink to get in the mood. Sure, it isn't really free being included with the ticket price, but if I'm already paying for airfare, not having to pay $20 for a small and weak drink is a phenomenal bonus. Last but certainly not least are the restrooms: These were much cleaner and nicer than the rest of the airport. Think of a nicer mall as opposed to "airport." Final verdict: I can now see why lounge access is such a wonderful perk of either non-economy seats or certain credit cards. I love airports because of my love for travel and airplanes, not so much everything else. The United Club is great for making that which stands between TSA and being in the air more pleasant.

As well as, large seating configuration. If you're looking to unwind and relax at the bar, you will find it on the other end of seating. Additional seating is available by the bar, around the corner. My stay was very enjoyable. I loved how clean it was, everything from floors, tables utensils to restrooms. It's a small detail but I did appreciate in men's restroom the mirror had aircraft-like windows design. Small details of great design can be seen all throughout this United Club. At United Airlines, your first interaction with a staff, gives you a sense of how your experience will be. This location had great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff.
