This review is for the United Club Lounge located in terminal 1, concourse C, near gate C10. Since this is a busy location, they have self checkin turnstiles to expedite the process in addition to United representatives. They have a full service bar and serve light snacks throughout the day. This location has lots of seating throughout from bar tops, loungers, to table tops. Most of the seating have charging ports for your devices.

$15 glass of artemis and complimentary prosecco!

Now the 2nd largest United Club lounge at O'hare, this lounge is located in concourse B just to the left of security. It used to be the main lounge but they just opened a new one in concourse C (that I suggest you check out!). As you come upstairs you are greeted by plenty of open air seating, gorgeous light fixtures and straight ahead is the first of 2 food & drink buffet stations. Make a right and you'll see a few United agents setup to help you, keep walking, the restrooms are on your right. These are usually very clean and stocked. Keep going and you'll see plenty of more seating, the second food & drink station on your right followed by the huge bar and more seating. Usually we end up by the second station because it's a little more private. The bar (opens at 7...don't ask me how I know this, it's an airport, rules dont apply) has prosecco, domestic beers and I believe a house red or white available complimentary. They have a great selection of higher end wines, liquor and craft beers available at pretty wonderful prices for an airport. Sit back, charge your devices and enjoy a nice cup of whatever you choose that day!

Since ORD is a major United hub, there are self check-in turnstiles to aide with all of the in and out traffic that comes through.

I was so grateful when the ticket agent told me I could use the Lot lounge-my online research had let me to believe Turkish passengers used the (dreaded) Swissport lounge. This lounge is gorgeous! I was here in the morning, so the sun was shining through beautifully (though they appear to have tined windows so the sun isn't overpowering). The lounge was not busy (seriously, there were maybe 3 other people), though it did start to fill up as it got closer to my flight time. There's plenty of seating options-comfy chairs, tables, etc. I took a seat at the bar along the back which gave me a great view of the runway (my favorite!). The food was fine-nothing outstanding but nothing horrible. They did have a decent variety of hot food and cold food, including some Polish items. They also have a fancy coffee machine, which I used to get a latte. They also have a nice bar, and when I was there a bloody Mary station, which was a nice touch. Service was a little slow-there wasn't someone staffing the bar at all times (possibly because it was early morning?), so sometimes I had to wait a bit to get a drink. Not terrible, but I did notice. They had a special for fall, an apple cider mule that was delicious. Overall, a great lounge to use before a long transatlantic flight. It was gorgeous and the food/drink was good.

I had the Spice Apple & Raisins Hand Pies, that was flaky and good, with nuts that added a nice crunch to it. We didn't order at the bar. The orange juice in a carafe inside a small fridge was fresh and good. We didn't eat a lot, as we don't want to have a big meal before a long haul flight. By the way, this flight has been delayed for 5 hours because of a delayed incoming flight. Thank God that they notified us by email and text the night before. What is not so great with this lounge is: it is shared by many airlines, and was super crowded when we arrived around 6:30 pm. The set up of tables and chairs, couches and cocktail tables are very tight in a relatively small lounge. It was difficult to navigate a passage way to the buffet area or washrooms. The washroom stalls were small and not perfectly clean. With that said. I am still happy that we have a lounge to rest before our flight.

I've been to the Admiral's Lounge at ORD (and many other airports) over a hundred times and…read morerecently when at ORD I was able to visit this Flagship lounge for my first time. The first impression was nice, calm, and professional in appearance. The seating was nicely laid out, plenty of different areas. I absolutely loved the library-esque atmosphere, THIS is what a lounge is supposed to be... not having kids running around, yelling, horseplaying, annoying guests. There were kids and they were well-mannered. They have a champagne and wine bar here - though not as nice as many other first class lounges, it was a nice offering and the brands were very nice too. They also offered a fun bloody mary bar which was self-service. This was really interesting as they offered so many things one could put in their bloody mary. Food here was tasty... the eggs were amazing. They offered an omelete station too. Overall, it was a nice visit.

When you get past the security, you enter a good sized lounge with plenty of food and drinks. Interestingly, every food item is labeled and the labels let you know about any allergens in that item. They also have a stocked bar with various liquors as well as beer and wine. Everything was good. I tried everything I could so the list is long and, frankly, I don't remember everything I ate. All I can tell you is the food was very good. There is plenty of seating, so unless they have a lot of flights going on, you can find a seat. The seating was comfortable and we took a table by the food which we frequented... The wine selection was much better than I expected and I enjoyed some Pinot Noir. This was a great experience - one we don't take advantage of often. So, what I can tell you is it is much, much better than sitting at the gate. :)

There are lots of chargers in and around the seating area. I also appreciated the ambient lighting. As for the lunch spread, there were two soups to choose from, salad fixings, chicken marsala, penne pasta, mini deli sandwiches, charcuterie board of cheeses and meats, and desserts (cookies, brownies, mousse cups). Drinks included a soda machine, lots of different hot tea to choose from, iced tea pitcher, coffee machine and a full serve bar. You can get complimentary drinks at the bar, but we skipped this. Also, the hot dog cart was out, so if you're in the mood for a Chicago hot dog, this is your spot. The bathrooms were very clean, stocked with fancy soap (Grown Alchemist) and tissue boxes. My husband even opted to sign up on the app to take a shower. He said he felt completely relaxed and ready for the trip home after that. If you've got access to this lounge, I highly recommend it. It totally changed my flying experience to a more zen one this weekend.

A Chicago Hot Dog stand hides in the back and is the best feature of this Sky Club. I don't get mine Chicago style though. Stop judging me!
