Decent, but wont search it out Good coffee options, lots of snackie foods, other than some minor Additions like paint, this hasn't changed much in 20 years

United Club and lounges at Concourse D (Gate D6, Delta Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151, United States) This was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever felt while flying. This is my first time getting access to the United Club Lounge area. I decided from the last time I flew I was going to be a member and the experience was better then I even thought. So many amenities while waiting on your plane flight. The simple delicious food to the area of sitting and work areas where you can bring out your laptop. The staff‍ in the area was very hospitable. A lot of staff‍ members and I definitely understand why people would want to spend their time in this lounge area while waiting for their airplane flight . 5 star

This is the United club lounge on Concourse C. When I went there, the place got really crowded and we had a hard time finding a place to sit. They do have a full bar although the options for food items were pretty limited. If you're flying Polaris, then I would try the Polaris lounge also in Concourse C, which is much better.

Medium size Lounge with a good variety of seating. Most were single seats with charging station tables. Near empty Tuesday evening around 6. They had a Taco and Salad Bar with a couple of sandwich options. Soup of the day was Red pepper Smoked Gouda. Food was okay. They have a second Club and a Polaris Lounge in C terminal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

United club at Dulles airport. I had an early morning flight so I was here between 6AM and 7:30AM. It was mostly empty, but staff was nice. Food choices were limited, and being on vegan kick, I only had cereal or fruit choices to pick from. Ambience was quiet, but it seemed to be an older club. Overall - not bad, and not great.

I travel out to Dulles for work every other month or so (it died down a bit in 2023 for me). I try to take United every chance I get since Dulles is my go to and it's a hub. I've been to several different United Lounges in here. I'm traveling to London today so I should really have Polaris access but can't be bothered to go somewhere else when there's a regular lounge right outside the C7 gate I take off from. Anyway, the lounges themselves need a facelift- none of them are in great shape. But neither is the airport. It's just a majorly convenient airport for me bc it's quick and 18 mins from my home. I don't eat the food so I can't speak to that- doesn't look all that appetizing, especially compared to other lounges. I just usually make myself a tea, bag some bananas for the flight itself and just charge my phone/Apple Watch while waiting. I also don't usually use the bar - and when I do, I pay for the drink bc I don't want well drinks and prefer Tito's.

I am not a frequent United Club guest, but I was traveling internationally this month and my status gave me access to this lounge once I returned to the US. Overall, this was a good experience. I showed up pretty late (9 p.m.) and they had make-your-own pulled pork sandwiches available, as well as very crispy chocolate chip cookies. For a snack, it was perfect. The bar was pouring but I kept my business to the soda fountain. There were enough seats, and the staff worked constantly to keep the place clean. This was definitely not one of the newer lounges out there, but it got the job done and it's hard to complain about a free dinner. Would snack here again.

Spacious area with comfortable seating, offering complimentary alcoholic drinks, juice, lemon cucumber water, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, sausages, and eggs. The food is slightly lukewarm but overall good. It's a great place to relax before your flight, featuring an intimate atmosphere with a nice view of the planes taking off. A quiet and pleasant travel club.

It's very crowded in the lounge but nevertheless it is a nice place to hang out for a few hours.

This United Club is alittle quieter than some of the others in Dulles. The food is standard Club fare and United still offers many pre-packed items. There are some apples and bananas. The benefit is the agents here can help you in a squeeze and you can miss the longer lines.

Decent. Beer on tap on and wine included. A white claw was considered 'top shelf' costing $4. They had chicken tacos, sandwiches, cheese and grapes, chips, cookies, and brownies. Chairs were comfy. There were outlets for charging. The bathrooms were kept clean.

Anyway with our upgrade came a lounge visit but Lufthansa's lounge was closed for refurbishment. We were given access to any Star Alliance lounge and after research we chose Turkish Airlines. The staff is super efficient and friendly. The lounge gets really crowded because it's small but they cleared dishes quickly and it seemed to help with turning the tables. The food was amazing! Best airport lounge food I've had. The bar is tucked away in the back separate from the food and dining area. Unfortunately I had minimal time to experience as the lounge was full. They kept allowing Turkish airlines passengers in the lounge and put passport members were put on a hold . We waited 45 min before being allowed in. I had to go up and ask because they said the lounge was full but kept letting other members in. The people at the front desk were not very pleasant or accommodating. The lounge was packed very tight. It was noisy and loud. It's a big lounge but the bathroom lines were incredibly long. Food was mediocre - on the upside the desserts were pretty tasty.

I also like how much flexibility you have when you're ordering on the QR code. When we arrived, the lounge was at capacity and so we were placed on a short waitlist and we were off within 10 minutes. Because of its capacity, they do direct you where you should sit, which was OK since I was traveling with just my parents. Upon seeing my boarding pass, the staff informed me that we qualify to visit the Polaris Lounge instead, a 5 to 8 minutes' walk away, near Gate C17. I asked which will be less crowded. She said they are both crowded, but the Polaris is much nicer. We decided to hoof it over to the Polaris since it's supposed to be a big deal, ignoring the fact that we probably have 45 minutes only to stay there. She wasn't kidding. The place was packed. It was very difficult to get a pair of seats, and we basically were stalkers waiting for folks to leave. Meanwhile, we were sweating from the walk and from the many people inside the lounge. After finally having seats, we looked at the food and drinks selection. I have to admit the food selection is impressive. They have a dining section that is full table service. Then there is a buffet section with good selection of proteins and produce in addition to the usual snacks. I was too hot to be hungry by then and chose only several cocktail prawns plus a few asparagus stalks. After a cold soda with ice from the bar, it was time to leave. There was also a line to wait for the bathroom. Next time, we won't fancy a Polaris Lounge when we don't have the time to stay.

It's big the club, but one location for food options which is quite tiny. I never knew you could get a bagel made for a child. I'm very confident this was sitting somewhere for a bit of time because without toasting it, you would bust some teeth. It was hard. That scream not even in this realm fresh. I'm wagering that other bread items, oh for those seeking danish or muffins, not a chance that's available. On the coffee side why does United ignore a growing segment of the population that either has a dairy allergy, lactose intolerant or vegan? Ever heard of almond, oat or soy milk? What about those little french vanilla cup things? Clearly who ever oversees this club must be the same dolt who oversees the one in Phoenix because they follow the similar path of cream, 50-50 or whole milk. You do get a sippy like plastic cup for the kiddos, oh I mean for adults to drink your soda out of the machine. Finally with all the germ rise and an increase in norovirus and ongoing yuckiness, how about sanitizer like so many biz lounges have everywhere even on the wall? Don't fret though. Because if you love oranges you are in luck. They also use them for decoration.
